Loved It!!!

The house was very beautiful and well kept. Everything was at our reach. The kitchen had everything that we needed in order to cook. The river/lake was great! We loved jumping from the deck into the water. They provided life jackets, floaties, noodles, and tubes so that we could enjoy the river/lake even more. We had plenty of room in the house. We will definitely be coming again to enjoy the views of the sunset complimenting the river/lake. Owners were also very friendly and attentive. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

One for the books

This house is absolutely amazing. We went to celebrate a couple of birthdays and anniversary, but ended up being more of a family vacation. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we cannot wait to return. The owners thought of everything to make the stay great. We spent most our time on the lake and jumping from the dock, which was a little scary but most of us conquered our fear and did it. Debbie was very sweet and made sure everything was taken care of. She even put birthday, anniversary decorations, and a welcome basket with stuff for a s'more evening. It's honestly one of the best vacations!

Great Easter getaway

Everything was great. Had a little trouble with the hot tub and the sprinklers coming on Sunday afternoon. The main room bed was great but the guest beds were a little rough. The kitchen faucet valve handle was loose but other than that everything was great.

Friends and Family mini trip

The house is nice and pretty big for our group of 16 (4 families) the outside is the best part, the deck, the sunset view, the jumping on the river from the 15 feet deck was favorite for our teens, if you have a boat or jetsky you will enjoy it more ! We had great gatherings every night outside cooking and grilling , we also enjoyed the hot tub. They can improve on having the water running on the outside kitchen. Make sure you take life jackets because river is deep.

Perfect for 20 people river trip!

Where do I start on how great this house is?! The house is big enough to fit large parties easily. It’s beautifully done up in red white and blue in every room for a Texas theme throughout. The backyard is huge and the outside bbq dining area was a hit. But the pier facing the Guadalupe was the main attraction! We had so much fun! 10/10! Thanks Debbie!

Great stay on McQueeney

Great house and great location on the lake. Outside patio / dock area was excellent. Inside house was nice and clean. Good sleeping arrangements. Would definitely return to this house again.

Spring break get away

Was a great location on the water. House was very comfortable for multiple families. Was uncomfortable finding out on our own that someone was staying in the shed in front of the house. Asked owner and no final response given.

Family Vacation

We had the absolute best time! We could not have asked for a better location and the owners are absolutely wonderful people! We have a big family (14 adults and 4 children) and everyone had plenty of room and loved every minute!! We will definitely be booking again and making this a summer vacation spot!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property however it’s hard to fully review It as it was over the quarantine. The property needed a refresh as far as cleaning, and the hot tub was unfortunately not working which was a little frustrating as it was a key factor in renting this property. But overall the house and location were great.

Rain, rain go away

The house fit our number of people just right. The only thing family noted as lacking was the Brinkman smoker, it has seen better days. I apologize about towels not left in tubs. I told guests to leave them in laundry room, I left the house rules at home and was unable to contact the owner. Sorry for any inconvenience. Lastly the password for Wi Fi was not the right one. Other than above we had a wonderful Saturday to celebrate a birthday.

Fun family time

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of how much there was to do and really never have to leave for an entertaining experience. There was of course the river, floating, boating, rope swing, fishing, relaxing. We ate outside around the outdoor kitchen while watching games of horse shoes corn hole and a family game of wiffle ball. Even watched a movie at the outdoor kitchen. We were a family of 20 and still could have private time. An awesome experience. Thank you so much Ernie and Debbie. God Bless! Joyce

The place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a great getaway.

The hospitalities were above and beyond. The house was set up perfectly for our group. The additional touches with the gift basket and all the various outdoor extras exceeded my expectations. The hot tub was a fun bonus and the temperature near the water actually made the tub enjoyable in the summer. The backyard is really a great retreat. We enjoyed jumping off of the dock. The water is beautiful and the atmosphere made us kids again! The accommodations were as described and fit our large group very well. The place was clean and well kept. The America theme was fun for our group. The only improvement would be in the comfort of the beds. I can sleep on anything so I was fine but some complained that the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. But even that considered, we all loved the place and would stay there again without hesitation. It was perfect for our large group. We did the river in San Marcus and that trip was under 30mins. But honestly, I think we would just skip the river and hang out on the dock if we could do it over again. The house really provides its own entertainment.

Absolutely stunning.

We had a group of people from California to Texas join us at this beautiful house. Everyone wanted to stay longer. It’s set up for large group. The picture and description do not do it justice. The inside space was beautiful and felt like home. The backyard was to my favorite part. We spent time on the dock/in the water/ by the fire place. So much to utilize at this home. It was beyond what the expectation was based off the online description. Only thing I would have done differently is stayed longer. Thank you.

PERFECT Lake Vacation

Every summer we rent a lake house in Seguin and this one was perfect! Between the outdoor kitchen/grill, the 2 large decks, and the fire pit, we barely even needed to be inside. The indoor kitchen and house itself was very comfortable and easily accommodated all of us. The owner was extremely sweet and left a delicious welcome basket. We really had everything we needed and loved our stay here! Can't wait to go back soon!

Excellent weekend getaway

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway and it was able hold our entire group. The property is beautiful and the lake is the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will be back next year.
