Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 stars for cleanliness and location. It has a nice ocean view and is comfortable for 2 people. 4 stars on the condition because it needs some updating for the price. Also, be prepared to bring lots from home because there was no Keurig in the kitchen, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 dishwasher detergent pack. The Pinnacle Port staff was great to work with.

Beautiful view of the gulf and a great location. Beautiful beach and great access from the units. Super friendly staff.

Beach getaway

The condo, location, privacy and amenities were spot on!! We booked this trip last minute and were very nervous considering we’d never been to this part of Florida and didn’t really know what to expect. The fact that we were less than 5 minutes from RoseMary Beach was awesome, we spent most of our time on 30A and even drove over to Pier Park in PCB. The location for this condo is everything! Unfortunately communicating back and forth on the VRBO app wasn’t as convenient, I sent multiple messages with no reply. They did answer the phone when I called though! We didn’t cook at the condo, so we didn’t use any of the utensils or cooking ware. However, for a family of 4 we were left with one roll of toilet paper 😆. Lol The beach was stunning and the water was gorgeous! I loved that there were pools, a playground, walking areas, we were in a gated community, and a small restaurant is on site. We will be back, but have hope the communication via VRBO and the toilet paper both increase.

enjoyed the stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time renting from Pinnacle Port. They unit was clean and up to date. Really liked the location. The beach was only a step away. The only problem was that my wife likes to take baths. The unit has a shower/tub combo but the drain stopper was removed which would not allow my wife to take her bath.

Very dissatisfied with bathroom

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice experience overall. Excellent access to the beach. Great view (but not very private).The unit was Very clean and well equipped. The only issues we had were; no electrical outlets accessible in the bedroom and we couldn't get on wi-fi until the second day. The password on the modem was bogus, we had to call the cable company which was very helpful and got us on line (I know, still trying to run my business even though I was on vacation). I would definitely recommend this unit for a nice couple get-away.

"OK" Stay

Location was not where i thought it would be Check in process was awful Front door was difficult to open/close Balcony was difficult to open Sleeper Sofa was VERY uncomfortable Other than those things, this place was ok. Not sure if I'll come back. I would prefer a location further down front beach road and definitely a 2 bedroom....no more sleeper sofas!!!!

Simple but perfect

Very clean, great view, close to beach and pool. Roomy for a one bedroom. Pull out sofa was fairly comfortable but queen sized bed in bedroom was hard as a rock. Lined it with available pillows and did fine. Wifi was spotty at best. Overall great place that met all our needs. Love Pinnacle Port and would stay in this unit again.

fantastic view from a third floor one bedroom condo.

we enjoyed out two week stay very much the condo was clean and had lots of room in it for company. The kitchen was nice and had the right amount of cookware and dishes for us. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash cloths. We would rent one of these condos again for sure. Maybe one with more bedrooms.
