On the ground floor, the villa features a suite with a double bed and a double sofa bed, along with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. There is also a guest WC with a sink and toilet on this floor. The living room is spacious and cozy, fitted with a double sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, and two armchairs, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals with convenience.

The first floor boasts three additional suites. One is a twin suite with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two include a twin suite and a double suite, both with en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
