2003 Villa med pool uppvärmd till 28 grader mellan stränderna Ambolo och Granadella (Shuttle sommar till stranden 800 m) i ett lugnt område som bebos året runt.
Uppsättningen har utformats runt komfort och välbefinnande.
Bottenvåningen är på poolområdet och på den högra sidan: den fullt utrustat kök, ett matrum, vardagsrum med öppen spis kassett, TV, Playstation 4, rum med kyl / extra frys, tvättmaskin och torktumlare . På vänster sida, en enda toalett, ett badrum med badkar, dusch, handfat och toalett, ett sovrum med 2 höga sängar eller en dubbelsäng trädgården, ett sovrum med luftkonditionering 2 höga sängar eller en dubbelsäng pool vy. Rummen är utrustade med dressing.

Immaculate, comfortable villa with great pool

Really enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks. The villa is very spacious (we’re a family of 4), with an excellent indoor and outdoor kitchen and comfortable living area. The pool is excellent and the views across the adjacent green space are lovely. The villa is very private and the area is quiet. Any family would surely have a wonderful break here.

Beautiful villa in quiet and peaceful location

Communication with the owners was very easy from start of booking right through to the check out. On arrival the villa was lovely and clean and inviting. Fully equipped and new kitchen. pool was lovely and clean and warm. Any issues were quickly addressed. Would recommend.

Paradise

This house is amazing. Also the contact with the owner was more than pleasant. We had a great 2 weeks of vacation and hope to be returning in the coming years. Kitchen very well equipped (glasses, plates, pots and pans, strainer, grater, knifes etc) Everything very good quality. The house is also equipped with shutters and the bedrooms have mosquito screens. The out door kitchen is the best with a Weber gas BBQ, fridge, 2 gas cooking points, built in garbage bin and a sink. Pool is large and the outdoor shower is almost better than the ones inside! Location is also great. Very close to some great supermarkets or the beach and boulevard of Javea. This house met all of our expectations and more!

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la villa Flor de la Vida, mon conjoint, ma fille (19) et moi. Cette propriété, fraîchement rénovée, est située dans une communauté haut de gamme de Javéa. Elle est située proche de plusieurs criques et plages, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, et de nombreux restaurants. Plusieurs activités nautiques sont proposées dans les environs. Il est possible de louer des kayaks de mer ou des paddle board pour admirer le paysage et accéder à des criques et des grottes inaccessibles autrement. La villa possède tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer des vacances de rêve. La cuisine est bien équipée et dotée d’électroménagers haut de gamme, le séjour est lumineux, les matelas sont très confortables et l’espace extérieur est ravissant. Vue magnifique 180 degrés des environs à partir de l’aire repas extérieure et de la piscine. Piscine creusée de bonne dimension et très bien entretenue. Un vrai plaisir d’y relaxer. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée (et je suis très difficile sur ce point!)Pour couronner le tout, la communication avec les hôtes était excellente, Yves répondant aimablement à toute demande dans les minutes suivant nos questions ou demandes (il nous a même conseiller un garage pour la réparation d’un pneu crevé de notre voiture de location).Je recommande vivement cette propriété qui mériterait, à mon avis, un 6 étoiles. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux!

Idéal en famille

Contact très simple et très sympathique avec les propriétaires. Maison parfaite. Piscine de bonnes dimensions pour jouer et nager. Emplacement proche des commerces et du centre de Javea Les plages les plus adaptées aux enfants sont un peu loin, mais la route est belle et se fait facilement. La plage du port à Javea est très belle mais avec de gros galets. La plage de l'Arenal au centre de Javea est très bien (sable), spacieuse. Mais elle n'est pas entretenue. Nous avons passées d'excellentes vacances en famille donc nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Fantastisch huis!

Prachtig huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima bedden, een overdekt terras, heerlijk zwembad en zowel de binnen als buitenkeuken zijn perfect. Echt een aanrader! Strand op 10 minuten rijden afstand en vele supermarkten in de omgeving. Wij hebben genoten!

Vacaciones inolvidables

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones de diez en esta villa y en el entorno maravilloso de Jávea. La casa es incluso más bonita y cuidada de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Un interior muy confortable y una zona exterior estupenda para disfrutar de la mañana a la noche. Sus propietarios se ve que se empeñan en apostar por la calidad, el confort y el detalle. Ideal tanto para niños como mayores. La comunicación con Yves a pesar de haber sido en todo momento por whatsapp y de no haber podido conocernos, ha sido impecable. En todo momento ha estado atento a nuestras necesidades, dudas, etc Si podemos, repetiremos sin duda! Muchas gracias por esta maravillosa estancia.

Un séjour idéal et parfait

La maison est exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce : très fonctionnelle et extrêmement bien équipée. Tout y est parfait. What a lovely time we had! We just had 2 weeks of pure bliss. The villa is spotless clean and everything has been thought of to make it enjoyable. the inside is very spacious and confortable. The kitchen has all you need plus some. What a treat to be able to enjoy fresh pressed orange juice in the morning! The outdoor is a real treat, there is everything you need to relax and enjoy youself. I need to say once you have tried the luxury of cooking outdoor you wont go back in the kitchen anytime soon. it has all you need hob, amazing bbq, sink, fridge and space to prepare everything. A super clean heated pool is waiting for you. A real treat and what not to love when you know the outdoor shower is just waiting for you with lovely views on the nature reserve. Just like the outdoor kitchen once you have tried it you won't be using the inside showers much! it is just too good. inside or out everything is very clean, well maintained and of high quality. the area is very quiet perfect to unwind and relax yet all the commodities are only a short drive away. there are a lot of lovely walks and beaches to discover. One must do: wait night time, grab a blanket, go outside and look up! you will enjoy star gazing as there is not much light polution. so relaxing! it was a real treat for us, we enjoy a family holidays here for 2 weeks. 3 generations under one roof all enjoying ourself. thanks again Virginie and Yves for everyting! we had an amazing family time .

