Lägenheten är mycket rymlig och har det senaste trådlösa Internet-systemet och D. V.D-spelare, även engelsk TV och en stor C. D-radiospelare och för barnen en Wii-spelare för att få barnen ut ur poolområdet !! Köket har även mikro, vattenkokare och brödrost med frys i stor kylskåp och en färskvattenkylare ...
Det omgivande området har en avslappnad social scen med ett antal traditionella tavernor samt restauranger som erbjuder modernare internationella rätter. Inuti är dekorationen genomgående elegant med moderna mjuka möbler och ett tillägg av några livliga detaljer. Köket är utrustat med allt gäster kan behöva under sin vistelse och varje sovrum är bekväma och har gott om lagringsutrymme. Denna eleganta lägenhet med 2 sovrum ligger i Kapparis (en förort till Protaras) och är idealisk för lugna omgivningar, samtidigt som det är nära till actionen som erbjuder en perfekt bas för gäster under sin vistelse på Cypern. Platsen är väl ansluten till transporttjänster vilket innebär att gästerna lätt kan upptäcka resten av området och därefter.

Casa Bella är mycket praktisk och jag har gjort det hem till hem med den underbara solen inför balkongen tidigt på morgonen och när du är på första våningen är du väldigt skyddad hela dagen. Enkel åtkomst till huvudvägen som också har många tavernor och barer. Bageriet har många läckra kakor och lokalbefolkningen kommer från olika städer för speciella födelsedagskakor osv året runt.

Apartment in great distance to various beaches

We as a family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. The flat is within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. There are also many very good restaurants in the area where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Clean and cosy with everything we needed

A very well appointed property with ideal location, close to bars and restaurants (5 min walk) , another 10 mins stroll to the coast. The apartment had everything we needed with the most comfortable master bed ! Complex had much to offer including pool, playground, football and tennis court. Thoroughly enjoyable break .

Outstanding

This was our first time in this apartment, it was an outstanding holiday, the apartment was clean, air conditioning balcony to sit on each evening it was like being at home, great restaurants walking distance fantastic facilities and the pool was one minute walk and it was clean every single day We were there and always someone around to ask if we needed anything. I will certainly be returning and highly recommend you visit my friends are going to book and stay here.

Lovely holiday apartment

Great location for the beach, local shops 24hr bakery, restaurants and bars in particular the pig and whistle fab food for children too. and all in walking distance. 2 swimming pool areas with sun lounges, park area, and tennis court on the complex. Clean and perfectly equipped apartment with a lovely al fresco dining on a spacious balcony. Family friendly feel with all home comforts. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻 Not far from aya napa also for trips out. Adriana will help you on anything you need or would like to know very friendly and thoughtful service.

Attention

Bonjour, L'intérieur de l'appartement ainsi que les commodités parfait. Par contre la photo mise en ligne de l'extérieur ne correspond absolument pas au bâtiment, dans l'annonce le petit immeuble donne directement sur la grande pis ine, alors qu'en fait pas du tout, ce qui n'est pas tolérable. Moi lorsque je loue ma villa je ne photographie pas celle du voisin, donc attention. La propriétaire m'a dit qu'il fallait demander... 🤦🏽‍♂️ Elle m'a proposé de changer mais nous étions le soir avec les enfants donc impossible. L'appartement est correct et conforme mais la situation ne mérite pas forcément ce tarif. Ensuite pour le secteur, il vous faut absolument une voiture et à ce moment là tout est facile.

WE FOUND THE BEST! 5 minute morningwalk to crystal clear water from this high standard apartment!

STOP looking and book! You are searching the Protaras, Paralimni, Aiya napa or Kapparis area. Then you have found the best listing in that area for a pricetag well worth every cent. We have tried SAME apartmentsize on the exact same complex and the difference is a big difference!!! When opening the door you just feel a welcoming atmosphere. Clean, fresh, modern and tastefully furnished and decorated. Here is everything you need for your holiday! Nice comfortable beds, a cozy sofa, wifi, tv, modern kitchen fully equipped. The owner have thought about it all down to perfection! The service and contact with ownner is well worth 5-star too! Previous attendant forgot to leave a tag to pool area, I sent a message to Adriana and 4 minutes later a new tag was at our door! Fenomenal! I had more stupid tourist-questions both before and during our stay. They were answered more than fast enough. 17 years ago I stopped going on holiday with charter and started to book just flight and arranged my whole trip by myself. I have rented several apartments during the years and met plenty of property owmers. I have never felt more welcome than now and the apart,ent more than fullfilled our needs. Me, my 12 year old son and the two elders we brought on holiday all agree! Both the apartment and the property owner Adriana is well worth the 5 stars we gave on every line. Adriana's Kapparis Apartment

Our 1 week in October to Cyprus was our fourth visit to the island in the last 6 years and the first time we'd ventured to the east side and the Famagusta region. Previous holidays were in the Paphos area (west of the island) which were great and always in a hotel and half board. This years holiday to Kapparis was 2-fold (short holiday combined with property viewings with the purpose of buying). We were very lucky to meet Adriana through Sold on Cyprus who kindly rented her apartment to us. The apartment had everything we could ever want from a self-catering holiday; well furnished, spacious, clean, tidy, air conditioning in every room with lighting with built-in fans, ample storage, well equipped kitchen, large balcony with tables and seating, broadband and Internet access, full use of 2 well sized swimming pools, a couple of minutes walk to shops, restaurants and supermarket plus 5 - 10 minutes to Blue Flag beaches. The apartment is ideally situated to a number of other towns and villages and a short walk to the Cypriot bus service which links towns and villages for just a few Euros. All in all, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday and can only thank Adriana for making it so. Adriana's apartment had maps, books, Tourist Guide, business cards for restaurants, car rentals, butchers, bakers, hairdressing, etc. plus Adriana was always at the end of a phone or Email if we had questions (which we often did). Adriana was extremely kind and helpful with her knowledge of the island and made our short stay all the more enjoyable. Had we not purchased our own apartment on this visit, I wouldn't hesitate to rent Adriana's place again and can only recommend it to others who want to relax and enjoy what Kapparis and the east coast of Cyprus has to offer. Excellent

We had a fabulous months stay in this lovely modern, furnished, well maintained apartment. The complex is very safe and clean with a choice of two pools and within easy walking distance of all amenities. The area is picturesque with lovely bays along with very friendly bars and tavernas. Highly recommend ❤️️

Lovely vacation in Cyprus

The location was good with restaurants and the sea in walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped and had a nice balcony. The community pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. We hired a car four days of our stay to be able to see more of Cyprus but we really liked the area which was very calm and friendly.

Great Homely Property

Spent 10 days at this lovely apartment which was very clean, comfortable and homely. It had everything we would need and in fact, some things that I have never had with previous rental properties, it really felt like home. The complex is kept very very clean and it has a lovely gated entry swimming pool which was kept immaculately clean every day. There was a short cut through the side of the complex where you could walk to Kennedy Avenue for the restaurants, bars and shops which was very handy when we wanted to leave the car at home. Adriana, the apartment owner is a lovely lady and was very helpful and friendly both before, during and after our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Adriana!

Fantastic apartment

We have been going to cyprus for a few years spending the months may & October staying many apartments but this one is home from home with everything you need including excellent wifi the apartment is spotless and the outside and pool area are well-maintained located close by are friendly bars & restaurants and local beaches a short drive to the beautiful beaches of protaras and Ayia napa we would highly recommend this apartment to couples and family's as we had our grandchildren stay with us for a week and they loved it we had excellent customer service from owner Adriana and have already booked for may& October 2014
