Schönes Haus doch Schlafsituation schlecht und keine Ausstattung vorhanden

Wir hatten die Villa für 12 Tage und haben einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Allerdings ist die Schlafsituation nicht so wie angegeben es gibt nur 4 doppelbetten und sonst nur nicht bezogene Schlafsofa. Das Haus ist komplett hellhörig und man hört jede Bewegung dazu kommt das 40% des Grundstücks gesperrt sind oder Abgeschlossen. Reinigungsmittel und Utensilien waren garnicht gegeben!(kein Staubsauger, Wischeimer oder Abwaschlappen) Wischmob und Reiniger mussten wir selber Kaufen dazu gibt es für das ganze Haus nur eine kleine Mülltonne. 300 Reinigungskosten und als Nachzahlung nochmal 200 obwohl es praktisch unmöglich ist das Haus für 6 Leute sauber zu halten

Bien que le dialogue fût moins facile que si nous avions bien maîtriser l'anglais, Martina a été aux petits soins pour nous. La maison possède effectivement 4 chambres spacieuses et magnifiques et toutes équipées de dressings dignes de ce nom. Nous avons apprécié les 2 réfrigérateurs dans la cuisine et out le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Petit bémol sur les odeurs dans le cellier dues à l'emplacement de la machine à laver et de toilettes (pièce non aérée). Extérieur paisible et piscine fabuleuse. Nous recommandons cette demeure

Great villa

We stayed at the villa in April 2022 and had a great holiday. The villa was exactly as described and far more spacious than we had expected with a well equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager was great. The one negative is no downstairs bathroom which would be useful when coming to and from the pool. A lovely peaceful villa within a fairly easy walk to restaurants and the local beach in a nice peaceful town.

Villa Mazada

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der Villa Mazada sehr zufrieden - das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet wirklich genug Platz für alle, alles war sehr sauber und die Lage des Objekt in Callao Salvaje erlaubt schnelle Ausflüge in Richtung Teide Nationalpark als auch an der Küste im Südwesten der Insel. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Was wir sehr genossen haben, war die Privatsphäre, die das Haus bietet - der Poolbereich ist nicht einsehbar. Was man m.E. aber auch wissen sollte: Das Haus ist in der Nähe einer Schnellstraße / Verbindungstraße und der Ein-/Ausfallstraße nach Callao Salvaje. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ist zwar ruhig, wer aber nicht an Straßenlärm gewöhnt ist, könnte sich gestört fühlen (zumindest tagsüber, Nachts war es ruhig). Baulich bedingt, ist die Poolheizung (eine Klimaanlage) auf der Terrasse, unmittelbar neben dem Esstisch angebracht. Wenn die Poolheizung läuft ist ein gemütliches Essen eigentlich nicht wirklich möglich. In unserem Fall war das zum Frühstück (die Heizung läuft aber nicht den ganzen Tag!) Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Großzügiges Haus

Sauberes Haus mit großem Pool. Einfacher Check-in. Nachts ruhig, jedoch tagsüber am Pool etwas unruhig durch die angrenzende Straße (war aber noch in Ordnung). Ein paar gute französische Bäckereien fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl und andere große Supermärkte in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Etwas ungünstig ist wirklich, dass kein WC im Pool-bzw. unteren Bereich vorhanden ist, da man sich entweder abtrocknen oder mit nassen Sachen durchs ganze Haus in die obere Etage laufen muss. Nicht klar im Inserat war, dass sich der Parkplatz vor dem Haus befindet. Die Bilder sehen so aus, als wären Parkplätze auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Für uns kein Problem, da immer etwas frei war, aber die Nachbarhäuser waren auch nicht bewohnt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Amazing Holiday

The villa is absolutely amazing and is exactly as it looks in the pictures! Beautifully furnished and plenty of space inside and out to relax. Very private and in a very quiet location however plenty of lovely restaurants down the road should you wish to venture out. Playa Fañabe is a short taxi drive away with a beautiful beach and plenty more bars and restaurants to cater for everyone. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely look to stay again! Big thank you to Patrizia for all her help and sorting out another apartment for a late checkout!

