En vacker villa med karaktärsföreskrifter en härlig stor pool med havsutsikt och ett utmärkt centralt läge, Casa Jasmin är en charmig villa med egen stor pool med romerska steg, inhägnad trädgård med solterrass nytt för detta år en fantastisk 6 person dag säng för avkoppling, gård för uteservering med bbq. Villan ligger inom en kort bilresa från restauranger från läckra tapas, läckra fish and chips till exklusiv fina middagar. De lokala bekvämligheter i området inkluderar en bra stormarknad med flera väl belägna barer. Den pittoreska medeltida staden Moraira med dess utmärkta ren sandstrand, kaféer, barer, restauranger och småbåtshamn, ligger längs en vacker kustvägen. 3 ytterligare EU blå flagg stränder är i närheten, inklusive den attraktiva viken La Fustera. Wonderful place

This villa is just as described with a giant pool and wonderful sofa bed where you can relax during hot and lazy days. Extra bonus was the nice living room with a big, comfortable sofa and giant tv with english channels. Really the home away from home. And we felt so welcomed by our hosts Daniella and Chris and the communicatuon with them was just great.

Fabulous holiday

Really great villa. The pool and outside area are fantastic and the villa is lovely. It is located in a very nice area. The owners are really helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Wonderful holiday!

I’ve never written a review, good or bad but have to about this fabulous villa. Before we even arrived to a warm welcome and tour from Chris, Danielle had been in contact and very kindly arranged to leave essentials at the house for us as we arrived on a late flight! Arriving at night with the pool area/day bed/seating all lit up was magical and the villa inside is beautifully decorated and with lots of gentle lighting and lamps which was so inviting to arrive to. We were immediately very very happy. The pool is very large (family of five, eldest 17, youngest 8). There are multiple outdoor areas with a fabulous large day bed, swing seat and bbq area with beautiful plants and flowers throughout. In short and so unusually, the reality was better than the pics. Inside were three bedrooms with a gorgeous big ensuite bedroom with tv and separate doors leading out to the garden area. Double room with tv and twin room with smaller tv, family bathroom. Huge tv in living room also and big comfy sofa which seem like things you leave behind on holidays but it was lovely to be able to chill out at the end of the day and, well, teenagers!!!! All practicalities are there in terms of kitchen and washing machine/dryer/clothes line etc, nothing missed! Villa is a short car journey to the nearest supermarket, restaurants and beach and also close to Moraira and lots of neighbouring towns/beaches. This villa is very special, I think we will be back! This will be brief. Everything about Danielle and Chris as hosts and Casa Jasmin as a rental, was perfect. There is nothing I would change about our stay. It was wonderful. It was so hard to leave!

Family stay June 2024

Great property with lots of fabulous outdoor space. Huge pool and fantastic covered day bed along with several outdoor spots to enjoy a meal or drinks. Hosts were very personable and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Villa

From the moment we booked the villa the level of service from Chris and Danielle was first class. The villa was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful pool and outside areas. Even though the villa is located it was in a residential cul de sac it was very quiet and relaxing. Danielle and Chris offered information and recommendations for the area. there were some stunning views of the sea. Overall a great location, great facilities to make a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

A great Spanish getaway

A lovely stay in Benissa. Danielle and Chris were great hosts and the villa worked really well for us. Well equipped, very comfortable with great outdoor space and a fabulous pool area. A bit remote but then, it is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal resorts. Good selection of restaurants within easy reach and very convenient supermarkets for those essentials.

We had a great time here - the villa itself is as pretty as the pictures, and the view is really special (being near the top of a hill). Chris and Danielle were lovely and very accommodating hosts too. Would not hesitate to recommend

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine exquise dans cette villa très confortable et accueillante. Tout est fait pour garantir un maximum de confort aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La piscine est très spacieuse, un vrai espace de jeu et de détente totale avec son bed XXL et ses transats tous équipés de matelas épais. Nous louons très souvent des maisons de vacances et cette piscine a été une des plus propres et impeccables qui soit avec ses jets automatiques et l'excellente gestion des végétaux alentours. Plusieurs espaces dinatoires aménagés à l'extérieur pour varier les plaisirs. La maison est dans une impasse, aussi, aucun passage de voiture à signaler et un voisinage des plus discrets. L'intérieur de la maison a ravi petits comme grands avec un très grand salon douillet, un écran XXL et toutes les chaînes possibles (écran TV aussi dans les chambres), pratique à 14h quand il fait trop chaud pour lézarder au soleil. Mention spéciale de nos ados sur l'excellente qualité du wifi ! La climatisation est très efficace et a permis d'alterner des moments de repos en intérieur et en extérieur. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bénéficie de tout le matériel nécessaire. Enfin, l'accueil de Danielle et Christopher était des plus chaleureux. Nous avons communiqué par whats'app et tout était fluide. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer mais tout est à proximité, plages comme commerces, restaurants, activités. Que dire d'autre à part qu'il ne vous reste plus qu'à réserver !

