Vacker Marco Island, FL och bara 5 minuters promenad (ca 1/4 1/4 mi.) Till den vackra South Beach! Priserna är förhandlingsbara. Flera vecka rabatt tillgängliga. Kontakta ägaren för flera veckor förfrågningar. Detta hem byggdes i februari 2004 och har 3 stora sovrum, 2 badrum, ett stort rum, och idet. Poolen har ett stort däck område för solbad samt en täckt däck för middagar. Pool värme ingår i mitten av december till slutet av mars. Det finns och extra avgift för poolvärme april -Dec. 20.
Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar gasgrill, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 3 TV-apparater alla med kabelanslutning, DVD-spelare, picknickkylare med hjul, rullstol med rullstol, strandstolar och leksaker, strandhanddukar och ett fullt utrustat kök. Detta är ett vackert hem och byggdes i en underbar gemenskap. Njut fint väder, gå till stranden för att njuta av den vackra solnedgången och bara slappna av.
Vårt hem ligger en 6:55 minuters promenad till stranden, restauranger, äta-in biograf, glass butik, presentbutik, minigolf. Det handlar om en 1 km promenad till den världsberömda Marriott Hotel.

The house is well equipped and has everything you need. Beds and furniture are comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach access is just down the street. The home owner was easy to reach and addressed an issue with the pool immediately. The house is laid out well and spacious enough for privacy. Highly recommend this property and will likely stay again!

My son and I came to Florida for his graduation present. This house is perfect! Checks all of the boxes. Stocked with everything you need for a vacation away from home. Pool and beach supplies, cooler, chairs…. Within 4 minute walk to beach. Will definitely rent again!

We stayed at this lovely home for the week of July 4. Marco Island is by far one of tge best places to vacation. This home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the week. The owners were super helpful. Hope to enjoy this home next year!

Perfect, Peaceful and everything we wanted for our vacation

We recently stayed a week at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it. It was spacious for our family of 8. Having the crib and high chair was perfect for my baby. The alarms on the doors to the pool calmed my mama anxiety. The open floor plan is perfect and the beds are comfortable. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and movies. Absolutely loved the cute and quiet neighborhood also for walks. We will absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular Oasis

Wonderful well kept property. The owners have thought of everything- absolutely everything. Its a short walk to a beautiful beach. Takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace. Cant wait to come back.

Wonderful home & location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. Great location and the pool was great as well as the many beach and pool toys for my grandson. We also used the high chair and crib which was very convenient. Very well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great spring break

I took my twin daughters and their best friends on their final high school spring break trip to Marco Island. This house was ideal - walking distance to the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Owners had all the amenities we needed. Weather was absolutely perfect, too! I highly recommend this property!

This house is an easy .3 mile walk to the south beach entrance - walking to shops, restaurants, stores - all of the things!House owners were so awesome too, I’d stay here as often as I can!

Two weeks on Marco

The property is well suited for an extended stay. The heat pump keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature, even when the weather is cool, like the first week of our stay.The only suggestion I have is that a small amount of laundry detergent should be provided because renters are asked to launder the towels before ckecking out.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We enjoyed our time at this home that had everything you needed for a great stay. Excellent communication during booking and Patrick, the owner, was very accommodating which was appreciated. All the info you might need during your stay was in a binder which answered all questions you may ask while at the house. First time we had a seamless stay with not one issue or question. We would visit again without hesitation.

2024 Thanksgiving Family Trip

We loved the location, having the pool at the house and the beach within a short walk. The house was supplied with wagons, beach and pool toys, a crib, pack-n-plays, high chair. We loved it! We hope to make it a family tradition!

We loved Marco Island!

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. We enjoyed staying at Patrick's place. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Decor was warm and friendly. The beds were comfy. The pool and outdoor area is a dream! The only negative was we couldn't turn the thermostat down. It was 80 degrees at night. There was a phone number to address this issue, but we didn't get around to calling it. Next time - yes, can't wait to go back- we will.

A safe port during a storm.

This was our fourth stay at this gem but Hurricane Milton didn't cooperate. We had to evacuate for several days in the middle of our vacation so we had to communicate with our hosts several times a day. Chris and Pat were available at all times to help us and made a bad situation bearable. They say it's during a crisis that find out what someone's made of and we found out these hosts are great people that cared about their guests. Looking forward to a little less adventure on our next stay at their property.

Girls Getaway
