Clise to fort jackson

I was in columbia for BCT graduation at Fort Jackson. The location of the house to base was very close. I could hear taps being played every night.

Great location

The location of this property is wonderful. The end of a dead end road in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The fourth bedroom does not have doors, rather it has curtains hanging in the doorway. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Great for family BCT Graduation

Great place for family to stay for Fort Jackson BCT Graduation. Older home but enough beds for our group of 10 to sleep! Only recommendation is needs more seating in the family/tv room - we moved chairs from the dining area. Very responsive mgmt when we needed a coffee maker!!

Perfect place to gater for Graduation

The house was more spacious than I expected. It is a older home that has a little rough remodeling and needs a little more love. It has sufficient seating for gatherings. A second couch was added to living room. Between the dining area and the living room we had room to gather and chat. The back yard is perfect for supervised dogs. It is not anything fancy but comfortable and perfect for a quick visit for Army basic graduation. Very close to Fort Jackson. Good parking space! Perfect for family coming from different areas to stay.

The photos are not representative of what you actually get. It was dirty, unsanitary and stains on pillows bed sheets and carpet it was repulsive. No comforts of staying in a home. Nothing is updated and backyard was unkept and dirty. I took photos and reached out to the owner and no response DO NOT STAY HERE

Patriot Family Homes is not a company you want to deal with

This is not the home we stayed in. Patriot Family Homes said this home that we originally booked was full of mold and we could not stay there. So they moved us to another of their rentals. I would say that Patriot Family Homes should be embarrassed to have these homes in their portfolio, but after reading online comments it seems they are all just worn out and junky. The home we stayed in had walls that were half painted, some walls horribly painted, a caulk job around the tub that looked like a 10 year old did it, stained carpets, torn carpets, stained furniture, just plain tired. If you see that Patriot Family Homes is the host, you should run away.

Great house

This house was big enough to accommodate 8 people and was only 5 minutes from Fort Jackson. My only issue was they are lacking in towels. When I texted the property manager that we needed more towels she was quick to respond and we had more towels the next day. Overall a very enjoyable experience for our family to gather for our soldiers graduation.

Military Graduation Stay

We loved our stay at this property. Seven of us stayed here in early October for my sister in laws graduation from Ft Jackson. It was very nice, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Getting ahold of the property owners was very easy and they were quick to respond. Check in was very easy and convenient. All but one item listed was included in stay (it was missing a hair dryer). It was close to stores, restraunt, and the interstate. We loved that we could have our pets with us, as there was no one back home who could watch them. We would consider this property again in the event that we would need to travel to the Columbia area. The only down side is seating if you have a larger group. We made it work but some would have to sit on the 2 smalle couches and others had to sit at dining room table. Thank you again for letting us stay here and being able to be there for my sister in law!