Vacances

Nous avons passé un Super Séjour. La villa etait super belle. Cependant, il nous manquait un peu de vaisselle. L extérieur etait à couper le souffle. Cependant, nous aurions apprécié un extérieur plus grand. La vue sur le voisinage nous a un peu dérangé. Malgré tout, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Danielle et son mari etaient très sympathiques. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce sejour. Et peut etre que nous y reviendrons. Je conseille vivement cette villa . Tout est à proximité, plages, commerces, etc ... Et surtout on se sent bien dans cette villa.

Super séjour en famille

Merci infiniment pour les propriétaires de la maison. Accueil très chaleureux et les propriétaires sont toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Belle maison propre et confortable vue sur mer avec une très grande piscine, maison bien située pour se promener aux alentours. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons la location de cette maison. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.

Amazing holiday😉

We have stayed in this villa for 10 days. Had an amazing experience. The owners were so lovely and welcoming. The villa was wonderful, it had everything that was needed. The weather was amazing , local beach was so beautiful. The local area was quiet and peaceful. We definitely recommend this villa and will be coming back.

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos allí. La casa muy acogedora, limpia y con todo tipo de detalles. El exterior perfecto. La zona de la piscina es increíble. Chris, Danielle y los hijos, un encanto. Atentos a cualquier cosa y siempre disponibles. Una familia genial. Sin duda, si volvemos por la zona, regresaremos a la misma casa.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passés 15 jours de vacances dans cette magnifique villa , elle est vraiment très bien équipée, la piscine est superbe et très grande, elle a fait le bonheur des grands et des petits 😊. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer car situé en haut d une colline mais tout est a proximité aussi bien les plages que les commerces et restaurants . Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs . Les propriétaires sont des gens vraiment adorables ,nous avons communiqué par WhatsApp dés la réservation et aussi pendant notre séjour et tout s est très bien passé, ils sont très réactifs et répondent à toutes nos questions , nous aimerions beaucoup y retourner car nous en gardons un très bon souvenir😍

Wonderful villa with great views and friendly hospitality

Had a great stay in the lovely villa Chris and Danielle were wonderful friendly hosts and incredibly welcoming The villa is very pretty and comfortable and the pool is warm and a great size for hot days ! Lovely views over the rock of Calpe and just a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beautiful Cala Fustera beach Thoroughly recommend the villa The house is cool on the inside and very comfortably furnished….would stay again ! Home away from home

The most warm and welcoming couple you could wish to meet. The house is beautiful and the outside space is perfect. They have managed to create, for a British traveller at least, an imaginative and relaxing home away from home. You will need a car when staying here as the hill up to the house is not for the faint hearted. However, everything you could want is just a short car ride away. The owners are in regular contact with you and available for any questions you may have. It would not be a fair or accurate review without mentioning the ever-fabulous Cindy who lives next door. She is absolutely part of the welcoming party (as a relative of the home owners) and so warm and friendly. She even lent me a hairdryer!

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour dans une maison très très propre,un véritable coup de cœur, la piscine est immense, chaque pièce est très bien équipée, la cuisine est également équipée et grande. Nous la conseillons fortement et y retournerons probablement durant notre prochain séjour dans cette région. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux demandes, et sont juste adorables. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances.

Danke, nie wieder mehr!

Wir wurden rausgeschmissen! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Seit 21 Jahren fahren wir nach Spanien, aber das war wirklich demütigend. 11 Tage haben wir reserviert und im voraus bezahlt. Aber das Holzhaus hatte einige Probleme - Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ornungsgemass, war laut und konnte nur lauwarme Luft rausblasen. Im Holzhaus war 35 Grad, warmer als die Luft draussen. Moskitonetz hatten sie nicht. Die eine Nacht, die wir dort verbracht haben war sehr unangenehm. Als wir dem Besitzer die Probleme genannt hatten, fing er an zu schreien. Er ist in die Bank gerannt das Geld hat er zurückgegeben - und so zu sagen auf die Strasse gestellt. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen. Wenn ich zelten möchte, dann gehe in ein Camping. Aber diese Art, wie er und seine Frau behandelt hat, ist nicht zu beschreiben. Danke, nie wieder mehr!

Hi there! We are a family of 6 and have lived here in Spain for the last few years. We love our lives here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My wife and I have 4 boys who all attend the local Spanish school . We love the laid back Spanish way of life, as we are sure you will too.

We chose our house because of its quiet location in a culdersac, beautiful surroundings, sea views and huge swimming pool (13m x 6m), this area has the most beautiful stretch of coastline on the Costa Blanca with spectacular views, many blue flag beaches, hundreds of near by bars and restaurants and theme/water parks only 30 minutes away. For the more adventurous there are many sports available e.g horse riding, scuba diving, sailing and many more. There are also many beautiful walks with amazing views in the local area. We love living in this beautiful place and would love to share our home with you.
