Great apartment, everything as expected

All communications from booking to arrival were very good. Paola met us at the door to the complex and was very friendly and informative. We were able to keep in touch with Paola throughout our stay if necessary via WhatsApp. She also arranged a taxi for our departure which we appreciated. The apartment is exactly as as shown in the photographs, everything works well and it is comfortable, with a lovely view to enjoy as well. Having the availability of UK TV channels was great for the evenings when we preferred to stay in. There was some entertainment noise from the nearby bars and restaurants but it was quiet by 11pm and of course this is normal in a busy resort. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, the supermarket conveniently at the entrance to the complex and much more a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Tiziana and Poala.

Absolutely beautiful apartment lovely decor, with fabulous views from the balcony.It really was home from home. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Paola who looks after the apartment is an absolute treasure, she cannot do enough for you. Anything you want or need you just have to text her and she gets straight back to you. Big thank you also to Tiziana and Paolas daughter for there kindness. 🤗🤗🥰xx

Toller Herbsturlaub

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Costa Teguise. Die Anlage und das angrenzende Shoppingcenter sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Appartementanlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank noch mal an Paola, die uns in Empfang genommen hat und gerne bei Fragen und Problemen behilflich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un tout grand merci à Paola qui depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ fut disponible et efficace ! Elle était là à l'arrivée du taxi, là pour faire venir 1 électricien pour 1 problème de lampe à la terrasse, là pour nous donner des conseils sans rien imposer, là à l,heure convenue pour nous dire au revoir et......vite 1 coup de tel pour appeler 1 taxi! Vraiment quelqu'un de très précieux.... Merci et nous reviendrons !!!?

Wonderful stay

Apartment was just as described, well equipted and great location. Furnished to a good standard and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit to Costa Teguise.

We have stayed in this complex before however, in a different apartment. I am so glad we decided to stay in this beautiful apartment, the decor is fresh and modern and the views are amazing we will definitely be back .

Cozy Appartement near the beach

We had a wonderful holiday with our two kids in this cozy, nice appartement with view on the sea. The beach is just behind the appartement, a small supermarket and a lot of restaurants are nearby.

Excellent central location and apartment with everything you need.

Lovely sea view balcony that gets sun throughout the day. Apartment was well furnished and comfortable for 4 adults. It has everything you could need, iron, washing machine, hairdryer. Albeit we chose to eat out in the evening, the owners have packed in everything for kitchen you could possibly need- huge amount of decent crockery, cutlery etc . Beds and bedding clean and comfortable for good nights sleep. Plenty of drawers, hanging space for clothes. Paola was excellent in checking all ok for us. I must state she exceeded our expectations & was very kind and professional when we had an issue - - this she dealt with in a exemplary manner. Thank you.

Het appartement is netjes, fijne ligging op het zuiden, geschikt voor 4 personen

De eigenaren en de gastvrouw zijn erg hartelijk en behulpzaam en verder heeft het appartement een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Er is geen verwarming in het appartement en omdat wij te lage temperaturen troffen voor de tijd van het jaar was het 's avonds koud binnen. Maar dat komt zelden voor.

Optimales Feriendomizil

Meine Frau und ich hatten dieses Appartement im November 2017 schon für einen ganzen Monat gemietet und waren so angetan, daß wir es im Januar 2018 noch einmal für 12 Tage buchten. Erneut wurden wir von Paola sehr pünktlich, aufmerksam und freundlich begrüßt. Paola kam uns schon im November wie ein Engel vor, weil sie - bei Problemen, die ja immer einmal passieren können-, stets zur Stelle war, wenn wir sie brauchten. Besonders toll fanden wir, daß auch die Vermieter, Tiziana und Stefano sich an einem Nachnmittag persönlich einfanden um uns kennenzulernen. Wir waren jedenfalls - nach insgesamt vielen Aufenthalten in Lanzarote-auch in anderen Appartements und Anlagen, so zufrieden, daß wir dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen können. Wir hoffen, daß es bald wieder von uns gebucht werden kann.

