Another Amazing Stay on Marco

This is our second stay at this home over he last few years and it was excellent. The location is so close to the beach, it’s an easy walk. The outdoor space is also really nice, with a wonderful pool and places the gather. Inside, the set up of the home is really nice and has everything you need. We are already booking this home for our stay next year!

Marco Island vacation

Loved the location and quiet neighborhood. House was the perfect size and had everything our family of four could have needed. Pool was great and walk to the beach was easy. Had everything we needed as far as beach supplies & plenty of towels. House next door is under construction but noise was tolerable and not all day. Would definitely book again!

Great beach house, loved it.

Lots of pool toys available and chairs/wagon for beach. Beach is a five minute walk, we also drove up to Tiger Tail twice if you like a less crowded beach. The management co is very responsive to any problems. The pool area is private and wonderful, our boys really enjoyed it. The house itself is updated and perfect for a family of five. Everything was clean and nice. Kitchen was well-appointed if you like to cook. We would definitely book again, thank you.

Awesome Home, Awesome Location

This home was exactly what our family of 7 needed for our visit to Marco. The home layout worked really well for us, with all the needed amenities. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a newer pool and great spaces to gather. South beach is a very short 5-10 minute walk and everything you need from chairs to umbrellas can be found at this home for you to use. In my opinion this home is one of the best values on Marco, especially with many rentals doubling their price over the last couple years in this same area. We will be renting this home again!

Another Beautiful Marco Experience

My wife and I have been going to Marco Island on vacation for many many years. We have rented homes and condos and we have a pretty good idea of what we like and dislike. This home was pretty much everything we wanted. Clean, organized, completely furnished, and very close to the beach. The pool was wonderful. It could use a lanai and be prepared to go up and down a lot of stairs. The price was fair and Julie was responsive and friendly. Thanks Julie

Family spring break

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We loved the house, the easy walk to the beach and all of the awesome beach toys they had! The pool was perfect for our family and the kitchen was fully stocked! Thanks again for making our family’s spring break memorable! We will for sure be back :)

Amazing Marco Island Home

We had an enjoyable month at this home. The location is a short walk to South Beach. Everything you need for a day at the beach is available at the house. Our family also spent many hours in the pool at the house. The layout of the home worked well with 4 adults and several kids. A great place to stay on Marco Island.

Christmas in Marco Island - Awesome !!!

Wonderful house in a great location on Marco Island. Owners were extremely responsive to ours needs before and during our stay and could not have asked for a better week in Marco Island. Would highly recommend staying at this fantastic property if your visiting the island any time of year.

Great Vacation Home!

House was neat, clean and spacious for our party of 6. Great location, easy walk to beach with kids. Pool was perfect, had all the toys and beach gear you would want for 3 kids. Highly recommend this property.

Very Clean and Comfortable!

This house was very clean and comfortable. Besides a carafe, auto drip coffee maker, a single Keurig was available too! A large, Smart Roku TV was wonderful for watching videos!! Very close access to the beach!! Three things I would suggest; updating shared hallway bathtub. The rusted curtain rod should be replaced and consider a tub surround or tub makeover. Secondly, Clothes Washer should be cleaned (use Affresh Tablet)!! Thirdly, elevator for luggage would not function in “down” mode.

Very short walk to the beach!

This property had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the South Beach Public Entrance. A vacant lot right next door gave the sense of even more privacy. This property does require going up and down steps for entry and exit...so this is not the property for you if steps are troublesome.

Family getaway

This was a perfect house for our family. Our college age kids each brought a friend. The location to the beach and shops, as well as the outdoor pool and patio space was wonderful. Would stay here again!

Everything you could need and a great location!

We spent two weeks after thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we could need and the kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked or grilled many meals. The pool was so warm we even swam during the cooler nights, it was warmer in the pool then out of it!! When we wanted to go to the beach it was a very easy and short walk. The house has everything you need to take to the beach including beach chairs, a beach buggy, umbrellas and a cooler. Working with Julie, the owner, and her management company, Marco Island Vacation Properties was a breeze and they were so attentive to any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great house close to the beach

Everything about this house was great! Very clean and had everything you would need for a day at the beach. Closest beach access was a 5-6 minute walk. Would definitely rent this home again!

Very clean and well stocked for all things needed!!

We had a wonderful week. The home was clean and newly remodeled with all you could ever need! Beds were super comfy. It was a short walk to the beach and a beach buggy with chairs and umbrellas were provided. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone heading to that area. ❤️

Great beach house!

Great place to stay for a vacation! Updated, clean, great pool and patio. Came with almost everything we needed for the beach. The umbrella could be a little better quality... one was ripped, and the other one was small and unstable.

Great Family Experience!

Easy walk to the beach. Pool was fantastic and included a great shaded area. Inside was great and just as described. Neighborhood was safe and comfortable. Plenty of pool toys and towels. Grill was clean and in good shape. Easy access to shopping using a rental car or Uber. Nice to have the beach carts to load up for a day at the beach! Great elevator to help get groceries to the upper level. Only thing missing was a bathroom at pool level :>). We will definitely rent this property again!!
