Loved our stay in Texas!

Great communication with the host from the outset. Property was honestly better than we even thought it would be. Everything was so clean and tidy, we felt right at home. If we're ever back in the area, we'd 100% stay here again. And the cookies were great too!

Big comfy house

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in Richland Hills. We loved the outdoor space, the cozy blankets, and the nice jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had all that we needed. Would stay again!

Superb!!

This home will meet your every need. The owners have been very thoughtful in having a warm, cozy, and well stocked home for you to relax in. Safety features in this home are also very evident. Loved our entire stay starting with the fresh baked cookies and thank you card. Immediate response from Denise! Our group of 6 voted this the best home we have ever utilized. Between all of us that has been many! Hope to come back in the future!!

Beautiful Property We'll Return To

It was such a pleasure to stay at this property!! The photos do not do it justice. Every detail was thought out from the most comfortable and luxurious beds and linens to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood so convenient to freeways that everything we needed was so easy to get too. This is by far the best short term rental we have stayed at. Easy check in, gracious and communicative hosts, clean and cozy. We will be back!!

End of the Year Stay

I first would like to start with the negatives. Negative #1 - The photos on the listing do not match what the inside of the house looks like. Negative #2 - some of the comments made on different information sheets in the house, make me never want to stay here again. I understand that probably some people had parties and stuff in the past, but why is it my responsibility as the guest who is paying there make sure that you can continue your rental business? Negative #3 - laundry room had tons of towels left in the dryer. We had move them out to use the washer and dryer.Now for the positives…there were more positives than negatives. Positive #1 - Fresh baked cookies waiting for us. This was a welcomed treat to greet us. Positive #2 - Hand written note thanking us for our stay. Positive #3 - Lots of space and places to sleep. This is one of the main reasons I picked this property over others in the area. Positive #4 - Great location with easy access to different places we needed to go.

Perfect place for family

Denise is an amazing host. We were welcomed by fresh baked cookies and a beautiful home. We were all so excited to explore the property. The pictures do not do the house justice, it's everything and more. We came for a wedding and if we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here again. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Perfect accommodation for Dallas / Ft Worth

This place is a gem. This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated. The home is in great shape and very clean. The home was well stocked with dishes, silver, towels, extra soap, detergent. The kitchen has an ice maker and a coffee bar with multiple options. The rooms are comfortable and situated to allow for families to choose to be close together or spread out. The hosts are wonderful to work with, including leaving a welcome note and homemade chocolate chip cookies to put in the oven. The area is a quiet and clean suburb. There are multiple restaurants, churches and other services available within just a couple of miles. The neighborhood is quiet, and great for walking. The location is accommodating for trips to the airport, stockyards, Arlington and TCU. This is where we will stay for our future trips to Dallas / Ft Worth!

Excellent Experience

We chose this property because of the excellent reviews... and Chris and Denise did not disappoint. The property was well maintained, inviting, and had all the amenities that allowed for a great stay. The location was perfect. It was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. We are already thinking about booking this house again later in the year for another stay. Thank you for everything!

Very enjoyable stay

There were 8 of us staying at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and just get around. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was in a nice area. If our family makes another trip to this area, we definitely will try to book this same house.

Attention to Detail

In numerous ways, it was made obvious the hosts are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Little details, like towel warmers, ice makers, and freshly baked cookies on the counter us feel welcome and relaxed. There were plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos, pillows and blankets, and dishes and silverware. Though we didn't need them, we noticed there were enough cribs and pack n plays that visitor's with babies would be well taken care of. The property abounds with signs to help you make the most use out of the amenities, from instructions on how to use the grill to public transportation options. This is a very comfortable and clean home.

Comfy stay for the first trip to Ft Worth cattle show

Beautiful home with everything we needed. We’ve discovered attending livestock shows a garage is a must for dumping muddy clothes and bags. The washer and dryer were also nice to have. Gorgeous home with all the bells and whistles. Loved the fireplace and the great ice machine. Didn’t have much time to enjoy the wonderful patio. Location was great! Owner left us some chocolate cookies to bake that were fabulous!

Great family place

This was a great place for our family to stay for a few days! Lots of room for everyone, the youngest kids enjoyed the toys. The older kids and adults enjoyed playing games and hanging out. The house was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Clean & Comfortable Residence

I would rate this residence a 5+. When you entered there was a aroma of fresh baked cookies which the owner made for us. The house was roomy, nicely decorated and comfortable. It was in a great location centrally located between Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. The owner was very accomodating.

Girls Trip

Six girlfriends came into town for a conference and stayed at this fantastic VRBO property and it was a perfect retreat. The neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. The spacious layout was a pleasant surprise, and the host was incredibly responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
