Very nice apartment with wonderful terrace

We stayed in this apartment October/November 2019 and we were really impressed by the very warm welcome and generosity shown by the owner. There were fresh flowers and provisions for us. The apartment was clean and fresh, and with all the amenities we could ever need. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. There was also parking for our car and mountain view on the other side. We are really satisfied with this accommodation, and give it all our warmest recommendations.

Lovely villa with a great view

Upon arrival we were greeted by Elena & Jenny who showed us around, which was very nice. The villa had everything we needed during our stay and we didnt miss anything that we might have needed. Clean and fresh everywhere, felt a bit like home. Great view over las Americas and Christianos. We really liked this villa and recommend a visit, we will most likely visit this one again. We were 5 adults and one teenager and all of us had a very positive feeling in our visit. Best Regards from a Swedish family

Wonderful house!

A wonderful house! Stayed for 14 nights, 2 grandparents and a family of 4, including 2 children 6 and 2 years old, a total 6 persons. Absolutely loved it! House is well cleaned and very good equipment in kitchen. Lots of towels. Jenny who met us with the keys is just so nice <3 Great parkingspace, pool was cleaned twice during our stay. House was cleaned once. Fantastic view. Just up the hill is a big garden where you can buy bananas and vegetables. We had small children and elderly with us but would say itÂŽs good to hav a car. We walked to Siam Mall a few times. Siam park is also a great visit if you have kids. Just sitting on the private balcony enjoying the view.. we had the best times!

Fint hus i en lugn miljö

Jag och min familj pĂ„ totalt 5 personer bodde hĂ€r under en vecka i mitten av november. Huset har en stor altan med fin utsikt över havet. Det ligger i ett lugnt omrĂ„de. Huset var fint och de mindre problem som vi hade i badrummet kom Ă€garens representant Jenny snabbt med sin man och fixade. DĂ„ huset Ă€r belĂ€get pĂ„ en höjd med en brant backe upp till huset Ă€r det en fördel om man har bil. Det finns en parkering vid huset med lĂ„st grind. Skall man gĂ„ ned till stranden tar det ca 20-30 minuter. Nedanför backen ca 400 meter frĂ„n huset finns ett köpcentrum Siam Mall med en stor livsmedelsbutik. Vi Ă€r mycket nöjda med huset och den service som vi fick. Det enda som jag kan ha synpunkt pĂ„ Ă€r att nĂ€r jag skulle betala för vistelsen utöver handpenningen sĂ„ hade Jenny inget kvitto med sig utan hon fick skriva pĂ„ bokningsbekrĂ€ftelsen att hon tagit emot pengarna. Är ni pĂ„ Teneriffa sĂ„ fĂ„r ni inte missa att Ă„ka till vulkanen Teide, vilket lavalandskap. Mycket sevĂ€rt. Stefan.

A home away from home!

What a lovely stay we had! We were two families with two kids each, aged 10 months and 3 years, that rented this house during 10 days. From the first contact, the renting request, everything was just perfect handled. The owner Elena always responded very quickly so the booking process was easy arranged and questions "popping" up during the stay answered in no time. And what a lovely welcoming from the Elena and Jeny, the house keepers! Fresh flowers, fresh fruit and food in the fridge. The house was spotless cleaned. We arrived late at night, more than expected because of delays at the airport, but Elena and Jeny where so welcoming and understanding. The house is on a great spot, just above Siam mall with all the shopping and different restaurants you could wish for during your stay. The view from the house is stunning! And just a small distance away with car from the sea and the more turistic area. The house is well equiped. They arranged two cots and two baby chairs for our small ones. The private parking fits two cars and is very safe. The house is on one level with no stairs but to make it even more children safe I would recommend a small fence to the pool area and something done at the space between the bushes and the fence/wall facing the ocean , dangerous for the toddlers crawling around on the terrace. And also the fence facing the ocean a bit less climbing friendly. Then the parents could relax even more: :-) If you are looking for a home away from home - this is it!

Pretty mutch perfect

When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Tenerife

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

Really well-equipped and spacious apartment

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

Beautiful place in great location

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb!

We had a mesmerizing experience at this gorgeous villa overlooking beautifull city and coast of Adeje. From start to finish it was extremely pleasant. Hosts were polite and understanding, helped us with everything we trew at then. The villa was equipped very well, it had everything - from hadheld blenders, broilers, ricecoockers, to hardryers, dish/clothes washer, and even 24/7 heated pool with a preplanned poolboy. More than we could ask. Next time coming for longer!

The worst accomodation ever!

That's the first time I give a bad opinion about accomodation. When we came the apartment was really dirty and we had to clean it (e.g.in the kitchen on the walls the rests of food were stuck), dirty toliet (really disguisting). What's the worst many things were out of use and we spend one week of our holidays cooperating with the maintenance people: -The bidet flooded the bathroom floor when used. -Water from the swimming pool was leaking through filtration system. -One toilet was clogged. -Mould in both showers (we were cleaning it on our own). -In another bathroom we had to repair toilet cistern at night. -Bathromm door not locking. -Chopping board in pieces. When we asked owner for some refund for the time when everything was under repair she tried to intimidate us. Accoring to the information on vrbo we booked "wonderful villa" and what did we receive? Dirty, destroyed apartment NOT villa. Villa is a detached building and here there was one flat over us and one below us. If someone wants to see I have photos and videos confirming what I wrote here.
