Minutes from Disney! Clean family size Townhouse with a private pool.

Located MINUTES FROM DISNEY it features a beautiful clean spacious living room with access to your very own private pool. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large central island has everything you need for at home dining. You can also enjoy a great relaxing day at the community pool and lazy river just a short walk away. This is not a regular townhouse but a vacation destination close to all Orlando has to offer where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. I am not going to bore you with in depth features of the house, just know that it is always clean, always cozy, always functioning, and has everything you need.

• Pool heat is an optional amenity. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of US$25. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 70 - 80ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
• TV/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only, and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
• AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
• There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the house. Please follow community parking rules to avoid your car being towed.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable time overall. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn’t very cold, and we ended up using two fans in the kids’ room since it felt quite warm at night. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall experience was pleasant.

Independence Day

We enjoyed our stay, The property was well maintained and clean. The only things that we we're uncomfortable with was entering Entering the neighborhood took at least 5 to 10 minutes at the gate. That was because of the holiday weekend. But overall it was a good property to book.

Host was great. Got back to answer questions promptly! Very nice and helpful friendly.

We stayed for a month the place was clean and welcoming. Pool was great and warm.

Wonderful Time

Our family arrived to Orlando pretty late and traffic was awful but the house made up for it! Everything was clean and very nice. There was some space for our group of 6. Our host was very responsive! I had a few questions during our stay and it was so easy to get in touch! to get in to

Family vacation

The home was very clean and decorated very nicely. Place had everything you would need. The private pool and the clubhouse house pool were great. We all enjoyed our stay very much here and would book again.

Perfection

My friends and I enjoyed a girls weekend at this house and it was perfect!! The house was just as pictured. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice when we needed to get ready! This house has great space, it’s in a really nice, gated neighborhood, and the process for checkin was very easy!

Nice and Quiet Townhouse

The townhouse was about 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30-45 minutes from Universal Studios. Quiet neighborhood and lots in the area for food, shopping, and delivery. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and had all of the items you would need for a stay (coffee maker, dishes, silverware, towels, etc.). They were also very accommodating with my dogs. Enjoyed the pool and would stay again!

Superb! Clean, beautiful, wonderful community

Family of 5 with children under 10. Close to everything Orlando. Condo is beautiful, huge, clean, and very well equipped. Pool at condo was great and the association clubhouse/amenities/pool/waterslide, etc were clean and top notch. Staff was excellent. All of the guards at the gate were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional. All smiles. Will absolutely stay at this condo again. Highly highly recommend. Hostess was available and communicated very well. 10 out of 10. Stay here, you will be very very pleased. Thank you!

Great communication

Overall stay was great. House is in a great location for Disney. Host communication was excellent. House wasn’t as clean as expected, carpets were stained House felt muggy at times but I think that’s expected in Florida. Couples things that would have made the stay better would have been some updated towels and a BBQ grill.

21st Birthday Celebration

I surprised my daughter and her friends with a 21st birthday celebration. The property was large enough to accommodate everyone. There were 8 extra people including myself. The pool was an added plus as they went swimming at night and enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The ease of check-in was a plus and we were able to come and go without any problems. I would reserve this space again if I were to have another small gathering.

Great communication

Our host was very communicative, and that made the experience much easier. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. From the floors, to the linens, to the dirty plates and silverware, we did not love that aspect of the stay. Other than that, it was comfortable, spacious. And located in a good spot to get pretty much anywhere you'd need.

Spacious fantastic stay

My husband and I traveled to Florida for my daughter’s college softball team’s spring break games. The house we rented was very spacious - exactly how it looked online. The pool was small but just enough for the 2 of us to relax and cool off after the games. We were able to use it several days. Location was 30 minutes to the field complex and about the same to Disney. Traffic can be a bit much on Route 4 so give yourself plenty of travel time. Would definitely stay again! Host Ashley was great to work with!

Everything We Needed!

A nice, well supplied, condo that was perfectly situated for what we needed. The community pool was awesome for the kids during our down time from Disney. The owner has supplied highchairs, strollers, and games for the young ones which is very considerate! The kids loved their rooms with the bunkbeds and Disney themes! We had some issues with getting the TV in the living room going, but with TV's in every room, it wasn't really a big deal (too much going on for sitting around and watching TV anyway!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze as we received an email with all the information we needed for the condo and to access the community amenities. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was nice. The development was beautiful and for the most part quiet except for the people to the left who appeared to have moved in doing renovations and banging at various time throughout the evening and night. The hedges initially pictured in the photos didn't prevent others from walking by observing those in the pool or on the patio, they appeared to be dead. The pillows in the upstairs master bedroom was HORRIBLE and FLAT on the too low platform bed. But overall it was an okay stay but not worth the money paid.

The check in process was easy . The house was clean . The first 2 days of our stay we had no AC . The host was responding at a timely manner but they seem to have had issues in the past with the AC . They sent someone out the next day, they told the owner and us that the unit had to be replaced because it would shut off again . They didn’t want to replace it ! they had us wait it out to see if it would cool down … it didn’t she was responding that day until late at night where of course no one would come so late ! She mentioned she would refund me for the first 2 nights that didn’t happen after that she didn’t respond to my messages . I gave her ample time to respond and I hate to leave a bad review , but can you imagine the Florida heat and no AC . They just did a temporary fix on the AC I’m sure it will happen again !! They just keep draining it !!!

This was my 2nd stay at Solterra and it did not disappoint Check in was super easy and the ghost was very responsive. Excellent location with friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend.

Overall the space(layout) was great for our family of 5 and my sister. Unfortunately, the listing was slightly misleading. Ashley (the property manager) was very accommodating and helpful. The townhouse had zero fans! When those vacationing aren’t used to the heat, it was a must. The front desk does nothing for the townhouse, just another part of the resort. We ended up purchasing 3 new fans to be able to sleep for 20 each. When I pulled back covers initially, there was a stain. I removed all covers and redid the bed with other things. The dust was caked on all vents and the walls were extremely filthy. When we went to use the back pool, we had to remove clumps of hair from the previous guests. It was in no way vacuumed. We found an old piece of pizza in the trundle bed, The house was equipped with all amenities. We purchased dishwasher tabs and extra garbage bags which was completely fine. Neighbors were in back smoking marijuana while we were swimming with our family. FYI.The resort pool was very nice and my husband utilized the gym daily. We had issues with the second parking spot. In order for my sister to park she needed to be on the “account”. It should have been communicated prior to arrival. It has great potential and was quite a disappointment. We still enjoyed the trip, but had to make some extra moments for cleaning. I’m not even sure the actual owners are aware.
