Looking for a great family get away, this gorgeous little beach house situated in a gated community called Qualicum Landing. A luxurious 3-bedroom beach house awaits you and boasts a water view, fully equipped kitchen , out door patio with gas firepit.
You have access to the clubhouse which includes outdoor pool area including 2 hot tubs for lounging around, an exercise room and billiards table. Have fun playing tennis or pickle ball on the sports court. Seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi( June 15-Sept 15);Full access to the private beachfront to access the water for swimming and exploring . There is so much wildlife in the area to watch from the local harbor seals, bald eagles, family of deer. Enjoy use of the beach picnic area and outdoor firepit fully stocked with wood.
Situated between Parksville and Courtenay you will find all the services amenities.

Lovely Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for us- a couple travelling with our 19 year-old and our mother. The property was beautiful- we loved the beach access and wonderful view of the ocean. The fire pit overlooking the water was a real bonus!

Perfect spot for an island vacation

We used it as a home base for several Vancouver Island adventures during a week long stay. It had everything we needed to make some meals and have comfortable stays at night. The pool table and gym was useful and the beach access was great. Had quick contact with Spero the owner and it was easy getting to and from. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect spot for family

My family of three couples really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great home base for our trip to Qualicum Beach. It was very clean and everything we could need was provided (including spare batteries for the tv remote)!

Girls getaway

Used as a home base while we toured the island from Duncan to Tofino. We would absolutely stay here again. The house was very nicely stocked with everything we needed and the host was excellent to deal with.

Beach House: A Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Little Beach House was incredible! The location was ideal, just steps from the ocean. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight, especially on hot days. We loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We'd highly recommend the Beach House for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

A cozy three bedroom house in Qualicum Beach

I recently, along with my wife and four year old daughter, went for a week long vacation and rented a three bedroom beach house in Qualicum Beach. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful home that has all the amenities we are looking for and more, from games and puzzles to tennis rackets and a guitar.Even more impressed with a scenic location very close to the beach and how serene and peaceful it feels. We are definitely happy we chose this and recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Lovely home

We loved it. Very clean and spacious home. We enjoyed the clubhouse (billiards room, heated outdoor pool, hot tub), beach, and pickleball (or tennis) court. Lots to do in the area (Qualicum/Parksville): go karts, mini golf, Coombs market, Qburger, Arrowsmith Smokehouse/Brewery, Little Mountain Lookout. A wonderful family vacation!

Cute Spot

Nice little cottage with most everything for a weekend stay. The beach wasn't as accessible as expected and the pool and hot tub are seasonal and hadn't opened yet... It was nice overall and close to beautiful town of Qualicum Beach.

Qualicum Getaway

Our host Spero and family were excellent right from the get go. The house is fully stocked, clean and well organized. Beds and furniture super comfy. We love this location and with the pool and clubhouse kids and teenagers can have lots of fun while not in the ocean. We had an awesome stay, thanks again The Carters

Our host was truly terrific to communicate with, and helped to make our stay seamless! The hosts provide an immaculate home with beautiful ocean views. Fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space, very large dining area and a luvly outdoor space to relax and have a coffee or a glass of wine. The binder on the counter is so detailed right down to local restaurants and attractions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

What a wonderful place to vacation in May 2023! This spacious home was simply gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It was very well maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. The beautiful big backyard was tranquil and relaxing, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the sights and sounds of nature during our stay. Spero, our host, was wonderful to deal with - so organized, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you for a truly memorable, relaxing stay on the island!

The Little Beach House

We had a lovely stay at The Little Beach House. We stayed for a little over a month and we could have stayed longer. We have been traveling around BC with a different vacation company and too many times I have had to clean ovens, extractor hoods and use our own pans. It was a breath of fresh air that Spero's place was very clean and we could use everything provided. It is a beautiful home. It's private, you can see the ocean from the house, there are rabbits, geese and eagles. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

Our favourite place to go!

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start! The Little Beach House is BY FAR our favourite place to go in the summer. It is a beautiful cottage in Qualicum Landing, and when you sit outside on the patio you can see the ocean...what more can you ask for? We have stayed in this house twice now, and Spero is absolutely fantastic! He is very quick to answer any questions you have, and he is such an amazing host....I've never met him in person, yet I feel like I've known him for a long time! Our family HIGHLY recommends this property, if you have kids and want a fantastic vacation on Vancouver Island....look no further!

Our new favourite place at Qualicum Landing!

We stayed at this house in July for a week. We have been to Qualicum Landing before, so this was our fifth different cottage...and it is now our favourite! Spero was an excellent host, he even contacted me personally, which has never happened before. I really appreciated that. And the house was perfect, very clean and the location is phenomenal. When you sit on the back patio you can see the ocean, and it's very private, which I loved as well. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining room table is beautiful! We will definitely be back. Thank you Spero!

AMAZING

Word's can't even describe how amazing this property was for my family and I. We had 3 kids with us and we could not believe how spacious it felt with all of us staying there. It had a yard that was so perfect for evenings after exploring with lots of room for our kids to run around and play. It was beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host really cares about the guests staying there with how quick he was to respond to messages and all the amenities offered throughout the home (barbecue, fireplace, games, laundry pods, etc.). It truly felt like a home away from home and it is set up perfectly for long stays while we explore the island. The drive from the ferry was short and our kids keep begging us to go back. This will 100% be our yearly vacation spot with how great our experience was. We highly recommend it!

We purchased this property in Feb 2020 as our family vacation getaway, now are regular visitors to the Qualicum area. We currently reside in Squamish, BC and so much enjoy our easy commute to the Island monthly.

We have close friends in the Qualicum area and have been visiting the island for a dozen years and finally just decided to have a home away from home place of our own.
A great place for the kids and ourselves to enjoy, Qualicum Landing provides us the ability to just close the door and walk away knowing everything is looked after in this well maintained complex of exquisite beach property.

Our unit is special as we find the back patio is still private even with the open concept of properties, we are still fortunately have an ocean view with the benefit of being protected from the ocean breeze in the colder months and our favorite time is lighting up the covered patio firepit and sitting out enjoying the peaceful surroundings any time of year.
