Detta väl belägna tre säng två badrum pool hem är både nära Disney och de andra Orlando nöjesparker samt en kort bilresa till många lokala barer, restauranger och andra bekvämligheter. Grovepark Drive - Briars Grove har ett bra storlek bostadsyta med matplats och sittgrupp.

Det finns ett stort fullt utrustat kök med kyl / frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spishäll samt köksbord och stolar.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på höger sida av vardagsrummet med stort badrum och klädkammare.

Till vänster om vardagsrummet hittar du ytterligare två sovrum med en dubbelsäng och den andra med två enkelsängar. Mellan de två sovrummen är familjen badrummet.

Alla sovrum och vardagsrummet är utrustade med TV och kabel. Wifi internet finns också.

Tillgång till pooldäcket är genom vardagsrummet genom altandörrar. Pooldäcket har solstolar och bord och stolar för uteservering.

Large pool close to Disney

This was the largest pool we’ve ever had at a vacation rental! Pool was clean & the water was actually a very comfortable temperature. Excellent communication with host. Close enough to Disney to go back for a lunch break each day. Dogs LOVED the fenced in yard! Large house. Had plenty of room. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. Will stay here again when we’re in town! Thank you Julian!

house needs to be updated

trash outside the pool area, appliances looked to be very old, living room furniture looked like it was taken from the side of the road, shower caddy was held on by electrical tape, air conditioner does not work in front bedroom, had to unplug microwave to be able to open it, washing machine leaks. Would not stay at this property again.

Just sleep

It's fine just to sleep but even than there was the issue of how much noise every bed made. You can't walk around in the house barefoot, feet will end up really dirty. Vents were very dusty. Bathroom window had spider webs. Bath towels aren't available, unless you don't mind using pool towels. Back door and garage door don't lock. Pool has option to be heated but it's extra charge and takes 2 days. Only tv available is the one in living room. If you're willing to clean the house yourself moment you arrive and you're spending most of time out the house it's fine.

Double booked

I never stayed there. It was double booked, and we had to find other travel arrangements on. Julian was very apologetic for what it happened.

The home size was great, put it smelled a bit humid/moldy.

Overall, it was good. I just didn’t like the smell of the master bath and water. Not sure if there was an issue with the plumbing.

The house is very basic. The fenced back yard was great for our dog, and the pool is very nice. The property manager was very responsive and helped with any and all issues. Don't stay here if you are looking for luxury, but if not I would recommend it.

Needs some TLC and cleaning.

This trip had been postponed from earlier in the year, due to Covid. We finally made it in December. The house was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. Walls were filthy, carpeting in bedrooms worn and very dirty. It felt as though it had been empty and neglected for months. We rented this house for its fenced backyard and pool. The dogs loved the yard. The pool was algea covered. We never used it.

Huge Fenced Back Yard

I have rented many properties in the area over the last few years for myself, husband, and two dogs, and this property has by far the biggest fenced yard we have ever seen. For that alone we hope this property is available the next time we need a rental. My dogs also loved all the sandhill cranes which hang around the neighborhood. The layout of the property was another aspect I really liked with the master on one side and the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The kitchen is very large and open to the living room space making it seem even larger. I would definitely stay here again!
