A feel home holiday house with two bedrooms in the heart of the touristic area Protaras in Paralimni, Cyprus, 500 meters from the nicest sandy beaches in the island, Fig Tree Beach and Sunrise Beach.
Comfortable, modern, fully equipped house ideal for a family of 6 or two couples. Open plan kitchen, dining room and living room in the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, large fridge, washing machine, electric hobs, electric oven, kitchenware and cleaning materials. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa that can be converted to a double bed. There is also a 42 inches flat TV with NETFLIX and cable channels.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king size beds. The first bedroom has a super king bed 214cmx194cm that can be converted to 2 beds of 107cmx194cm. The second bedroom has a king bed 160cmx200cm.
There is a bathroom near the bedrooms with a shower. There are towels, shampoos, shower gels, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.
The covered area of the house is 80 sq. meters. Outside there is a veranda and a garden with grass and trees 100 sq. meters. Outdoor furniture, umbrella and barbeque are available. Also, there is garden at the entrance.
In the house you can find free wifi, free parking, hot water, fully air-conditioning in all spaces, kitchenware, kitchen appliances, towels, linen, cleaning material, iron, iron board, hangers for clothes, hanging rail, barbecue accessories, outdoor furniture, umbrella, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and salt.
