Our Happy Place

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. No issues. Outdoor patio and fireplace was very nice, as was the pool and hot tube just a short walk away.

Perfect Location

We had a great time at Our Happy Place. The location was perfect access for golf, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park. We will be back.

Girlfriend Getaway

We loved our stay at Our Happy Place. Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Snow Canyon. We had a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday and the condo had plenty of space for all of us. The 4 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient for 6 women getting ready each morning. Our favorite spot was the upstairs deck and firebox. We used it each night! Our only issue was a bad oder coming from the laundry area. We just kept the door closed so it didn’t bother us and we didn’t do laundry. (Front loader washing machines have that problem, it probably just needs cleaning.)We would definitely come back!

We love this place

This was our second stay here. We love it! We had a big group of twelve. We love the location. We always go to snow canyon, and staying here lets us get there before the crowds. We love the pool. We had a lot of fun playing pickleball. The place is decorated beautifully, very clean, and well stocked. We’ll probably go again next year

Loved it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the lay out. The room sizes were similar enough no one felt they got less. Loved the amount of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Fun extras. Loved the extra large kitchen table. No complaints! Only complaint was that it's not really by anything, kind of out in the middle of no where, so farther to go into town into the store.

Thanksgiving fun

We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend.

Happy Place

This property is so clean and beautiful! We loved everything about it. The balcony upstairs was so nice to wind down by the fire pit. We highly recommend this happy place! 😀

Clean and comfortable stay

I booked this place for a girls cousin birthday get together and we had a blast. We didn’t cook a lot in the kitchen, but we sat at the nice long table and played games! We also sat by the pool which was relaxing. Easy checkout and great experience overall. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great house, great area, great stay

Everything about our stay went smooth. House was very clean and lots to do in the area. Don’t hesitate about this place. It served its purpose very well. Large table for 10 in the middle of the first floor made hanging out fun. Overall very nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

Happy Place

The property and community were great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only real negatives/suggestions would be that we wished there were more sports channels available to watch at night on TV (e.g. ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports, etc.), and parking in the neighborhood can be a nightmare. There is only 1 parking spot available for this property in the driveway and there is no street parking so it was a feeding frenzy to try and find one of the few community parking spots. I believe a lot of the neighbors' units were not rented for the weekend so maybe if they could have an agreement between the various owners to allow guests from other properties to park in their driveway on days not rented.

Perfect for our two families

We stayed at the ledges for a week in May and it was absolutely perfect. We loved exploring Saint George, and the property was a short and beautiful drive from St. George. The property itself was clean, updated, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property managers Were checking in with us and readily available if we needed anything. The pools were perfect after a long days of hiking in Zion. We would absolutely stay again.

Great place for a girls weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! Perfect place for a girls weekend in St. George. Plenty of beds and space to hang out together, nice linens, plenty of towels and enough dishes that we didn't have to wash anything until we were leaving. Two very minor issues we noticed was that the washer had a bad, mildew smell when we opened the closet door. It's a front load and we know those tend to have issues if you aren't running wash every day or you leave the door closed. We also had a minor glitch with the TV in the main room on our last night. We fixed it by swapping batteries in the remote and by unplugging/replugging in the TV. So nothing bad enough to impact the satisfaction of our stay, but things that should be addressed by the management company.