Amazing Spacious Villa

A great villa with plenty of space and everything we needed for a fantastic fortnight away. The pool was heated (it needed to be in December) and it got the sun all day. It was a shame the Indian style living room doors were locked preventing direct access from the upper floors to the pool as this meant a trek through the whole house to use the loos during the day (no loo on the ground floor). There were also no working lighting in this room so it was unusable at night. The property manual was in German as were all TV channels although this did not spoil it for us as we didn't really have time to watch TV. The walk into the centre was about a 20 mins stroll (a bit longer on return due to it being uphill) and there are a good selection of nice bars and restaurants. We taxied back a couple of nights at a cost of 5 Euro when we couldn't face the hill. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had to wait 1 hour for agent to let us into apartment. Not a great start. Bathroom had no ventilation and odour was very strong each morning. Kitchen was isolated from the main center of action. However villa was lovely with lots of space both inside and out. The pool was very big with plenty of sun beds and seating outside.

Superb villa in a great location.

The villa is very well appointed and was clean and tidy upon arrival. Communication with the agents, from initial booking onwards, has been outstanding. We arranged a late check-in and key handover as our flight didn’t arrive in Tenerife until approximately 11 pm. The agents welcomed us to the villa and purchased a few shopping items that we requested for our arrival. The villa is enormous. There is a kitchen area to the ground floor which leads out to various patio areas. The swimming pool is beautiful and very clean. The pool is not overlooked at any aspect and enjoys a lovely view up towards the mountains and the foothills of Mount Teide. It was serviced at least twice during our stay in the villa. The villa was spotless upon our arrival with a change of linen and many towels for the duration of our stay. We hired a car and did travel to some beautiful places whilst in Tenerife. The only slight problem was the five or so parking areas outside the Villa were often full. The Villa owner did not allow the garage door to be open to be able to park the car on the property. I recognise this is no fault of the Villa owner but the owner of the adjoining villa was very quick to tell us how and where to park. Calloa Salvaji is much quieter than the nearby resorts of Costa Adeji and Los Cristianos. There are a few decent size hypermarkets in the locality. We often travelled by car up to the Lidl or the Mercardona. We were surprised by the relatively cheap cost in supermarkets, restaurants and diesel. Callao has a great selection of restaurants and cafés (15-20 options) - breakfast, lunch and evening meal. I recommend soupressa soupressa, Nebula bar and the restaurant above (The Terrace). Our usual plan was to walk down to the centre from the villa. This is all downhill and I timed our walk - it took us 15 minutes from leaving the Villa to arrive at the first restaurant in the centre. We elected to taxi back to the villa and there was often a taxi waiting in the rank or there is a number where you can order a taxi to pick you up - €3.45 to return home ! The climate in Tenerife is perfect. We stayed during the start of August 2019 – hot during the day but often with a breeze and lovely cool temperatures during the evening and night. I would recommend hiring a car so that you can access the larger supermarkets and beautiful places in Tenerife. We travelled to the north coast and the Teide national park - breathtaking. A perfect villa.

Traumhaft Villa in ruhiger Lager und Strandnähe

Schlaf und Wohnräume sowie die Küche waren bestens ei gerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich samt Pool war ausrei hend groß für die gesamt Gruppe von fünf Leuten und lad zum Grillen, Schwimmen und ganztägigen Aufenthalt ein. Jederzeit wieder!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und war im März dank der Poolheizung wunderbar zum schwimmen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und nicht einsehbar. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants in denen man gut essen kann. Uns hat es gut im Restaurant El Delfin gefallen . Man kann direkt über dem Wasser sitzen. Preis/Leistung stimmt und die Bewirtung war sehr freundlich. Der Strand im Ort ist klein, aber dafür sehr schön und ruhig. Einen Mietwagen würden wir empfehlen, denn eine Fahrt in den Nationalpark ist ein absolutes muss und ein echtes Erlebnis.

