There are 2 single Air beds available, as well as, the large comfy sofa for sleeping. Max 7 guests allowed.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Smart TV in living room w/CABLE, board games, ceiling fans, outdoor deck and propane fire pit and 2nd lower fire pit area out in the yard with red adirondack chairs, dining table for 6, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island as well, open concept kitchen w/dining table. Dining table becomes a poker table, and large comfy couch in living room, as well as, a downstairs queen suite w/additional living room/TV hang out space.

KITCHEN: Fridge, stove, drip coffee maker, sugar packets, and filters provided, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, toaster
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer in laundry room, Smart Lock keyless entry (front), central heating & A/C, hair dryer, linens/towels
SECURITY: 2 external security cameras (facing front door to monitor parking and side door). Unique code smartlock keyless entry code for each guest.
PET FRIENDLY: $75 Pet fee for up to 2 dogs, $100 for 3 dogs. No cats or other animals allowed.
SUITABILITY: Steps required to access front and back entry, single story home.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) Free parking.

We are very close to Starbucks, Target, lots of dining along Garner's Ferry Road, Ft Jackson, and downtown Columbia! This is in a cute, established neighborhood w/a newly redone playground called Hampton park which is walking distance from the house. There are also basketball courts here to enjoy.

We live nearby, but you won't see us in person unless there is a problem! We are available to message through the app.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
-Must be 21 years of age to book. We may request a copy of your ID to verify this as a hotel might do.
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus cost of ozone treatment.
- No parties / large gatherings / loud noise
- No unapproved guests. Usually we are fine with a few extra daytime visitors stopping by. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property unless you ask and it's approved to have visitors. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $25/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately.
- If you bring an unapproved pet/animal onto the property we will charge a fee of $250 per pet/animal for additional cleaning. We will also require the pet/animal to be immediately removed.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $100/hr. We may also call the police for trespassing.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know.
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
