Not what we paid for.
The property itself was in a lovely location with beautiful gardens. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed with sheets and towels very clean. However, the living and outdoor areas were not cleaned according to the other parts of the house. Floors in kitchen/living areas were filthy as I discovered walking around barefoot. The areas behind tv, lounge and under piano had year long dust and debris which had not been vacuumed. The sliding door tracks were filthy and outdoor furniture was dirty and dusty under the covers. Oven was not clean with baked grime on racks. All photos were sent to Tiarna the real estate receptionist who acted very quickly on our behalf. As we were there for our son’s wedding we were immersed in the celebrations when a 200 refund was processed. This is in no way adequate considering the amount of money we paid for our 4 night stay. On a side note it was disappointing that the heater for spa and pool was not working. Our son was hoping to utilize these amenities with his groomsmen prior to his big day. To summarize, the listed property did not live up to its potential. We definitely feel that 200 is not adequate nor acceptable compensation and thus this review.