(Almost) the perfect house !

We stayed 10 days, 4 adults and 4 young childeren (1,1,3,4 yrs), and must say the house was really great : - Very spacious rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, ... !) never had the feeling that we were "cramped up" although we were 8! - Great, big, fully-closed garden, with possibility to "lock" the swimming pool. So great & safe for the childeren. Garden in the sun the whole day ! - Very private & quite, no views of neighbours and located at the end of a dead-end road. - Globally very nice furbished, with quality furniture. We took away one star, because : - We couldn't take away 1/2 a star - the kitchen lacked somewhat of ustensils (no weighing scale, no plates to put in the oven, no plastic plates for childeren,...) even though fully equipped. - Kitchen is not on the same level as the rest of the house, so with small childeren not ideal to have to go up and down the stairs. But we would not hesitate to come again to this house if we were to book again in the same region. It was a great stay!

Traumhaus auf uneinsehbarem Grundstück

Wir buchen bereits seit etlichen Jahren über FeWo-direkt unsere Urlaubsdomizile, aber ein derart geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus - zumal in dieser Größe und mit dieser Ausstattung - hatten wir noch nie. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung erfolgte prompt und umfassend nach telefonischer Terminsvereinbarung. Die Angaben im Inserat entsprechen zu 100 % den realen Verhältnissen, das von Außen praktisch uneinsehbare (!) Anwesen ist äußerst gepflegt und man kümmert sich beflissen darum, daß es auch so bleibt (1x wöchentlich Pool-Reinigung und Haus-Service). Die technische Ausrüstung des Hauses ist hervorragend - sowohl in der Küche ( mit u. a. 3 Kühl- und 2 Tiefkühlschränken sowie sämtlichen sonstigen Geräten), als auch z. B. in Bezug auf WLAN und TV (über 1000 Sender empfangbar, darunter auch deutdsches Sky für Bundesliga usw.). Unser Aufenthalt galt in aller erster Linie dem Ziel, zu regenerieren; das haben wir in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes auch in herrlicher Weise erreicht - insofern haben wir das Anwesen nur selten verlassen. In der Nähe liegen etliche Supermärkte, in denen man alles Notwendige bekommt, man sollte allerdings einen Mietwagen chartern. Trotz unserer Bequemlichkeit haben wir nicht auf einen Ausflug auf den Teide und an die Nordwestküste (u. a. über die Paßstraße nach Masca) verzichten wollen - die landschaftlich fraglos attraktivsten Regionen der Insel, wobei man insbesondere für den Trip nach Masca nicht erst gestern den Führerschein gemacht haben sollte, die Straße ist sehr anspruchsvoll zu befahren. Wir können dieses Haus nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal zu Gast gewesen sein - soweit der Vermieter nichts dagegen haben wird ;-) Herzlichen Dank für alles und eine gute Zeit!

Traumurlaub

Das Haus übertrifft die Erwartungen, welche das Inserat weckt bei weitem.Die Großzügigkeit und das Interieur der Räume sind absolut traumhaft. Ebenso der große Pool und die Außenanlage. Alles war sehr sauber. Einmal in der Woche wurde der Pool überprüft und gereinigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten des Hauses war kompetent und reibungslos.In der großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche machte das Kochen einfach Spass. Wir haben besonders auch den Grill im Aussenbereich sehr viel genutzt.Viel Zeit haben wir auf dem uneinsehbaren Grundstück und in dem herrlichen großen Pool verbracht.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse und mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und teilweisem Meerblick. Der örtliche Strand ist neu angelegt und sehr einladend. Das Strandrestaurant "Sansibar Ajabo" hat eine überraschend gute Küche und einen freundliche Service.Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze am Strand vorhanden, den man vom Haus aber auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Im Ort gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte.Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub mit hohem Erholungswert.
