Williams Family Summer Vacation 2025

Our stay at the Modren House of Photography was amazing!! We have a large family and we were looking for a spacious place that could accommodate our needs for our family vacation. The house was the perfect fit for us. We had space for everyone to rest comfortably, plenty to do in the fenced in spacious back yard and most of the activities we planned were at least 10 to 30mins from our location. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next vaction!!!

Amazing house!

This house was amazing! perfect location and very clean. Jason was a fantastic host! Had a group of 9 and had plenty of room for everyone. Next trip back to Dallas ill be looking to stay here again

Great Dallas Getaway

This property is as advertised. Very clean and modern. The neighborhood is well maintained and very quiet. A great location to relax unwind with easy access to Dallas/Fort Worth. Jason is a great host and made checkin easy. I would book again when in the area.

Great Family Getaway

My husband and I and our parents stayed at Modern House of Photography for a family getaway. The house was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, which we loved. The house was very nice and well equipped for all of our needs. We had to address some minor issues upon arrival with the host, which he responded to very timely. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a great time at this house. House was very comfortable and clean and up to date. We came in a for a Dallas Cowboys game, and the location was fantastic. Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood that was close to the stadium and DFW. Jason made everything easy and seamless. Thanks!

Spacious home for large groups

Nice spacious home in a quaint neighborhood. Pool table, Pac-Man arcade, corn holes, and large backyard were a hit with the kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and provided the owner with few recommendations to enhance future guests stays.

This property is well located and convenient to many of the attractions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, especially the sports activities in Arlington. The neighborhood was quite and safe. Good communications with the manager. Nice, clean and safe property. Will use again.

Great space to hang out and relax!!!

This house was perfect for our needs. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was ideal, and the seating good. We enjoyed the pool table more than I even thought we would. It was perfect for us to have two bedrooms downstairs - ea h with their own bath. I would come back to this quiet house/ neighborhood!!!! The host was so responsive and kind. I really appreciate great communication.

Great home and great location!

This home was fantastic and ideal for my family. The spacious layout was perfect for kids to play, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host was wonderful and always available when we needed assistance. Home was very clean. The garage comfortably fit our rental car, and we felt very safe in the area. What stood out most was the individual AC units on each level, ensuring the entire home stayed cool. We also enjoyed the photography and the history behind each piece.

Excellent! Highly recommend!

The place was amazing and perfectly suited to our needs! We had 12 adults and everything was wonderful! The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of the listing is because it initially said there was a hot tub which is why we picked the property. But it turns out there is not a hot tub. Truth be told we probably wouldn't have had much time to use it anyway because we were there for a conference. The host was very responsive and check-in / check-out was super easy!

First Time in Dallas

A few friends and I visited Dallas for the NFL game. This property was the perfect fit. It is located within ~20 minutes from the airport and AT&T Stadium. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. The property itself is modern, clean, has ample space, plenty of bathrooms, and a pool table (which is a plus!). Jason, owner/property manager, was responsive and professional. The garage is available to use and is large enough to fit the Grand Wagoneer we rented. I'd definitely visit Dallas again and will look for this property.
