Hem till många sociala snöfåglar genom hösten och vintermånaderna. Därefter över till vinturer, golfspel och solsången under vår- och sommarmånaderna. Denna enhet ligger bara några steg från den privata stranden, klubbhuset, poolen och badtunna. Det stora sovrummet på bottenvåningen gör det enkelt att leva på bottenvåningen. Genom den stora skjutdörren är ett vackert verandan område med en uteplats eld / matbord för 6 och ett fullt ut dörren vardagsrum. Perfekt för att äta, njuta av drycker eller besöka sent på natten. Det finns 3 sovrum,: master on main har king size-säng, 2: a sovrummet har queen size-säng och 3: e sovrummet har en dubbel våningssäng. Vardagsrumssoffan har en bekväm utdragbar dubbelsäng. Det finns ett garage för förvaring, full tvättstuga (på bottenvåningen) och luftkonditionering. Det finns gott om parkering under marken och ovan mark för dig och dina besökare. Trädgårdar, vingårdar, skidåkning, golf, öknar, sjöar och berg utgör scenen för det goda livet i Osoyoos.

2023-24 Snowbirds

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s property. It included everything that we needed and was very comfortable, tidy well-kept, and was perfectly located for our needs. Anytime we had a query, Karen was very prompt in getting back to us, and was very helpful with her advice. We unfortunately had to shorten our stay by one month due to a family situation, but have booked again for next year.

Everything you need. Very comfortable

This unit is well equipped. Everything you need and more. The master bedroom king bed is so comfortable. It's too bad our weather was not ideal. But the gym on site was used daily by my husband and I. Underground heated parking was excellent. Having the garage for our ski and bike gear was also convenient. Kitchen was well stocked including spices etc. Karen was amazing to deal with. Always quick to respond to any questions. This unit is furnished with high end furnishings. Very tastefully decorated.

spring vacation

Found unit not as clean as expected. very dusty under beds, telling me that unit wasn't never cleaned properly. Information booklet needs to be updated for checkout procedure. The complex is very well looked after and everyone very friendly. Overall really enjoyed ourselves

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse in Casa de Lago. People were friendly, easy access to community center and gym, extremely well supplied accommodations and was a fantastic 6 weeks. Such a nice place. Thank you Nancy and Warren

Osoyoos November stay

Karen's place was a beautiful spot and very close to the lake. The townhouse is spacious and well laid out. The fridge in the garage was an added bonus as well as the freezer in the garage! The main floor master was awesome, not having to deal with stairs all the time. Bbq worked fine with no issues. The double patio and firepit were a nice touch. Weather was cold and we did not have a chance to take out the bicycles! Had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place and explored Osoyoos during our monrh long stay!

Always needs amazing time!

We love coming to Osoyoos and staying at Karen's place. They make sure we have a clean space with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. They are really easy to communicate with and always respond quickly if we need to reach out. It is an annual trip for us and can't wait until next year already!

Fantastic Stay steps to the lake

Fantastic property, such a great place to stay long term. Steps to the lake, beautiful home. Very much like staying in someone's house, so well equipped, decorated, and cared for. Main floor master is great, large living space with gas fireplace is awesome. The pictures don't at all show how nice this place is. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Late Summer Getaway

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as awesome second time around. The property is very comfortable with everything you need for a lake getaway. Perfect Fit.

The owner's town Home was perfect for your vacation in Osoyoos. The size of the home was more than ample and tastefully furnished.. It was well equipped with everything that we needed. The Gardens were exceptionally well kept and access to the beach on the grounds with in one hundred yards of the front door. We are making plans to return again next year.

Double Family Getaway

This property was excellent for our large group (4 adults, 3 Kids) with more than enough room for both families to stay comfortably in the 3 nice sized bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, all equipped with memory foam mattress toppers and great duvets. The kitchen had all equipment that we needed and between the fridge/freezer in the kitchen and an additional fridge/freezer in the garage, we had more than enough space for all of our items. The dining room table was excellent and fit our group comfortably so we could all eat together each night. The interior living space was more than enough but we didn't use it as much as anticipated because the outdoor living space was so great! The outdoor sofa and chairs/ottomans were very comfortable and turned into our evening gathering spot right away! The unit was well equipped the unit was with everything we needed for the beach/pool. Tonnes of beach towels were available, lots of different inflatable floaties with a small air compressor for filling them, 2 cruiser style adult bikes, paddle board, tubes, beach chairs, collapsible wagon if you want to pull all of your items etc! Thank you for all the attention you put into your unit, ease and comfort of guests was obviously at the top of your list and you aced it! We all look forward to staying here in the future and hope to make it an annual get-away.

Home away from home

Loved the condo! Beautifully decorated and well stocked, cannot think of anything that could be added to improve comfort. The owners were always accessible and responded immediately to any questions or concerns(which were few). Great location , our dog loved the walks at the nearby dog park and beach. Would highly recommend for any family looking for an Osoyoos vacation!

What a wonderful place , Karen’s townhouse is everything and more .

We could not have had a better place to stay at , everything was perfect. Townhouse was gorgeous, going to miss the king size bed , was so comfortable. The recplex was wonderful , met such great people and a lot of long time new friends. I give Karen’s home 5 stars 😀

Very cozy home away from home

We came to Osoyoos as snowbirds. It's our first time here during the winter. The condo is beautiful, cozy and spacious. It faces the courtyard so it gives you more scenery. It is close to the clubhouse. We enjoyed the happy hours as well as the exercise equipment. We were a half hour walk from downtown. We met a lot of people and snowbirds; many from Alberta. People are very friendly here and it is easy to get to know your way around. We would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place

We called this town house home for almost 3 months. The pictures really do represent what you will get with the rental with lots of space for a whole family. The kitchen is well stocked with all equipment you could need. Everything is very comfortable, especially the king bed and living room furniture. The owner was very supportive and quick to respond when contacted. We really appreciate that we were allowed to bring our dog for our stay. Located off the main road, it was very quiet, within walking distance of restaurants, pub, winery etc. and an easy drive to all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities We really enjoyed our stay.

We chose this property for the excellent lay out and close proximity to the pool and private beach. The landscaping around the complex is beautiful. A bonus is the master on the main floor. This townhouse is one of the few with a double wide porch half is uncovered and half is cover. There is also a single car garage good for storage.
