Nybyggda helt privat Laneway hus med den bästa vyn i staden på översta våningen. Trevlig moderna möbler och vitvaror. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Nära UBC med en buss runt hörnet. 5 minuters promenad till stränderna i spanska banker. Enkel åtkomst till butiker och restauranger i 4th & 10th Ave. 15 min till centrum med buss. Vi ser ofta folk stannar vid vårt hörn för att ta bilder av Vancouvers vackra berg och hav.

Om du har familj och vänner som reser med dig finns det två två sovrum sviter (en lane sätt hus och en trädgård nivå svit) finns bredvid denna Laneway House finns att hyra. Fråga oss för mer information!

Tiny home with a HUGE view

Lovely laneway home with views of Vancouver to die for. On the small size, but perfect for a couple and pets. So close to beaches, shooting and restaurants, a perfect location!

Fantastic Accommodation!

My kids, my dogs, and I stayed at this VRBO property for a month as we moved to Vancouver. The location was perfect for us close to the Spanish Banks beach, 4th Avenue, amenities, and my place of business. It is quiet, bright, private, spacious, and includes an amazing view of West Vancouver, the inlet, and of the mountain. We found street parking close by and convenient. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to communication. I highly recommend this VRBO property and thank De and Sean!

Wonderful stay!

We sold our condo and don’t yet have a new spot to move to and we were fortunate enough to book Deanna and Sean’s lovely laneway house over the holidays. Because of our move, we had a lot of stuff with us, but the suite was enough space for both of us to live and work from home comfortably. The neighborhood is absolutely charming and it was great being so close to the beach, even in cold weather! The suite is well equipped and cosy and we’re sad to be saying goodbye!

Loved my stay!

I was very pleased with my stay. Not a lot of closet space but manageable for one person. Deanna and Sean were great they addressed any issues that came up. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great stay!

Nice small house

Gorgeous little retreat near the Pacific

There is enough space for two people, with a fully equipped open- plan kitchen on the upper floor. You can reach the small rooftop terrace over a ladder and enjoy the romantic view of the ocean. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs where you can also find a washing machine and a dryer. Although it is a quiet neighborhood you can easily reach the city. What was most attractive for us was the way down to the beach where we spent whole days going for walks and swimming.

Logement très agréable et calme

Nous avons séjourné pendant 18 jours chez Deanna. Le quartier résidentiel est calme, bien desservi par les bus et proches des commerces. La maison est très agréable, confortable, bien équipée est très propre. Après quelques jours, Deanna s'est préoccupée de savoir si notre séjour se passait bien. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Great for extended stays

I stayed for just over 3 weeks in early 2015. The commute to downtown was an easy one and coming back to the peace and quiet of the neighborhood suited me perfectly. The proximity to the beach held wonderful views and nice long walks. My french bulldog came for a visit. She was welcomed and enjoyed the yard space although it was a bit rainy for her liking! Deanna and Sean are gracious and accommodating hosts. This property is a great choice for long or short stays.

Beautiful location and lovely home

This laneway home was absolutely perfect for my Husband and I. It is located close to the dog beach and we were able to enjoy quality time by the ocean. Beautifully kept, and wonderful layout made our stay perfect!

Great location

We had an excellent stay here in aug, 2014. The area is a short walk to the beach and easy access to downtown and ubc. The suite was very clean and new. I recommend this property to anyone.

Great Space, Even Better View!

This brand-new laneway house has an outstanding view of the water, as well to Downtown and North Vancouver. The freighter ships are great to watch from the deck over coffees in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. The house is has all the amenities you could need; as well as being very clean, well organized, and only blocks from the beach or shops. Transit is right around the corner for easy access to Downtown, East Van, UBC, etc. The landlords are extremely accommodating, and are very welcoming and friendly. This is an excellent place to spend a few days, weeks, or longer… Highly recommended!
