AnlÀggningen har 2 uppvÀrmda pooler, vackra trÀdgÄrdar. Huset ligger i Play de las Americas, nÀra ett stort snabbköp, barer, restauranger, köpcentra. 20 minuter frÄn flygplatsen. Excellent location

The house is in an excellent location stunning views from the balcony in easy reach of all amenities. It is clean tidy and comfortable we were a party of 7 including 3 children and it suited us perfectly It is also very peaceful we had no noise throughout the day or night

Fantastic

We stayed here for 10 days the apartment is absolutely fantastic spacious well equipped and very clean and what a view from the balcony only 10 minutes walk to the main strip of las Americas but still plenty of bars and things to do close by my kids particularly loved the pool centre that was only 5 minutes walk away yes the parrots were a little noisy but we got used to that after a couple of days and didn’t bother us will definitely book again

Great appartment

Nice place, shame about the parrots. Because the balcony receives the sun all day we spent a lot of time on it just reading. Then the parrots start to get on your nerves. If you were out walking during the day it would be fine. Would go there again. Christine was great and the apartment is very well equipped.

You will need to know

If you want to have a quiet family holiday in a clean house then this is NOT the holiday home for you. I have contacted the owner about the state of the holiday home and he has blamed all the problems with the property onto his maintenance company even though some of the issue are seen on reviews. I have stayed in Tenerife in a number of locations over the past 30 years being married to a man from Tenerife we often go on holidays and I have never stayed in a place as bad as this. There was no welcome pack not even a bottle of water apparently they do NOT supply a welcome pack so you need to arrive with your own especially if you have a late flight. The pillows and mattresses were severely stained yellow and strong smell from other peoples sweat. We could not use them. The showers were dirty covered in scum from previous holiday makers and the downstairs bathroom was covered in growing mould all over the tiles and ceiling and the smell was awful. The windows were held closed by tissues jammed in the handle broken cracked chairs on the upper dinning terrace a dirty used washing up sponge which the owner said they didn’t supply. The house is an upside down house so the bedroom is next door to a very noisy bar open to early hours of the morning and if you look on Google maps across the pathway above the white sands restaurant you will see a large amount of cages where there are approximately 8 very noisy parrots kept on the roof terraces squawking all hours of the day and night.

Vi var tre vuxna och tre barn i Äldrarna 9, 13 och 15. Fin och stor lÀgenhet i tvÄ vÄningar. Ett sovrum uppe och tvÄ nere. KanonlÀge, strandpromenaden, restauranger, supermarket precis utanför. NÀra till La Pinta stranden, ca 3 min promenad. JÀttetrevligt poolomrÄde. Rent och snygg omrÄde. Christina var en underbar vÀrd, vi fick ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Det enda minus var papegojorna som satt i burar i huset bredvid. De lÀt extremt mycket pÄ kvÀllarna och de störde nÀr vi satt pÄ balkongen . Vi tyckte synd om dem. Vi har redan bokat detta boende igen.

Rymligt boende o bra poolomrÄde.

Gott om utrymme i lÀgenheten för för 5 vuxna o 2 barn. Bra poolomrÄde som fungerade fint Àven för smÄbarnen. Fin balkong att sitta pÄ med utsikt över havet och strandpromenaden. Ganska nÀr till badstrÀnder.

Wonderful spacious vacation house.

Positive: Spacious house where my family (5 persons) could stay at the bottom floor with our own bathroom, and my parents on the top floor where they could use the small but functional toilet and shower. Enough chairs (using the chars from the balcony) glasses, plates etc. for 12 persons, so we could have my brother and his family (that stayed at a nearby hotel) over for lunch several times. The small and middle sized pool was heated to a very pleasant temperature. The large pool wasn't heated (at least not very much), but the smaller ones was enough to keep us satisfied and the kids could play there for hours. Negative: A nearby restaurant had rather loud live performance every night between 8 and 10 pm (except for new years eve when they kept going until 2 am).

Super fijn vakantiehuis op een goede locatie. De papagaaien waar over gesproken wordt in andere recenties zijn er intussen niet meer. Het enige wat wel fijn zou zijn is airco op de slaapkamers. Nu (begin oktober)was het wel te doen, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het in de zomer heet is in de slaapkamers

Prima appartement op mooie locatie

Compleet appartement met mooi uitzicht op een levendige boulevard en zee. Nadeel is dat er als je met twee auto's komt er alleen betaald geparkeerd kan worden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern im Schulalter in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet u.a. auch mit Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Ein großer KĂŒhlschrank und Eisschrank sowie eine SpĂŒl- und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Barbara und Christine verlief perfekt. Das Ein- und Auschecken waren perfekt. Wie bereits in vorherigen Bewerzungen beschrieben werden in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Anlage Papageienim KĂ€fig gehalten, die je nach Tag deutlich Krach machen z.T. auch frĂŒh morgens. Wir haben uns hiervon jedoch nicht den Uralub verderben lassen und sie ignoriert so gut es ging. Man kann die Anlage ĂŒber verschiedene AusgĂ€nge verlassen und ist direkt auf der Promenade. Der Weg zum Strand dauert kaum 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist gepflegt und es gibt kaum hohe Wellen, somit perfekt fĂŒr Urlaub mit Kindern. FAZIT: Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

It is a very spacious apartment in a convenient location close to great beaches, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops including supermarkets. Chris the property manager met us at the complex and is very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely holiday, thank you!

House at Club Atlantas

There was no problems with location as we were familiar with the area. The problem with us was the layout of the rooms (we were a party of four in our late seventies) and the photos did not show how small the upstairs bedroom was we had to move the king size bed to get the door closed which made it very difficult to access the bed. The shower room was also a problem getting in and out due to it's very small size. The house itself was very nice and well kitted out.

Great apt in good location central to everything

Plenty of room for a family of 5, easy check in with Christine at property and great there was a garage to use. Easy walking distance to everything. Loud parrots on rooftop opposite, but this did not disturb us too much as we were out mist of the time. Peaceful and quiet at night. Would recommend this property.

La présence de perroquets en cage et leurs cris sont insuportbles

De maniÚre générale mon appréciation est trÚs bonne sauf en ce qui concerne la remarque ci-dessus. Malheureusement et pour cette raison je ne louerais plus cet appartement ce qui est bien triste

Unhappy Customer

We stayed in this house from 4th to 14th October 2021. On first Impression the house seemed clean, however, it was only top show. The fridge desperately needed defrosting. The downstairs bathroom had a faulty flush and was reported but nothing was done about it. The upstairs toilet smelled of stale urine and the upstairs bedroom wardrobe doors was unstable, one of them came off the runner but we managed to get it back on. Unfortunately I was traumatised by a baby rat that run over me one morning in bed in the downstairs twin room, but I managed to kill it. On further inspection there was numerous droppings in different areas and we was horrified. I spent the last few nights on the couch. I decided that I should report it to the rep and was advised she was going to out mouse traps down. This experience left me traumatised and I still am. Since the incident I have not been able to sleep properly.
