Detta mysiga hus med 2 sovrum är nyrenoverat. Du kommer att njuta av mitten / södra ön plats nära 2 många butiker och restauranger. Du kan enkelt promenera till Redfern Village och annan underhållning. King & Queen-sängarna och vardagsrummet har en helt ny bäddsoffa i queen-size. Enheten levereras med nya möbler och pålitlig wifi. Precis utanför huset finns en stor privat inhägnad trädgård för bra utomhusliv. Huset inkluderar användning till 4 cyklar (Beach Cruisers). Tillgång till poolen i närheten.

Detta är det huvudsakliga, privata huset som är kopplat till en söt lägenhet (typ som ett radhus).

Detta hus ligger på ett bra läge på Demere Rd. Vägbuller kan höras under din vistelse. Men hastighetsgränsen är tillräckligt långsam för golfbilar, så ingen snabb trafik.

Check in instructions were clear. Management communications to us about the very strict rules were ALL CAPS - basically shouting repeatedly with fines associated with each potential infraction. The facilities were as clean as most. There is a lot of deferred maintenance - cracked tile in kitchen area, likely due to a leaking dishwasher. Chipped woodwork and walls, loose faucets.

Birthday Getaway

First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property.

Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable.

Golf stay

Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us.

Clean and cute little beach house!

We enjoyed staying in this little 2 bedroom beach house! Close to the beach and restaurants with only a 5-8 min drive! It was clean and neat. It is very close to a busy road so you do hear some road noise. The only things that may need work is the dishwasher needs a good scrub inside and the master tub/shower sprays at you when filling up and doesn’t plug well to fill the tub for a small child. Just leave the faucet running so the water doesn’t run out! Overall we had a good experience and would stay again!

Spring Break with Grandkids

This was a nice little house in a convenient location. There is some traffic noise as it located on a major road. We enjoyed our time here and the kids liked the fenced in back yard for kicking their soccer ball and just running around. The kitchen is well furnished with cookware and with a Keurig coffee maker, pods and sweetener. Some of the cookware such as the non-stick pans need to be replaced and neither of the two furnished manual can openers worked. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice with good pressure and water. temperature. We would have no concerns about booking this location again and have already talked about doing that.

St. Simon’s Island vacation

The house was clean and ready for us! It was comfortable and we didn’t have to ask about anything during our stay. Close enough to do lots of exploring around the island!

Quick Trip

We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect.

Holiday cheer getaway

Great place and wonderful host. Clean and friendly place for family. Every ask was answered and the host even had a soccer net for the kiddo's. Will definately be back to this clean, cute little piece of heaven.

Outstanding Visit to SSI in the Beach House

I cannot say enough about the property!! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the owner checked in on us many times. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms lovely...the bed I stayed in was more comfortable than my own:) We walked every morning and were so happy with how close everything was. The bikes were in great condition, and the local paths were very safe. We went to East Beach and it was super close, and had bathrooms, etc. right in the parking lot. We had dinner at Fiddlers, and the staff and locals couldn't have been any nicer; same with the Frederica House. We will definitely be back and would not stay any place other than the "Beach House" on Demere Road!! Thank you to the gracious home owners!!!

Great location and house

We really had a great time at this property. Very clean and the management company was super responsive! We really didn’t have much of a problem but when we needed them, they did respond quickly. Check-in was easy and the house felt really secure. The house is located in a great area, very walkable. Of course, Saint Simons is not a big island but this house was very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend and will probably stay again.

Perfect family getaway

This unit is south mid-island. You can walk to Waffle House in the morning even though it is equipped to make breakfast and coffee with a Keurig machine. You can use the free bikes that are provided and ride all the way to the beach. The famous Southern Soul BBQ restaurant is just a half mile away. At night there is live music at Red Fern Village which is just about a half a mile away. The locals love Red Fern Village. We enjoy oysters at Catch 228 and fish sandwiches from Gnat's Landing. Both restaurants have live music.
