Weekend Getaway

Our trip was great! Had a bit of an issue with the hot water, but we were credited back a portion of our fee for compensation by the owner! Our son also left his Apple Watch there and the owner contacted us to let us know that he was mailing it to us!! We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We brought our family to stay, it was clean, accurate pictures. We had a great time here. Decorations were cute and on theme for a beach condo. It was close to lots of restaurants and the beach!

Just the two o us

It was just as advertised. Very clean and well maintained on the inside. it was perfect for the two of us. Everything was within a .5 to 1 mile of location; easy to get to. We are older so we enjoyed all the history of the Golden Isles. Visited the beach early morning and later in the evening. Found a good many sand dollars. Very affordable as well

Easy to get to everything on St Simon’s Island

We missed that both bedrooms were upstairs, which was a bit of a challenge… but we managed and were comfortable in this townhouse that is near East Beach and the many restaurants. We drove everywhere and parking was easy and free.

Private and Beautiful Place

We loved the place. It was perfect. So clean. Great communication with the owners. King bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. Nice and quiet community. All the amenities you would need. Quick access to all restaurants, groceries, gas station, STARBUCKS, and beach. The rate was a steal!

Golf Trip with family

The condo is close to the beach. Love the ping-pong table and pool. Close to golf courses. Accommodations were perfect. Great communication with the host.

Nice place!

Great condo

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is nice and quiet and in a great location. The pool is shady and the ping pong table is fun! We had a slight a/c problem and the owner called me before I even realized it and had a repairman out within an hour. It was fixed quickly and on a Sunday afternoon! Great place to stay with great owner communication. We will definitely be back.

Father's Day Golf outing

Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Clean and very cozy as well!! Amazing location next to beaches, places to eat and play golf as well. The owners were awesome as well and very quick to respond with a question. Great value for your money. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

Amazing Place on St. Simons

This was our first visit to the island and it couldn't have been a better experience! This condo was perfectly suited for our needs as a family of 4. Little kitchenette and dining room were perfect to prepare and eat breakfast and lunch in. And we enjoyed dinners out at the local restaurants, which were all delicious and close by! Just a three minute, not even, drive to East Beach gave us plenty of opportunity to get our ocean fix during our stay. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay and to top it all off, we had beautiful weather the entire time! Thank you Steve and Angie!!

Amazing Stay at St. Simons!

The property was very nice. Perfect for our family of 3! It was clean, spacious, close to everything we wanted to do. The beaches were close, close to the pier, villages and all the good food! Check in/Check out was easy, the owners were great with communication. 10/10!! We look forward to staying here again!

Great stay for family of 4

We had a great stay at Island Townhouse! The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Weather wasn’t great, but still a lot to do around the island and only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach! Steve provided everything we needed to know and condo had everything we needed. Will be back!

Nice place!

Me and my 3 friends took a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us! The condo was overall pretty clean and it was nice and spacious! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.
