We loved the place! And Mary got back with me on any questions that I had right away. Mostly about recommendations. She was great. Just perfect for us. Wife loved the view. Best place we have stayed o. The island just the two of us. 5 stars!

Great couples getaway!

What a perfect place to stay for couples! The property is conveniently placed next to South Beach Marina and across the street from South Beach. It is clean, well appointed and the hosts ensured we had everything lined up well ahead of time. Beautiful spot, and we’ll be staying there again very soon!

Excellent for a couple

Great location and very clean

The location of this condo is really good. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and to Salty Dog. The beach nearby can get very narrow during high tides. It faces the sunset! We went down a couple of times for the sunset and brought a glass of wine and beach chairs! Can’t beat it. This was one of the cleanest places we ever rented! This place is in the second floor, but the stairs is short and easy to climb. We had trouble locating the building. A key info was missing: building number 8. There are several buildings in the same condominium and I could not figure out if we were in the right one. As a couple of suggestions, offering a pool pass and some beach gears would be nice. Maybe an ironing table would also help.

Hilton Head Vacation

The cleaning was not great. Huge spell in the den area by blue chair that i cleaned. No cleaning supplies be nice to have 1 bottle under sink. The couch really needs cleaning. Location was nice and easy access to beach and Salty Dog.

Wonderful week in HH

We loved the condo. Recently renovated, very clean and beautiful. Great view from balcony and short walk to the beach . We loved spending time at the Salty Dog which is next to the complex. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you Mary. We will be back!

Great vacation.

The condo was great! The location was great with a nice view of South Beach Marina. The condo itself was nicely updated and we had everything we needed. We walked the beach every morning, rode our bikes everyday and ate at several outstanding restaurants!

Updated, clean villa! Perfect location & dolphins!!

Perfect! Clean, updated villa. Location was perfect. Could sit on the balcony and listen to music at Salty Dog. View of the marsh. Ocean right across the road. Saw dolphins almost everyday!! Owners easy to communicate with. Not one complaint!!

Perfect villa for a couple

Our villa was immaculate when we arrived. Exactly as described and shown on site. Beautiful views and location is great. Loved being in South Beach and able to walk to beach for the sunsets and morning walks!! Owner was incredibly responsive and answered my questions quickly. Great area for biking, tennis and pickleball!

Ideal location with a great view

One of our Favorites!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Bluff Villas! The owner, Mary was excellent throughout the entire check-in process and gave us everything we needed before arriving. The view of the marina from the property is perfect and it's only a short walk to the beach (2-3 min.) If you're planning on doing a lot of laundry while you're there, I would suggest bringing more detergent. There are pretty much two of everything amenity wise, so if you feel like you might need extra, I would suggest bringing it. My husband and I ended up needing extra trash bags and toilet paper. I would also recommend bringing more washcloths. There are only two provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Another great stay at bluff villas. 1803 had everything we needed but bakeware. No cookie sheet to be found. Love the view!

Excellent stay

My husband and I have been coming to HHI and renting in Bluff Villas for the past several years: this villa was by far the best we’ve stayed in over that time. The layout is great-nice and open. The kitchen was great-quality appliances and the layout gives so much more room. The view out to the marina area is relaxing-whether you’re watching from the balcony area or inside (where it’s a touch cooler at certain points in the day). It is clear that the details matter to the owners.

Bluff Villa 1803

We really enjoyed our stay at Bluff Villa. Everything was just as expected. We were close to the beach and right next to the Salty Dog area. We made good use of the excellent bike trails. We recommend this place whole heartedly!

Loved our stay

Lovely unit in South Beach as described. Excellent bed. We purchased same model online for home. Sadly already booked for next year at the time we plan on visiting. Hope to be back sometime in the future.

Excellent location!

Minutes from pretty much anything in Hilton Head, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle you can get a good nights sleep. Would definitely book here again! The only negative was the pillows. We only had 3 and they were ultra thin / rock hard. We ended up going to Walmart and buying our own pillows so we could actually sleep.

We purchased this property in 2006, and we completely renovated the property in 2015. We now winter over in Hilton Head to escape the winter weather in Boulder, Colorado, where we reside the rest of the year. We love Hilton Head and hate to leave in the spring.