Beautiful villa and great pool

We were really impressed about the villa, the pool area and the garden. The villa was ideal to two families traveling together, as there were own bathrooms both up and downstairs (as well as coffee machines, sun beds etc.), which enables privacy, if needed. We found the villa even better than it looks in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The pool water was nice and warm and the outdoor shower increased the comfort. Our kids almost lived in the pool for the whole week. When they were not in the pool, they were jumping on the trampoline. The barbecue is high quality and so big that one could have a big barbecue party :). We enjoyed breakfast almost every morning in the morning sun outside and started the day with fresh squeezed orange juice (we are planning to buy a similar citrus press to our own home :)). The owners were very friendly and responded to all our messages promptly. Thank you Virginie and Yves, we enjoyed every minute of our stay in your beautiful villa and are hoping for to return again next year. Javea Casa Decorte

Fijn, gerenoveerd, huis met mooi terras en een goed verwarmd zwembad en een super buitendouche warme en koud zelfs!. Ook de nieuw ingerichte buitenkeuken is een succes, van alle gemalen voorzien en ideaal om op warme avonden te gebruiken. De begeleiding en aandacht van de huiseigenaren Yves en Virginie werd zeer op prijs gesteld!!

Wir haben uns wie in einem Zuhause gefühlt!!!

Wir können dieses schöne Haus nur empfehlen....! Alles war schön sauber und toll organisiert! Erste Lebensmittel, Gewürze, Haushaltssachen und Getränke, waren schon vorhanden. Es war perfekt

Wir verbrachten als Familie ( Ehepaar und 2 Kinder 11 Jahre alt) vom 29.9.18-9.10.18 einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Domizil. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, grossräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und grosszügig ausgestattet. Problemlos kann man auch einfach mal nur einen Tag gemütlich " zu Hause" am Pool verbringen, da alles vorhanden ist was das Herz begehrt. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich übrigens eine Green Area, wer also mal spontan Lust auf einen kleinen Spaziergang im Wald hat.... Mehrere Strände sind mit dem Autor problemlos in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in der Nähe ( ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto) Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten konnten wir uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmals herzlich für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und werden sicher immer wieder gerne daran zurückdenken! Liebe Grüsse Beatrice, Manfred, Jonas& Leonie Egger

Nuestra estancia en casa de Yves y Virginia ha sido fantástica!

Javea es un lugar precioso y si añades poder disfrutar de un buen alojamiento como la casa de Yves y Virginia lo convierten en perfecto. La casa dispone de todas las comodidades, hasta un altavoz para amenizar las cenas a La Luz de las velas que también ponen a tu disposición. La piscina es magnífica. Con el agua a la temperatura perfecta. La cama elástica, tan grande, nos ha brindado ratos de risas y diversión! Gracias Yves, también por el detalle de bienvenida!! Los bombones especiales!!

Nice and well maintained house with great pool

We used the house as family with 2 children for 14 days and we had a very nice enjoyed stay. A special highlight for us was the pool. The neat house is in a quiet location and is centrally located. All necessary and useful things are available. A car is highly recommended. There are various destinations and beach visits, which make every day to a special experience. In addition, there are various opportunities for shopping, grocers, bakeries and nice restaurants. The description of the house corresponds to the actual situation. A beautifully presented property in a peaceful, beautiful area.

We enjoyed a 2 week stay here in July. The owners were very helpful and made sure we knew they were contactable in case we needed anything. We felt very welcome. We found the property to be immaculate with excellent facilities. The Villa was very comfortable with modern furnishings, a spectacular pool and outdoor cooking area. The gardens were well tended, with interesting plants and fruit trees. We were able to pick grapefruit from the tree to enjoy. The view from the terrace beautiful of greenery and Villas tiered into the surrounding hillsides. The proximity of the Villa to the beaches and supermarkets was excellent and within a short drive. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (regularly cleaned), using the spotlessly clean BBQ and taking walks around the area. The kitchen facilities are excellent and we found every gadget and untensil had been thought about. It was a home from home experience in all aspects. The internet connection is slow here, this did not matter to us. All in all a great holiday in an amazing well equipped villa in which we felt safe, at home and very comfortable. The owners quickly responded when we had a query and were very helpful. Great location with beautiful beaches, many places to eat just a short drive away. Would highly recommend to anyone. Five stars - fantastic. Would definatley stay here again in the future.

Maison tout simplement … parfaite !

Que dire sinon que tout était prévu : maison claire et très bien agencée et idéalement située. Très calme. Tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente, tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. La description correspond parfaitement à la location. En plus de l’état parfait de la maison et des équipements modernes dernier cri, les propriétaires vous réservent un accueil chaleureux digne de celui des maisons d’hôtes (jus de fruits avec les fruits du jardin!), et sont très attentionnés pour faire de votre séjour un moment de détente parfait ! Entrer dans cette maison est une merveilleuse découverte et y séjourner est un vrai plaisir !! Une adresse à conserver car nous y reviendrons certainement!!

We fell in love of Javea 2 years ago. It's an authentic region with an amazing weather (24° in January 2018), great sea views, creeks & beaches, green areas, a nice historical town, a beautifull port, nice landscape. We chose our house for his amazing location, recent construction and the most important the pool is on the ground floor and offer spectacular views on the green area. We chose to have a heated pool @ 28° to enjoy it all the year. The house is located between the 2 most beautifull beaches of Javea, Ambolo and Granadella. Granadella voted the best beach of Spain in 2012. Ambolo and Granadella are more creeks than beaches.