Modern apartment with sea view

We spent a wonderful week in Tizianas apartment in Costa Teguise. It is a spacious apartment, everything you need is there. It is 2 minutes to La Chucharas Beach and from the balcony you have a view of the sea. Tiziana and Paola are both very helpful. We had rented a car to explore the island. From Costa Teguise you can go everywhere on the island in about half hour. A big car par is in front of the house (free parking). The pool area is very quiet. In the evening you can sometimes hear life music from other apartment blocks around, but they don't finish late. We would like to come again!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea with eve rything you need to make your stay feel like home

we have just returned from 10 days staying in this lovely apartment, it is spotlessly clean and very well presented with everything you need to make your stay feel like home from home The apartment doesn't have air conditioning however there is a very good portable fan to help cool the rooms down We had a fantastic time, the location of the apartment was perfect with a supermarket just below and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. During the time we stayed we had the pool area mostly to ourselves with just a couple of other people occasionally using it The owners are extremly helpful and always available to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay They also have a contact in the area who is available to help if needbe during your stay. The only suggestion I would make is for for more UK tv stations. I would definitely recommend the apartment for anyone looking to stay in costa teguise

Excellent property, well managed and in a great location

1. All enquiries, from start to finish, were dealt with promptly and efficiently 2. Property pictures match the real thing 3. Met on arrival, as agreed, by lovely lady called Paola, who also booked us a taxi back to the airport (Min 20 mins journey) 4. Everything is supplied in the apartment and there's loads of cupboard/drawer space 5. Be aware that there is no lift and 2 sets of stairs, not a problem for us but might not suit less mobile customers 6. The apartment is housed within a small/quiet complex with the beach/restaurants/public transport very close by 7. One bedroom over looks swimming pool/public area of complex. Other bedroom is car park side 7. Supermarket next door 8. Minor irritation with number of sockets (2) located in kitchen area, as not enough space for a kettle/toaster/coffee machine and yes, did move these! Would I recommend this property? ABSOLUTELY...... especially knowing that there is an immediate contact very close by. Many thanks for all the help/info we received.

Beautiful apartment with every thing you need for holiday lovely views too

fantastic apartment. Views were amazing. Paolo couldn't do enough to make our holiday amazing. Bus stop just over road, low cost travel in small shopping centre for excursions. Lovely walk along sea front to main square. Places to eat on doorstep and super Dino underneath apartment. Warning do not eat at curracus cafe inside shopping centre my dad had cockroach in tea pot. Would definitely book apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

Lovely apartment in great location the four of us went for a lazy week and the apartment was just right . Everything you could want within 5 minutes walk. Air conditioning would further improve the apartment. Pool towels are also provided but not advertised which saves on packing. Paula was more than helpful on arrival and made you feel if you did need any assistance it would not be a problem. Would definitely book again.

A fantastic find !

My wife, son & I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment. We were met by both the owner and her friend who manages this apartment for her when she's not there. They were both so friendly & could not have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always at the other end of the phone if you ever needed them for anything. The apartment itself is a fantastic find. It has every comfort of home and is beautifully decorated. In fact, the photos just don't do it justice. And the location is perfect. It is literally within walking distance of a magnificent beach, with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. But don't worry about the noise from the bars as it all quietens down by 11pm each night. There is a great, well-stocked supermarket just right outside the front door of the apartment block. The swimming pool area was large and very quiet. We were there at the end of August and the busiest the pool area got was when there were 5 other people there besides ourselves. And if you're renting a car, there's a large carpark right outside. I just could not say enough about this apartment or the 2 ladies that run it. Make sure that you stay here...I know I'll never stay anywhere else whenever I go back to Lanzarote.

Loved it!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Lovely decor, free WiFi, very close to the beach, sea view, nothing more you would want. The owners are amazing and they did take a good care of us. Fantastic, 5 star and more. Definitely coming back 😊
