The unit is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 48 square meters, located on the ground floor and facing the south. The living/dining room measures 18 square meters and features a double sofabed (2 x 75 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), which also has an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine.
Amenities Included
The amenities included in the unit are air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, pets are allowed, satellite TV, a television, with a maximum capacity of four people. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. The air conditioning can be used for up to 4 hours daily, which is included in the price. However, if you need to use the air conditioning for more than 4 hours per day, there is an additional charge of 0.50€ per hour.
