cute and great location

We had a great time here, it's walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and the condo itself is comfortable, has everything you need. Would stay again for sure.

What a perfect stay

I had the absolute perfect stay. This property is so great and was perfect for spring training, golf, walking or short uber to old town Scottsdale. The owner/manager of the property was so great during my stay. I would definitely stay here again. This was a much needed get away and it checked all the boxes. Oh I forgot about th property having 2 pools and 2 spas and a great gym. Also, the owner got me out of a huge jam after the first property i rented turned out to be fake on vrbo.

This property is well located, both within the complex, and within the community. The condo overlooks the pool and is just steps away from the pool and adjacent fitness center. You can also easily walk to grocery stores, and Scottsdale Old Town can be a longer walk or a short drive.

Bargain- great urban location

Incredible deal for the price . Great location. Convenient to the 101, Old Town Scottsdale... busy urban area with all the shopping you could need , but safe Walking / Biking Trails . Nice gym. Overlooks pool. Manager was responsive, but never intrusive .

Sehr angenehm, zuverlässig, komfortabel

Man findet alles vor, was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Alles ist intakt und funktioniert gut, die Betten sind bequem und es hat genügend Decken und Kissen. Küche vollständigt eingerichtet. Umgebung ruhig, gepflegt, anständig. Lage ideal für Aktivitäten in der nahen und auch weiteren Umgebung (Anschluss zu 101 etc).

Great value and wonderful location

We have just spent 5 wonderful weeks in Scottsdale. A huge factor in our happiness and joy throughout our vacation was this condo, truly a home away from home. Very clean in every regard, complimented by a superb location. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable mattress and bedding. If you are into working out or a relaxing swim at the pool, this is your place. Literally just steps away. The location to restaurants, shopping etc is extremely convenient. All this was complimented by a superb host meeting all our needs and questions in a very informative and warm expeditious manner. We were sad to leave but will hopefully have the opportunity to return again in the very near future. Absolutely superb Sincerely Jim and Roszita

2 week stay

Great location in Scottsdale as well as in the complex, overlooks the pool and parking is nearby. Unit could use a good spring cleaning. Owner was very quick to respond to an issue that solved itself.

We enjoyed the unit and would/will stay again next year. Az is an annual event for us, and we've stayed at Sunscape many years. The owner is friendly and aims to please with any concerns. We had a rough time finding the unit initially, but when we did, we were pleased with the location. Check in/out was painless. Close to pool, restaurants, groceries and Scottsdale Stadium. Planning next year already.

Best Stay Ever!!!

I stayed at this condo managed by Dale and it was the best stay ever! I arrived to a clean condo with all the utensils needed to cook, clean and wash clothing. It was a home away from home. The condo had cable and internet, close to the highway, stores, and restaurants. The condo also had a pool and gym just a short walk across the way, what else can you ask for...myself an my family enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend this condo to everyone!

Secure and Comfortable

This was a great stay, I met the manager Dale at the property whom gave me a tour of the condo and the properties gym and pool. Showing me the keys to enter the gate of the pool and gym. It was a awesome stay the place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the tv had cable and wireless internet. The décor of the condo was so nice, I had plenty of utensils to made a full dinner if I would have liked to. I think this is a great place for someone for whatever occasion. Very close to public transportation, highways, restaurants, grocery store....I cant think of anything that I needed that wasn't available. Thank you so much Dale for the stay, will definitely stay again in the near future!

The condo was very neat and clean, however the plumbing system needs attention .

I could or turn the shower on or off, my husband had to do this and he had extreme difficulty as well. The unit advertises sleeps 4 so I assumed there was a pull out, but no only a a rolled up foamy for the floor,. Actually the other guests staying at the complex had the same complaints.

Ok

Nice location for Giants spring training but it needs some fresh paint....bathtub is really old and bathroom needs updating. Could really use television in bedroom as well....television cable routing was across entrance to condo and created triping hazard and carpet needs replacing....time to invest a little in this place.

SHORTCOMINGS OF RECENT STAY

Our overall experience was not very satisfactory. The unit was NOT ready when we arrived at about 6:30 pm as it had not been cleaned. The manager, Dale Bowerman apologized and asked us to have dinner etc and come back in two hours. (We had come from NY so we were rather tired and felt there was NO excuse why unit was not ready. ) When we tried to use he kitchen, it was VERY short on basic utensils for eating and making basics. We called Dale and about noon he came with a new set of basic pots. Very few glasses and cups and we supplemented a few. Next day we had no water for several hours!! Dale said he would refund us two days stay BUT WE NEVER RECEIVED A PAYMENT. My wife also commented that the place was not very clean. Furnishing were fine, but we were overall disappointed.

Excellent Stay...Great Location

The unit was perfect for two people. Clean, neat, and containing everything you could need. It was also nice that Dale was so close in case we needed anything (we didn't). But great location overall couldn't have been better for the price. Only con was the parking spot. We had our own spot but this wasn't respected or recognized but other tenants or visitors. Also visitor parking was minimal and usually full. Only downside. But excellent stay. We will be back

We'll Be Back!!

Not only was Dale's condo great, Dale himself was so helpful & so wonderful to us!! My husband & I stayed at Dale's place for a week in June 2016. Dale was friendly & extremely accommodating. We arrived a day early & he made sure the place was ready for us on such short notice. We decided to stay an extra night & he helped us find a gorgeous place to stay b/c his place was rented for the following week. He went above & beyond and we are so grateful for that! The condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed & it was very comfortable. It was in a nice location b/c it was close to the action (restaurants, bars, shopping only a few blocks away) but far enough away that you could have some relaxing down time when needed. The pools were perfect & we loved the cushions on the loungers (a nice touch as some places we have rented do not even have cushions). We took advantage of the BBQ at the pool & had dinner poolside a couple of nights. I worked out a few times & was pleasantly surprised how good the gym was & the equipment (a lot of condo complexes we have rented from the gyms are rather old & lame - but not this one). We also golfed quite a bit at courses all over Scottsdale & the condo is in a good location to get to any golf course. Overall a great condo & a great experience thanks to Dale :) We'll be back!!!
