Welcome to Laguna Beach Villa. Your little piece of paradise to escape to.

This gorgeous townhome has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you will need to sit back and relax.

You are literally steps from one of Osoyoos' most popular sandy beaches and also steps from a beautiful public park.

The townhome is walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, pubs, the bakery and a liquor store. This location cannot be beat. Welcome to paradise. You won't want to leave.

Please be advised that the maximum overnight house guests is 6. Violation of this rule can result in cancellation of your stay with no refund. Also please be advised that the person booking is responsible for any damage that occurs to the home during your stay and the repair/replacement cost will be deducted off the damage deposit. We understand that accidents happen- if you accidentally break or ruin an item please let us know so we can replace it for the next guests. Please don't attempt to hide damages. Overtly stained towels (including those bleached from the use of facial creams/cleansers) will have the replacement cost per towel deducted from the damage deposit. We kindly ask you use disposable face wipes if you are using acne/medicated face cleansers.

We are a strictly no pet home- violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no provided refund.

Lastly, as we are located so close to the water and have a large green space with numerous flowers/scrubs on site so you may encounter bugs/animals endemic to the area during your stay including ants, spiders, beetles, wasps, bees, and mice. While we do our best to ensure these are always just outdoors (and never indoors) we cannot control what may enter the home if doors are left open etc. Should you encounter any of these in the property and would like assistance, please reach out immediately to us.

We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance. While we will do our best to work with you in any situation, we do have a clear cancellation policy listed. In the event you cannot travel (ie. covid exposure/symptoms or lung pathology which makes traveling in smokey conditions challenging), our refund structure will be as listed in the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Comfortable, fully equipped, well located

As described, kitchen very modern and well equipped. Natural gas bbq on outside deck very easy to use. Bedrooms and ensuite baths located upstairs. Downstairs bathroom just off the kitchen. Osoyoos is very easy to navigate with lots of good dining options. Lots of walking options.

Great location!!!

We all love the location as it’s right across the street from a lovely sandy beach that is seldom busy. This was our 2nd year here and we hope to come again. The place has everything one needs to cook and is in excellent condition.

Summer vacation

The location is fantastic, a great beach right out the front door. Walking distance to just about everything in town. It was so great to have everything we needed to make it a home for our short stay. We definitely plan to come back

Favourite Osoyoos Accommodation

Homey, Spacious, Welcoming with a Beach Vibe and easy to settle in with all the amenities. Loved the layout and full bathrooms in each bedroom. Great fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Spectacular views of mountains and lake. Nice quiet area with close proximity to everything in Osoyoos. Super chill spot and comfy furniture, furnishings and beds. Thank you Jessica amazing host.

Great Get-Away Home

This place had everything we needed for our 10 day stay with our family. Nicely furnished, well stocked supplies, good sized living space & sleep quarters - all made for a very comfortable stay. Great location where we were walking distance to pretty much everything & just steps to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to the park and beach. Easy check in process. Responsive owner. It was nice having two rooms and the 2.5 baths. Well appointed kitchen. Gas bbq. Good blinds that help keep out the heat and the light if you’re wanting to sleep in. Thank you!

Laguna Beach Beauty

My wife and I loved our stay at the Laguna Beach Villa, the townhouse was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious and close to everything. Jess was a great host, she gave plenty of info for are arrival and was quick to reply to any emails. This property would be amazing in the summer, the view of the lake and park/ beach right across the street. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Fabulous!

We loved our stay and we’re sad to leave. The location, right across a quiet street from the beach, is perfect. The place is spacious, tidy and is supplied with all the necessary day to day kitchen items one might need. Morning coffee on the patio was terrific!

Family holiday bliss.

Beautifully maintained home with great and respectful neighbours. Lots of room for our teenagers to find their space. Great location across from a park and beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Overall it was a fantastic family summer holiday location. We will definitely book here again.

Laguna Beach Villa

Excellent property. Clean, bright, well stocked unit in great location across from park and beach. Easy walk to restaurants and local pub. Hosts are very responsive to any communication. Photos are very representative of the unit. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a stay in Osoyoos.

Wonderful place

This place was better than the pictures. Super clean. The discription of the place was very accurate. Everything you need is there, they thought of every little detail for you to enjoy and have pleasant and relaxing stay at their place. The location is perfect, the view of the lake at sunset is stunning. As a host Jessica was awesome,can't say anything else. I definitely will come back and stay here again.

Osyoos Family Holiday

Laguna Beach Villa was as good as advertised! With a well appointed kitchen with everything provided you could imagine, including a spacious eating area outside of the kitchen. A separate living room was nice for family board games and a place to wind down for the day. The 2 bedrooms upstairs, each having their own bathrooms, were spacious and comfortable. The Villa also had central air conditioning which was wonderful on the HOT 41 degree days we had. This was a gem of a property and we would recommend it. We will also be back to stay again. Great Location and Property

This property is right across the street from the Beach. We were visiting from NY and have family located in Osoyoos. Turns out my uncle's property was right next store! My cousin was just up the mountain so could not have been any more perfect. Property is spacious and has own front/back patio and plenty of dishes/pans for cooking. We had one issue with the AC on last night and owners immediately responded and resolved it. Will definately be our go to place when we return again.

Nice townhouse across from beach

Nice clean townhouse, well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. Garage is small as indicated in the description but our midsize SUV fit. We would recommend backing in if you use it much easier to exit. Very hot week so lots of people at the beach. Front patio is very sunny in the afternoon would have been nice to have an umbrella with the furniture but there is lots of shade in the park right across the street. Walking distance to the main shopping area and Gyro park. Very nice spot to stay.

Superb Townhouse

Well appointed townhouse across the street from the lake and city park. This is easily the most well equipped vacation rental we have stayed at, from the bbq on the balcony to every type of utensil in the kitchen it was an excellent property. The only regret is it is so popular the time slot we want to rent is usually booked.
