I will not complain!

The property is very well maintained. The parking (although a little difficult to get to) was an bonus for the neighborhood. The unit that I rented was on the front of the building (street side), thus it was a little noisy at times. The location of the property was convenient to a number of amenities. Although there were a few things that was less than ideal; overall I had a pleasant experience and I will not complain!

Disappointing........

The driveway to the enter the property is extremely narrow and should be shared with potential renters, as our vehicle that we traveled in barely fit. There were no paper towels or trash bags provided, lucky we had brought our own for the car ride. The fireplaces were not working upon our arrival, someone was sent to provide assistance, he was unable to get them working and said that he would notify the maintenance man, no one else ever came and the fireplaces never worked during our stay. The road noise form the highway in front of the condo is quite loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Also, we were there during a holiday and despite the owners request for renters to be quite to respect the other individuals living in the building, fireworks were being set off in the front yard and on the front porch directly outside our bedroom window starting at midnight and beyond. I read all posted reviews prior to booking, and did not expect any of these issues.

Decent for the price

Very nice place. Weekly cleaning staff which help since there isn’t any cleaning supplies provided. Owner was responsive after beginning of stay but we did have trouble accessing the property on the first day. The beds were advertised as king but they are queen sized. TV was messed up when we got there but the owner was urgent about replacing during our stay. Road was noisy so if you are a light sleeper we don’t recommend. And don’t bring a wide vehicle because the driveway is a tight alley way. Other than these, it was a great stay and we would recommend! It was in the middle of everything which was nice as well!

Great stay, Highly Recommend!

My friend and I stayed here for some time and really loved this place. The apartment had items that were helpful throughout our stay. Kitchen had pots/pans, utensils, plates/bowls and everything else we needed. Bathroom was very nice, with enough space to put our toiletries. Bedrooms had a dresser or closet, perfect for our clothes. A huge plus that the cleaning staff came every week to keep everything clean and neat. Communication with the hosts was really great. The fridge wasn’t working when we first got there, but Alan & Lee did a great job in bringing in a repairman and getting it fixed right away! Also, good location! Right near some shops, bars, and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend! I’ll definitely stay here again when I go back to Atlanta.

Walked everywhere!

Great house, appears newly remodeled, super clean. Great location, we left our car parked and walked everywhere. Took a few minutes to figure out parking, but it was secure, gated & private. Manager accommodated an early check-in, and was very responsive to calls/texts about wifi & check in. Was surprised by a mid-stay cleaning - we walked in on cleaners. Would have preferred to have been notified first about someone coming in, so assume miscommunication of our check-out date. Highly recommend this house.

Started off great - owner responsive - checked in photos look nicer than is - took photos of damage sent to owner - mold mildew - loud noisy location - homeless hanging on porch all the time - bugs - cleaning crew terrible and were in residence for 2 hours every Saturday not convenient at all . Tried contacting owner no response - refrigerator leaked water - ice and inside food would freeze . Washer dryer area not vented properly water builds on walls creating musty mildew - air filters packed haven’t been changed in a long time .

Lovely accommodation in the middle of little 5 points.

We stayed almost a full week in this apartment. The pictures are accurate; the accommodations are lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well appointed, and the 2 working fireplaces were an extra treat. We had a need for additional kitchen cookware and the host took care of the request immediately, and followed up the next day to make certain everything was OK. The fenced parking area in the back, and a back entry that is off the major street were very convenient. The apartment bedrooms face a major street which is somewhat noisy, and the curtains do little to block out the ambient light from local businesses and streetlamps but we were able to work with these inconveniences. Loved having the washer and dryer. I would stay here again.
