Börja dina dagar med tyst frukost och en expresso på uteplatsen. Tillbringa dagen på däck eller sanden som basker i solen och avsluta det med hisnande solnedgångar från vardagsrummet. Denna över 3500 kvadratmeter hem sitter på en abborre direkt över stranden med 200 grader av spektakulär utsikt. Den är förkroppsligad med höga händer och den finaste inredningen.

På övervåningen finns två rymliga sovrum (en mästare / kung och två tvillingar som kan kombineras), två badrum och ett stort stortrum med vidsträckt utsikt, spelområde, formell middag och ett komplett högkvalitativt hemmabiosystem. Köket är utrustat med en kommersiell espressomaskin, utmärkt bestick och köksredskap, granitbänkskivor, travertingolv, mixer, dubbla kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, Bosch diskmaskin, etc. barområdet har en fotbollsplan med arkadkvalitet.

Den nedre våningen har två oceanfront sovrum (en kung, en drottning) ett badrum med en marmor dusch och en separat privat uteplats med en hängmatta och utomhusdusch.

Skäm bort dig själv med Las Gaviotas upplevelse. Koppla av med det milda, året runt klimatet, ren luft, friska havsbrisen och varmt solsken. Amazing location in Gaviotas Community

Perfect location overlooking the lineup in Gaviotas. Just above the beach! Huge patio! We left the windows open and listened to the waves crashing at night! The only thing that was not clear on the listing (although maybe I did not read carefully enough) is that to get to one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through another bedroom. This was not a problem for our group but something to note for future renters. Thank you!

Liked the location, but the house wasn’t exactly what we expected.

The house sits in a wonderful location. However the house itself had some issues. The hot tub water was green when we got there with beer cans still littered on the side, and there wasn’t a hammock as pictured. The dishwasher and stove didn’t work properly. But since the stove was tricky to cook with we found our selves using the BBQ more which worked out. Also two of the main bathroom showers had problems with the draining despite cleaning them out as best as I could. Other than the small issues with the house, we enjoyed our stay.

Family surf trip

We spent 5 nights at Las Gaviotas. House is in the perfect location. The view of the beach/surfers was excellent. Our surfers could be down catching waves and we could see every ride. Non surfers enjoyed the beach, used the community pool and hot tubs. The house accommodated our family easily. 4 bedrooms. The house is older so it needs a bit more maintenance than newer homes. For example, the internet and oven were not working when we got there. Larry, Jennifer and Osiris were responsive and took care of things quickly once we called them out. Overall the house set the stage for a really fun family vacation. Highly recommend it b

House was wonderful and the view is spectacular.

House was great, view is wonderful, kitchen is fully equipped and all in working order. Deducted a star as the cleaning ladies were in the house nearly 1 hr after check in.

Fantastic location

Best View in Las Gaviotas

This place was awesome. We had such a wonderful time. The living room was cozy and big enough to handle our group. The property had DISH satellite --which was a plus. The beds were really, really comfortable--linens and bedding were super soft. The views of the surf from the oceanfront decks, living room and downstairs bedrooms makes this house special. We had such a good time using the Jacuzzi spending time watching the surfers and sea life go by. We'll be back!!

Spectacular Oceanfront Vacation Home

We have been to Las Gaviotas before but had never stayed on the front row. WOW! what a difference. this place was amazing. we will never be able to stay off the front again. The views from this place are special as advertised. you can watch the sunrise on the bay and set up the coast. The surf break follows you around the house through the panoramic windows. i could watch the kids play on the beach from the beautiful deck. The oceanfront bedrooms were amazing as was the private hot tub. the kids loved the foosball table. this is a great house for families like ours but i will definitely be back for a group reunion i am planning. Baja-Rentals was great to work with and took great care of us during our stay.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway - Oceanfront Palace

We have stayed at several places in Baja over the years but Casa Bahiti exceeded our expectations. The location is incredible and the sweeping views of the surf are breathtaking. This place will not disappoint. The house was roomy, spacious and well-equipped in every way. Each bedroom is well appointed with most having a flat screen TV’s and two of them opened right onto the ocean. Our group really enjoyed the game room/bar, the private hot tub on the lower patio and the hammock there as well. The kitchen had everything we could think of. The house was well set up for little ones as well as there are lockable gates wherever there are stairs. Best of all we enjoyed days & sunsets from the most spectacular most private oceanfront deck in LG where we could watch our kids on the beach and be in a truly relaxing private environment. Baja-rentals was attentive in every way. There was a phone in the property and they were there when we needed something or just advice on where to go to dinner. This place was just what we needed.

Disappointed

Location was perfect. The pictures of the house were very mis leading. Furnature was old worn and ripped, coffee table was broken, Linens were not 600 tread count and the towels were far from turkish. Upstairs bedroom had toddlers equitment on the floor, Down stairs bedrooms had cob webs with flys in them. There were only 3 lodge chairs with torn cushions. No Paper towels and only 2 wine glasses. We had 4 business clients with us. They were not impressed

Super site!

