Ligger nästan granne med mycket omtyckta Milner Gardens och Eaglecrest Golf Club och bara några minuter från den charmiga stadskärnan i Qualicum Beach, Memorial Golf Club och Qualicum Beach havet promenaden. På Tunnel Hill är du så nära till allt men du kommer att känna dig som om du är på din egen strand reträtt.

Gå in på den 1/4 milskogade privata enheten till Tunnel Hill Cottage, en 2 000 kvadratmeter strand hem med rustik charm, original gammal tillväxt Douglas gran, stor sten spis, vedeldad spis och även 2 handskurvade Western röd cedar totem poler. Din familj och vänner känner omedelbart hemma. Utomhus kommer du att upptäcka parkliknande grunder, skogar, gräsmattor, en avskild trädgårdstomt och "Tunneln" för vilken egendomen heter. Ett modernt underverk, med stig och ljus, leder tunnelen till "bild perfekt" stranden nedanför. Njut av panoramautsikt över 180 grader mot öst och väst och över Georgia Strait (Salish Sea) till kust bergen. Koppla av, bada, kajakpaddling, paddleboarding eller promenera i miles på den vackra sandstranden och utforska havsvattenpoolerna. På kvällen är solnedgången spektakulära. Peaceful Location

We loved our stay here. The beds were really comfortable and the home was clean and spacious. Mike was extremely helpful and the resident deer were a delight to watch! Highly recommend this property.

Exceeded expectations

Gorgeous property, very well equipped house, just a few minutes to Qualicum Beach stores and restaurants. Very comfy beds. The property management people were excellent and very easy to deal with.

Exceeded Expectations

Tunnel Hill was the perfect spot for our family holiday. From the start, communication with the Tunnel Hill team was exceptional. Being greeted upon arrival and shown around was very much appreciated. The cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable. The golf cart and tunnel down to the beach were highlights. We loved the view, the outside amenities and the peaceful setting. Tunnel Hill exceeded our expectations and we hope to return.

Restful and Perfect!

Great experience! The view is amazing. great to have a fast way to go up and down to the beach, which is incredible. Saw lots of whales (both humpback and orcas). Lots of space for four of us to do our own thing but ideally located to grab groceries without having to take a lot of time out of your day. Fire pit was awesome, kayaks and a paddle board too. All in all one of our favourite vacations. Mike and his whole team were great!

Simply Wonderful

This was our second stay at Tunnel Hill Cottage and it was just as wonderful as the first. Everything from pillows and beds to amenities on the property are better than one could hope for. Property team is very fast to answer any questions and easy to contact. Would highly recommend this property to all. Thanks for everything Tunnel Hill, we will be back again and again!

A few things missing

This is a very nice property. I do believe it is overpriced however. My family and I use VRBO properties for our vacations often and never have we come across a kitchen like this. If the cook is in the kitchen, they’re on their own. There is a reason there is only one picture of it. There is a beautiful view at the back of the house, however the back deck could use more chairs and a sturdy table as well as some lighting for the evening hours, otherwise your in pitch blackness. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and clean and we all slept like teenagers!

Peaceful beautiful views great location

Had an amazing time at Qualicum beach! The property is absolutely stunning with great views ! Beautiful garden and we just loved spending time on the beach next to the fire pit! Would definitely recommend and it is very kid friendly

Wonderful filled week!!

What a fun week spent in Qualicum Beach with the Girls ! Loved the house, loved the beach, loved everything! Golf cart, fire pits (3) fireplace on every morning❤️ The shopping was awesome Bamboozle was so fun and of course Cuckoo’s 🤞

The property, Owner and Management are second to none. Spent 10 days in awe of this stunning property. They have thought of everything to make it feel like home and from the minute we arrived we felt comfortable, relaxed and content. More than impressed

Our 2 families of 4 stayed at Tunnel Hill for a week this summer and it was fabulous! We chose this property for the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was well stocked, the linens were soft, and it was clean clean clean (very important to us, as we stayed during Covid). Janet was there to show us the house upon arrival, and when we noticed there were only 3 wine glasses later, she was quick to respond and drop off 2 new sets within a couple hours. Mike came to show us the property...the awesome tunnel down to the beach, the golf cart, campfire, the kayaks etc. Such a beautiful and special property. The kids could ride their bikes up the long driveway, they played basketball and bocce. But of course most of our days were spent at the beach. We made so many special memories at Tunnel Hill. Hope to return some day!

Excellent location and beautiful property

Tunnel Hill is an excellent setting in Qualicum Beach. It is a 100 year old cottage- comfortable and spacious for a family of up to six.

Stunning and comfortable

We were personally greeted and shown around the property upon our arrival. I very much appreciated having a real person to answer any questions. The location is fabulous, beautiful view, and very close to town. The house seemed well stocked with plates, cups, mugs, and even toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable including enough blankets and an assortment of pillow choices. The house was furnished well and the living had plenty of comfortable seating for all our guests. This house felt very much like home. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great place. Very relaxing.

Was a great stay. Accommodated 8 of us well. The kitchen is small but manageable. We were able cook many meals for all of us. Neat trek to the beach. We all enjoyed the place

Thanks Giving Dream Trip

What an amazing place and location. I could write a huge review, but it was a wonderful trip, so I'll keep it short. The house was clean and well stocked. The property is a mixture of lawns, forests and private beach, so a dream location for kids. The use of the golf cart to drive down to the beach through the tunnel just added to the fun. A place we will return to.

Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tunnel Cottage - those young and old! The home and property is immaculate. The beach is beautiful and the attention to detail from the caretakers, property manager and owner is truly a rare find these days. Although the weather wasn’t the best we still enjoyed nature walks up the long tree lined driveway, daily beach walks when the tide was out and everything about the grounds and cottage. The cottage is well stocked with linens, kitchen items, games, etc. and the decor and view instantly put me at ease. The children (aged 2 -12) loved the sandbox and the golf cart rides through the tunnel and down the windy cliff to the beach. Our stay was simply perfect!

Perfect home

The Tunnel Hill Cottage was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Maureen was so friendly and easy to work with, and Mike and Janet greeted us upon arrival and helped us get acquainted with the property. The home was beyond compare! It is perfectly decorated, but feels so comfortable. It had everything we could need. The patios make enjoying the outdoors so inviting. The views of the water from both inside and outside the house can not be beat. And a short walk takes you to the beach. I will come back again!

Amazing!!

Tunnel Hill is a unique and amazing place to vacation!! You not only have the wonderful view, but you also have the majestic trees that the eagles love. Wildlife was totally awesome and Tunnel Hill is a wonderful place to relax and the tranquility is superb! I was sad to leave, but I'm already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time! The people that manage and own the place are very gracious!!
