Was fully furnished, good location near Old Town, nice furniture and bed was comfortable. Owner answered all our needs. Would stay there again.

The few little issues we had Dale commuicated quickly to resolve them.

It was a nice faculty and easily assessable to many things. Dale did a great job of making sure our stay was a good one.

Tidy unit, great complex

This unit was very nice and well maintained. The pool and common areas were clean. Close enough to Old Town, but also other places. Hope to return!

Excellent location,close to highway and shopping...plus far from tourist attractions

The landlord is very accommodating and pleasant...clean condo and very useful...lots cooking utensils to make you feel comfortable while away from home....the bed is very comfortable

Good Time in Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale and this condo was in an excellent location. It was convenient for getting around and close to all amenities such as shopping, restaurants and attractions. The condo was very comfortable and was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated. The gym and pool area is very nice and a real bonus. Dale, the property manager was helpful and accommodating.

A Real Find!

This is a perfect location for all you want to do here. Hiking trails, bike rentals,parks, Old Town, art galleries, and restaurants are minutes away. The unit is comfortable in a quiet courtyard so very private. Bed, was very comfortable. Television system carries everything you could want. We would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable well maintained property

The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The condo was clean and had a great bed. It could have used more kitchen “stuff” - towels, wine glasses, serving bowls, knives. Cooking utensils were great.

Very good location.

The unit was centrally located for our trip. We went to the Phoenix Open, Sedona, Jerome, and downtown Old Scottsdale. The owner was quick to respond to any issues. Heat was not working when we arrived but repaired while we were there. Space heaters were provided. Hot tub was not working but was repaired shortly after it was reported. Overall we enjoyed this location and are talking about another trip next year and would stay in this location. Would be nice to have a book with dining, sightseeing recommendations and a tv channel guide for the tv.

Sunscapes is great!

Great 5 days in Scottsdale! Dale was very accommodating letting us check in early and quick to answer any questions. Condo could use a little TLC but Sunscapes is a beautiful property with great pool. Close to Old Scottsdale. Would stay again! Thanks Dale!

Wonderful, comfortable!

This condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything I needed. Conveniently located. Close to shopping, highways, and Old Town Scottsdale. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great for one, two or a small family. Very nice complex as well with convenient parking.

Perfect!

Location was great. Close to grocery, bike path, downtown Scottsdale. Property was very comfortable and accommodating. Enjoyed the gym, pool, and was a quiet community. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location - quiet yet close to everything

We enjoyed 10 days here - really appreciated owner let us in a couple hours early as our flight was in. Nice comfy bed. Convenient washer dryer in unit with laundry soap provided. Nice and quiet! Only knock would be a little short on dishes. Location is great - running/walking trail right behind it and across the street from grocery store and couple blocks to restaurants.

GREAT CONDO

This was our first trip to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We enjoyed the condo. The unit we stayed in was adjacent to a golf course, and was just as advertised. North Hayden Road at times can be a busy street, but the area was very quiet. The Condo was very clean, well stocked with basic needed items, and was much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Owner Dale was very quick to respond to all our questions. In fact, he gave us detailed directions from the assigned parking space thru the courtyard to the condo. This was very helpful due to the fact that we arrived at night. We loved our time in Arizona and are already planning a return trip. Thanks Dale.

Just average.

Carpet was very worn and dirty. Patio should have been swept and furniture wiped down. Only one towel in kitchen. Used paper towels to wash dishes. Could use a couple more bath towels. Appliances great. Great complex. Love staying at Sunscape.

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Bed comfortable. Full size refrigerator and all appliances needed. Great location, convenient to old town Scottsdale with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Quiet location. Pool area nice and comfortable with great hot tub. Only disappointment was Pool not heated in October. Although temp was near 100 during day, Pool was cold due to dropping temperatures at night. Apparently Pool is heated in winter but not in fall. Still got in but couldn’t swim for long due to cold water. Otherwise a great stay and would recommend this condo.

Great location safe, quiet and a very clean and organized condo

Great place to stay.

One of the Best

The place couldn't have been in a better location. Very quiet, yet It was only a 5 minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me. There is a washer and dryer so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry. Dale made this an easy transaction and was quick to respond when we had any questions. We found out late on our last night that we needed to extend our trip an extra day. Dale kindly accommodated us without hesitation. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Scottsdale.