This house is fabulous. The living space is excellent, large and very comfortable. Bedrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is well-equipped. We loved our time here-- great views and an amazing deck. Best house ever, really. Our sole complaint was that the internet didn't reach throughout the whole house. Communication with the office prior to our stay was a bit erratic... We highly recommend this house and we love Las Gaviotas!

Great location but a few unfortunate things make it not so great for little kids

This is an amazing location, especially if you are a surfer (though not if you're hoping for a nice sandy beach + water safe for kids). It has awesome views, perfect location overlooking the ocean, great hot tub, and spacious beautiful living area. However... we specifically asked the owners if this place was kid-safe (for 1.5 + 3.5 year old), and if the pool was heated. We were told "yes" to both questions. Unfortunately, the patio's railings were rusted out, so 1 or 2 of them were missing (so 1.5 year old could just fall on through from 2nd story); stairs were VERY steep/slippery; and pool was "solar"-heated... i.e. same temp as the ocean and in December that's pretty cold!! Also, the heat didn't really work for the first couple of days. I *will* say that the owner was very responsive and got the heat + the missing railing fixed though since it was weekend, it took a couple days (so we couldn't use the awesome deck during that time + it was pretty darn cold!). Again, awesome place if you're a bunch of surfers with no little kids. A bit difficult if you have kids in the 1-3 range and you want to swim in the pool in the cooler months.

Casa Bahiti in Gaviotas

Casa Bahiti is one of the best, if not the best, properties in Gaviotas. Gaviotas is a modest size gated community just south of Rosarito, in Northern Baja California. It is an area that is easy to access from San Diego. The coast of Northern Baja has been the victim of a lot of rushed development over the last 30 years. Many of the new "condo-communities" have little appeal unless you love poorly planned cement blocks. Of all of the gated destinations, I think Gaviotas is the most successful in providing a casual, safe, beach-oriented style. Casa Bahiti is the crown jewel house. It sits on the south end of the cove, overlooking the small sand beach and the excellent surf break. It boasts a fine deck/patio, where one can sit and watch all the activity in the cove. The main living space is oriented to the beach, with huge windows also overlooking the cove. Shopping is convenient in nearby Rosarito. There are convenience stores as close as right across the road. Surfing is one of the biggest activities. There is also a fine tennis court which seems to be underutilized. There is a small but very nice sand beach. Water temperatures are similiar to San Diego. We have returned to Casa Bahiti every year now for at least ten years. We hope to keep returning for many years to come.

Most spectacular vacation rental i have ever stayed in

Based on the description i was expecting alot... the description could not do justice to how wonderful this place was. Walking in the door and seeing the oceanfront panoramic view was enough but the property itself was true luxury. Travertine, granite, stainless and marble adorn what is a perfect expansive home for our group of two families. if the kids wern't surfing they were playing foosball in the bar area watching the 50 inch plasma. if we were not on the beach we were in the private hot tub on the lowere lanai. the patio was huch and well furnished and you really never needed to leave there. after years of staying in Las Gaviotas i am spoined by being oceanfront in a luxury home. Finally the service from the people at http://www.baja-rentals.com was impecable. the place was set up with everything we needed and if there was something else we wanted thie staff was there in a jiffy to take care of us; set up massages, golf, fishing... and thier suggestions on dining and activites were awsome. thanks again!!! We have found our Baja home.

Casa Bahiti Surfers Bliss

Casa Bahiti is probably one of the best locations for surfing,sun and serenity in Mexico. Even when it is not sunny it is stunning! The owners will do anything to keep you happy. All you have to do is relax and enjoy. Great restaraunts near by with a wide range of pricing. "Splash"...a locals haunt full of bright colors and warm ambiance, offers a rocking Shrimp Burrito (ask for it grilled) for $2.00...and the flan is to die for. Puerto Nuevo is close by with some of the best lobster in the world. The price averages about $20 for a pound and a half. If you prefer to cook...The kitchen at Casa Bahiti is well equiped with lots of space to work in and serve from. The convienance of having a washer and dryer always helps for wet towels and swimsuits. The endless firewood supply will ensure toasty nights by the fire watching the sun go down from this FIVE STAR balcony. Casa Bahiti is located in Las Gaviotas,a private gated community with a large swimming pool and brilliant jacuzzi. The staff boasts 24 hour security and maintainance. Georgeous grounds and lovely views. Nice folks that want you to have a good time and relax. Our stay was amazing and I am sure we will return for many many years to come. Traveling down to Mexico has never been safer. We drove down from Santa Barbara in about 5 hours including the border crossing. The directions to the house are so good...anyone can navigate. The Commercial Mexicana offers every American convienance it shops like a Walmart and boasts a bakery that will amaze you . We bought a bag of hot churros and pastry for about $5 that included 20 churros,2 baguets and several pastries...all fresh and warm. It's all here! It's safe and it's lovely. Only about 40 minutes South of the border and 40 minutes North of Ensanada, A great getaway and a great value. Saluda!
