Cristian Sur är ett av de mest välkomnande komplexen på södra Teneriffa. Det är extremt populärt och idealiskt beläget på kort avstånd från alla bekvämligheter och stränder. Lägenheten är perfekt för familjer, ger ett ständigt växande urval av spel (inklusive Xbox-spelkonsol), med en TV i loungen, sovrummet och tvåbäddsrum. De flesta markbaserade och populära TV-kanaler i Storbritannien är tillgängliga, med Netflix i loungen och tvåbäddsrummet. Vi har också gratis WiFi! Lägenheten i sig är mycket rymlig, och vi strävar efter att förbättra när det är nödvändigt för att du ska njuta av din vistelse. Los Cristianos har en av de bästa söndagsmarknaderna på Kanarieöarna - bara 5 minuters promenad bort.

very nice and spacious apartment

the apartment is very nice and well-kept. beautiful terraces with space for a large table. the attic is also very nice, it is practically a mini independent apartment with a nice terrace on the roof. the residence is also nice with two rather cold swimming pools. parking always available. be careful with the energy that does not allow the use of the kitchen and the hairdryer at the same time

Great apartment with a fantastic location for all parts of Los Cristianos, only down side is the daily battle for sunbeds which could be easily rectified if the complex simply hired more for peak times of the year( not the owners fault). Would recommend the apartment

Fantastic stay

As a family of 6 we found this apartment very spacious. With it's two floors and roof terrace it was easy to get some quiet time from the rest of the family when needed. With two pools we never struggled for space with a sunbed even arriving later in the morning. There is a cafe/bar below the apartment (on the ground floor, apartment situated on the 2nd floor) but this closes at 11pm and when we closed the patio doors to the apartment, there was no noise at all. The maintenance crew is also on site which is handy for any small problems that may occur during the stay. Not a problem for us, but there are a lot of steps up to the apartment, so someone with limited mobility would stuggle I think. All amenities are within walking distance and the beach a 15 to 20 mins stroll away. We had a great time staying here.

Take care when ringing the helpline

This is a great property in an excellent location. The only negative to this was when booking it on the Vrbo website it wouldn't allow me to and the helpline number was to America, and whilst I have to take the majority of the blame for my ignorance in not checking this and receiving the resulting £115 phone bill, it shouldn't have taken 35 mins to book this with their Customer Service Agent who would ask a question and when I answered put me on hold for a few minutes, then come back with another question, get an answer, put me on hold, etc

positive: - Nice apartment in good location to beaches and restaurants - Good beds and pillows - 3 balconies negative: - toilet in one room was not working, fixed after two days - internet is weak, TV permanently stucks - as soon as you put two devices in the kitchen on, the whole electricity breaks down (e.g. kettle and Ofen) - main balcony door cannot be locked

Great apt in a great location

The apartment is in an excellent location (if you're okay with a few flights of stairs to access it). Located within Cristian Sur right above the onsite café bar but none to little noise experienced (seems to close early evening). We had no 'real' complaints about the apartment and really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The following points are meant to be constructive to help others and set expectations rather than any complaints about the apartment as I said already we would all stop here again. It's not 5 star but neither is the price, its priced to reflect the condition of the apartment. It is getting dated and 'well used', it's not 'spotless' but clean enough that you can happily spend your time in the apartment and use its facilities. The two bedrooms on the main floor are good, the house bathroom though is very dated but functional. The 3rd bedroom is on the next floor up (this is the one with the double and single beds in), the steps up are very narrow and steep and you need to take care using them, not suited for the elderly or very young. Upstairs is also where you get to the roof terrace, which is a great area to chill and sunbathe just a shame about the steps up there to access it.

Hallo , het huis was op het eerste gezicht proper.Maar op het bij het uitpakken kwam alles boven.De keuken is veroudert het kook fornuis kon je gebruiken als er niets anders van elec toestellen ingebruikname was de zekeringen sprongen af.De oven kon je niet gebruiken die is volledig zwart verbrandt. Koffiezet niet aanwezig ,keuken kraan volledig verkalkt alsook de badkamer. Alles nog eens afgewassen . Sorry en voor oudere mensen niet gemakkelijk naar buiten telkens 40 trappen heen en terug. Verder alles wel vlot en goed verlopen het domein we kraak net. groetjes Chris & Louis

El apartamento es muy amplio para ir varios está genial y si ubicación también es de las mejores,playa cerca,bares, restaurantes.... Lo peor la limpieza ,los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios,evidentemente se lavaron antes de usarlos, las sábanas sucias ,dormimos por encima del edredón, debajo de la cama toallitas .... La cisterna del baño q tiene bañera no funciona. Las luces de las habitaciones tampoco,había q usar las de las mesillas en fin....algunos detalles q si no llega a ser por la situación del sitio y q es amplio para poder ir varios deja un poco de desear

Lovely apartment, lovely location

Lovely apartment laid out open plan kitchen dinner and lounge, which leads out to the first balcony with enough room for eight of us to enjoy breakfast on. There is a double bunk room for the little ones and the main room on this floor also has a large balcony. Upstairs to the master room and roof terrace. Spent every night on the terrace with the family playing cards and having drinks. Location is excellent with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Although it was never too busy and was peaceful throughout the night. Look forward to booking again.

Great apartment in tourist area

Great stay! Good location, nice amenities, drive or walk to various beaches. Great pools onsite, nice views. Short walk to small, expensive groceries; short drive to large, cheap grocery stores. Apt has well-equipped kitchen, videos, games and toys for all ages. Lots of great outdoor and indoor spaces for dining, lounging. Very tourist area was loud at night, but felt safe, especially 3rd floor location. -- of course there are stairs. Check-in was rough as key/lock is sticky. One of the fans didn't work, so master bedroom was warm. The washing machine was nice to have. Drying racks available for hanging clothes on nice rooftop deck with couch and dining table. Host is responsive. We'd come back if we could.

Amazing Holiday

Had a great holiday staying at this property. There was 8 of us in total and the apartment was perfect. Everything was very clean and tidy, the outside terraces were great, the complex was also very good with 2 large sized pool, shops and bar. It was also in walking distance to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Big apartment in great location

Nice big property with a lovely sun terrace and lots of space for a family ,in a really clean and well maintained resort. The property could do with a little updating and was a little noisy of an evening due to being above the bar/restaurant but it stopped about 1pm but due to the apartments location don’t let this put you off staying there.....overall we had a fantastic holiday . We Would recommend this accommodation to any one wanting a holiday to Tenerife .

Stayed early June, group of mature ladies to celebrate a Hen do

Excellent property. 6 of us stayed but can sleep up to 8. Very spacious so plenty of room for individuals to have 'time out' or 'recover' from the previous night. Excellent location, plenty to do. Would highly recommend Restraunt Margarita and Music Hall Tavern for fun filled nights out. Would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to the owners xx

We decided to purchase a property suitable for our family and other families larger than 4! Once we decided this we needed to find the perfect place, which was easy for us as we had spent many great holidays in Tenerife.. the weather is always lovely, and has something for all ages, a great family place. So we took the plunge 3 years ago, and bought a not so nice place, on a great complex... with potential! Spent lots of time, money, and with a lot of hard work, updated the place and hopefully made it a perfect place to spend our holiday and your holiday.

Our apartment is on a lovely complex, family friendly with bars and restaurants all around. It is in walking distance to the beach, and main area of Los Cristianos. The promenade runs all the way to Las Americas via bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach! The free bus service to Siam Parque (the new and very excellent water park), and other free bus services, is just around the corner to the complex. Our property is spacious, clean, uptodate, and looked after.
