No one wanted to leave!

Would definitely stay here again!! My family spent Christmas here - one of the best vacations ever! The house is extremely well stocked, clean and spacious. The casita was a wonderful extra! Quiet, serene neighborhood. Plenty of areas to walk, explore. Scenery itself, of course, is breathtaking. No one wanted to leave! Perfect mixture of leisure and activity. Communication with management - top notch. Had items shipped to residence and were in home upon arrival. Plan to return to St. George and Zane’s Place.

Great base camp

We were in southwest Utah to hike, this house served as an excellent base camp. It was very close to Snow Canyon State Park, a great place to explore. We also longer trips to Zion and Bryce National Park. It was great to come back to this house, the kitchen was well equipped for making dinner. The living room was a great place to hangout. A bonus was the little golf putting green out back. Overall, highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The house is clean and decorated beautifully! It is walking distance to the pickle ball courts and the pool! We loved watching people tee off on hole 2 and we had nightly putting contests on the putting green in the back yard. The house could use more hangers as there were only a couple in the whole house but that was it. Great place to stay!!

Great getaway for outdoor enthusiasts

This is our 3rd stay at the Ledges. The golf course had great views,and pro shop folks were kind and professional. House clean and had all the amenities. Pickelball, pool, and miles of bike trails with gorgeous views. Only a 40 mile drive to Zion. This is our go to place for summer trips to Utah.

Great Week

Since our friend couldn't join us, my husband and I enjoyed a lovely week in this well-furnished and stocked home. The location is quiet, and the additional secluded patio was appreciated on a couple of windy days. Visitors should be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn't have an en suite. bathroom.

UT School Visit

Turned my sons school visit into a little get away! Loved our accommodations at the Ledges. The home was top notch, lots to do on property, swim, hot tub, paddle ball, golf, walking/biking trails and hiking right outside your front door! One of the most beautiful golf courses we've played!! Overall, a great experience and can't wait to come back!! One suggestion would be a full length mirror in the master bedroom! Thank you!!

Enjoyed Zane's Place - Will Return

The location was peaceful backing up to the golf course and it was an easy to drive anywhere in the area. Close to outdoor amenities, club house, swimming pool and Fish Grill. Everything that one would need for cooking has been provided. Property Management was very cordial and responsive when we had a minor problem starting outside fire pit.

September trip to Ledges

Great property, close to town. Golf course was great, Fish rock grille had excellent food and would deliver quickly right to the home. Definitely would return again. Only issues were very loud group outside at adjacent property a couple nights and ebike rental had disconnected throttle and made return trip very hard. Still a great stay overall.

Great Stay

The only issue with this property was the strong chemical smell when we first arrived. I think the cleaning products used need to be changed a the odor was very hard to get rid of. For that reason I gave only 4 stars for cleaning.
