Elizabeth, the host, was very open with communication and available if we needed her. The location was great for everything we wanted to do while staying downtown. Parking in the garage was great. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Atlanta

Had a very nice stay - the location was great, the apartment was comfortable and clean. A lot more stairs than I realized, which wouldn’t normally be a concern but my 90 year old father was with us. Would stay here again, though!

great location and nice house. Very easy to deal with owner prior to and during our stay.The outside areas could use some beautification, but it did not affect our stay at all.Very nice experience

Gorgeous Property - Great Location

We loved absolutely loved, loved, loved our time here. The place is gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable. Off-street garage parking was an added bonus. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to great restaurants and shops (and ice cream!) or just stroll in and around the beautiful neighborhood. The place is also nicely situated for a short drive to either downtown or Truist Park, depending upon your preference and schedule. My wife is already asking when we can go back for another stay! Thank you.

What a perfect mom getaway!

This is an absolutely adorable abode for a getaway. It’s so nicely decorated, the layout is so comfortable with several porches and big doors to open for fresh air. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, great pillows, great bathrooms. Location was perfect to walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, there’s a grocery store one block away. The host was communicative and very helpful.I hope I get to stay here again someday!

Weekend visit

Excellent location. Very easy to check in with a real key! lol This home is very clean and neat. There are plenty of kitchen utensils if you would like to dine in or just make coffee in the morning. They have two coffee pots- keurig and drip which is very nice. Excellent light and airy place to stay.

very conveinent for us, as close to grocery store and our daughters house. Rugs on floor need to be taped or secured better. Lock box wasn't locked when we picked up key. would have been nice to know bedrooms where on the 3rd floor so we could have prepared better

Nothing short of an amazing host

Elizabeth and her sister (owners) were amazingly responsive and hospitable hosts. We were evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and drove throughout the night to Atlanta. Elizabeth checked in multiple times during the early morning hours until we arrived. Their home was centrally located, very comfortable for our family and fur babies. Truly wonderful hosts and property in the midst of what was difficult time. Thank you both!

Great place!

We loved the place! Very clean. Convenient to everything. Walking distance to many restaurants and even the grocery store. VRBO provided incorrect door code but property manager was easy to reach and provided correct code.

Visiting our son and wife’s birthday

We came to Atl to visit our son and celebrate my wife’s birthday with our kids. We had a blast, lots of close things to do and restaurants within walking or short Uber rides. The house was perfect for us as a launching pad. The house had everything we needed and the host was extremely gracious.

Perfect townhome, perfect location

The townhome was clean, spacious, and well cared for with nice balconies. It was in a fun neighborhood with lots of within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

This was a great place to stay! It was clean and I really appreciated the parking/garage access. It was a nice place to return “home” to after exploring the area. Property owner was responsive as well.
