Cute cabin with family entertainment

Super cute cabin with plenty of room. Loved everything there was for the kids to do. Super convenient to all the area attractions.

The view is priceless

We enjoyed the view. The house was spacious. Mattresses need replacing. Misinformation about the outside pool. It was a a distance to drive not nearby. Games were a huge bonus. Cleanliness was not top notch. I had to wipe down the hangers before hanging up clothes. Things were dusty. No safe ladder for bunk beds. Great potential but some improvements needed.

Amazing Cabin

This cabin was amazing there was enough space for my family of 10 the cabin was very clean checking in we had no issues location was perfect and the view from the decks on each floor was awesome.The kids most definitely enjoyed the indoor pool the theater room and the other games.If you want to be close to all of the attractions this is the perfect place we willbe most definitely be returning soon

Beautiful mountain view

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We checked in and upon arrival we noticed that the AC wasn’t functional. We called the property management company and they sent someone at that evening and resolved the issue immediately. We enjoyed the view from the balcony on each level. It was stunning! The kids really enjoyed the pool. We plan to return to the same cabin since we loved it so much!

Upgrades needed

This property really needs to be upgraded. The living room furniture is very old and worn out, pool was green when we arrived, the theater room projector was not working and there was trash all over main floor balcony. We selected this property because of all the amenities and we were very disappointed when we couldn't use them. I called the office right away and they did make repairs the next day which was one positive note but we should not have to call anyone, this property should have been checked before our arrival.

Great Time!

The Splash with a View was a great package for our group size of 9. Our 3 grandsons loved it. The view was awesome and check in/out was painless. The hot tub water could have been a little cleaner. We will/would definitely go back again.

Not what I expected.

There were roaches especially in the kitchen area. Wasn’t sure how clean some of the bedding was. Freezer didn’t work for most of stay. Called very early about the freezer and someone did come out but issue wasn’t resolved.

Great place to get together with family!!!

The cabin was great!!! We had 6 adults and 6 kids (5,9,12,13,14,18) and everyone loved it! The views were spectacular!!! The layout made things a little noisy when people were playing pool or Ping-Pong but it was easy to overlook because everyone was having such a good time! We loved the fact that the room with the swimming pool had a keypad entry. This kept the 5yo from sneaking in! Overall, the cabin was great, the views were great and the location was great!!! We did have a little trouble with check-in due to the rental company saying they still needed my driver's license. I had sent it to them previously but it had expired before the rental dates. I had received emails saying they had everything they needed but at the last minute was notified that they couldn't send the check-in code or even the address until they had a copy of my current license. We were 30 minutes from the cabin and still trying to send a copy of my license using my cell phone. It was a bit stressful but once that was handled everything went smoothly!

Beautifiul view. Needs some attention to detail

Overall a good property. Easy to access from Pigeon Forge strip. Beautiful mountain views from property. Kids really enjoyed the air hockey, arcade game, indoor pool, etc. A couple of things could use some attention. The mattresses were all fairly crappy/cheap. They all sagged quite a lot and I believe were the squeakiest I had ever slept on. Every time my wife or I turned over I think everyone woke up! The clothes dryer did not really work, we could only find one setting that dried the clothes and it took a long time. The fridge leaked water on the floor. The security system for the house didn't work. And as a real nuisance, they don't even provide shampoo or coffee filters. I know thats a minor detail, but when I pay several thousand dollars for a "luxury" cabin, I expect a cheap little bottle of shampoo to be provided. Coffee too. I believe people that rent these types of cabins are generally pretty hard on them, so its not unexpected for it to be showing some wear. Overall it was a good stay.

2020 Apple family spring break

Very nice getaway with lots to do with the family!! We spent two whole days just staying at the cabin swimming, playing pool and other games. One of the most relaxing vacations we have taken with the kids

Christmas in the cabin

10/10 would recommend

The address was a little confusing because all the reservation emails and attachments I received prior to the trip only mentions the rental office and references the actual address as “emergency only not for gps use” so that was very misleading but as soon as we got to the cabin, all the frustrations disappeared! The cabin is beautiful and the views were breathtaking!! Very spacious and all the amenities were top notch. It’s only 15 minutes drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge! Will be booking again ASAP
