Detta hus ligger i hjärtat av Amalfikusten och har en fantastisk utsikt över havet och ön Capri.
Många turist-, kultur- och arkeologiska platser är lättillgängliga: Positano (4 km), Amalfi (6 km), Ravello (12 km), Sorrento (20 km), Pompei och Herculaneum, Neapel ... Och ön Capri i 25 minuter med båt .
Huset ligger i gågatan i byn Praiano. Platsen är mycket tyst. Du kan parkera en bil på huvudgatan 5 minuters promenad från huset. Det är ett gammalt hus, nyrenoverat och som har mycket charm tack vare sin inredning och dess typiska Amalfitan-trädgård.
Dess exponering: söder / sydväst. Alla rum i huset har utsikt över havet, liksom terrassen och trädgården.
Havet är tillgängligt till fots genom byn och nerför trappan.
Från huset kan man också gå långa vandringar.
Det finns 4 sovrum, varav 3 har eget badrum. Två lounger och ett kök.
Platsen är inte lämplig för personer som har problem med att komma runt.

Beautiful house, great location & amazing host! Great

Our stay at this stunning, centrally located house in Praiano surpassed expectations. The breathtaking view of Praiano and Positano was mesmerising. The rustic design and tranquil courtyard provided an oasis of relaxation. Conveniently close to Marina Di Praia and Gavitella beaches, the outdoor spaces with shade made lounging a pleasure. Special mention to Christine, the host, for her outstanding communication and top-notch service; she went above and beyond to help us have a great stay! ML Porter's efficient assistance made arrival and departure hassle-free. Highly recommend: Trattoria Da Armandino, Kasai, Bar Del Sole, il Pirata, La Morressa, Cafe Mirante, and La Posteria. Overall, this dream-like escape in Praiano created unforgettable memories!

Amazing!!!

We loved our stay at this charming house with a “to die for” view of the Amalfi coast. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was such a treat to have breakfast and dinner every day in the beautiful terrace garden overlooking the sea. It was the perfect place to relax. Like everywhere on Amalfi, there are some stairs to climb, but we embraced them like a local. We also enjoyed our morning hikes up to the local convent on the Path to the Gods. We appreciated being in Praiano, which has a slower pace and is not so overrun with tourist like Positano or Amalfi. It was the perfect spot from which to explore the beautiful coast and connect with locals. Christine was the perfect host!

The family of 5 trip

The view is AMAZING. Praiano is a nice less tourist location with lower costs. The house was wonderful with just two suggested improvements. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING and there were many ant trails on both levels. A little insect management would be nice and if it is not hot out the house has plentiful natural ventilation.

Amazing views from the balcony and deck!

Our family spent a week in this lovely property! We were 7 --- 2 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Be prepared to do a lot of walking and a lot of stairs....but I am pretty sure that anywhere you stay on the Amalfi Coast will be the same. Praiano is a small little town but has everything you need for a holiday. Grocery store is directly below a flight of about 120 steps. Another 150 steps or so and you are at One Fire Beach where you can swim, lounge and take other boats or kayaks that you need to book ahead at the tourist office. The deck and roof top of the accommodation is the best part!! Check in and check out were smooth. A young lady, Caterina met us there and she was easily available on whatsapp. I would say my only two complaints would be a lack of a microwave and some essential kitchen utensils... we did ask for a cheese grater and that was delivered to us the next day. We managed but a microwave and maybe a couple of spatula's would be recommended. The only other thing was our bed mattress and pillows were very firm, much to firm for my liking... Other than that we had a fabulous time in Praiano. Must visit both beaches... also the Hike of the God's....we also rented kayaks and that was a lot of fun. Thanks for a great week!

Utterly stunning

This was the most magical place. The views were breathtaking (as were the stairs - but in a very different way!) The terrace was my favourite place - various members of our family could be found there from morning until late in the evening. Christine was an incredibly responsive and helpful host. She met us from the road and guided us to the front door. We were welcomed with fresh lemon juice and the fridge had all the essentials. Christine gave us a quick guide of the house and we were left with relatively detailed instructions for getting around. The property was well-equipped with utensils, kitchenware, linens etc. The bathrooms were compact, but did the job. We were really lucky with the weather, so spent a lot of time outside on the terrace, but here even inside there was plenty of space in the property for four adults (one couple and two singles). Praiano is a quirky place: the stairs were difficult, especially for my mother, but we were pre-warned. There was the usual issues with opening hours that seem to be common place in smaller towns in Italy. Getting a bus ticket was a bit more difficult that it should be (the only retailer we could find was in a small tech shop away from the hub area) so best to pre-plan if you need to head off early before shops open. Highly recommend the property. Would definitely come back.

A fabulous home

i booked this wonderful house for a 4 night stay for friends and adult children. I could not have asked for a better house, a better location or better views! The house, the outdoor areas and gardens were so relaxing, well furnished and stunning views looking down on the church dome and then across the sea. None of us wanted to leave and there was a unanimous resolve to return to Praiano and to hopefully book this wonderful home. Thank you Christine.

absolutely wonderful

I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful house, garden, location and views. We were a group of 8 and were so comfortable and relaxed here that when it was time to leave after our 5 days, we all unanimously stated that we would return! The house is so spacious and the garden and outdoor areas were well furnished and offered stunning views. Praiano is a beautiful town and although we visited Positano, we were all pleased to return to the quiet and charm of Praiano. The little grocery shop is on the main street and was well stocked and the service was great....very friendly. Visit Praiano and treat yourself to a few nights in this beautiful home. Trust me, you won't want to leave. Thank you Christine. We would love to return!

La maison est très conviviale et facile La vue depuis la terrasse est dingue La région est l'une des plus belles d'Italie Les restaurants sont très bons De multiples activités: mer (Capri, etc.), montagne (600 mètres - le chemin des Dieux), tourisme What else?
