Wonderful villa!!

I loved this property so much—there were many many positives—the pretty views of the marsh, patio & balconies, the location so near to H-town, the proximity to the pool, the kitchen facilities were great, the master bath shower is lovely, the master closet is so nice, the nautical decor, the game closet & tray tables, the pool raft left behind & all pumped up was awesome, & so many other great things!! Thank you so much for this great opportunity!

Perfect for a family of 4.

This villa is perfect for a family of 4. Communcation was easy. Only issue was that the upper level could not stay cool, but still not a huge issue. The ceiling fans helped some cool the rooms down. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Very clean. 6-minute walk to Harbor Town. 20-minute bike ride to the beach. Just a few steps to the pool. Plenty of sitting area for the family!

Convenient to Harbor Town

This property was very nice and seemed to be upgraded recently. Perfect for our short trip and walking distance to Harbor Town.

Wonderful

I stayed at this same property last September. Since then the owners have done some beautiful renovations throughout. Sea PInes is a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities and walking/biking trails. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful

The condo was wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean. Sea Pines is one of my favorite places to stay with all the biking trials and shops that are close by. I would. highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Great for family's

Condo has everything you need and is right next to an amazing pool. There are plenty of board games and puzzles. There are also chairs for the beach and a boogie board. For those coffee drinkers, this condo has a drip coffee machine- in case you go grocery shopping before arriving. Could stand a couple updates but overall great place....we will stay here again!

Dirty and moldy

Great location but very dirty house…moldy shower curtain, found 4 dead cockroaches (all in plain view), no sheets for pull out couch, dirty tissue and Q-tip found near twin bed and stairs had not been vacuumed. When contacted, they suggested they come in and do a spot clean but that was two days later, our stuff was everywhere and we didn’t want people in there while we were out. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Honest Review

We liked how the unit was clean, ideally located nearby to all we wanted to do, and it comfortably accommodated our family of 4. HOWEVER, it was terribly dated. Furniture, decor, appliances, fixtures, etc. Worst of all, was the service provided by Vacasa. The folks in the local office were great, but you can never reach them. It seems to always be forward to their (outsourced) service personnel which are horrific to deal with. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. We were on our summer vacation, and for 2 days I was calling because the pool gate code they emailed me didn't work. Finally, on day 3 they realized I was sent the wrong code and gave me the correct one. The service was going to call back, follow-up, open a ticket, etc. but never did. 3 days I kept calling! We vacation on HHI often and I've dealt with several rental agencies, but never had so much frustration and disappointment. Best to stick with SeaPines, Coastal Vacations, VRBO, Marriott, and the like.

Wonderful place

We have stayed here for the golf tournament the past four years (not counting 2020). The location is perfect and the place is just right for my wife and I along with daughter and grandson.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice to be steps away from a large community pool! I was not happy that the Sea Pines beach club now makes it much more difficult to park there and even unload passengers and the vehicle!

Long Weekend with Pet

My spouse and I needed a few days away, and we chose this condo where we could take our small dog. We have been frequent vacationers to HHI but have never stayed in Harbor Town and this place was very convenient for walks to the lighthouse and shops and restaurants. The condo was clean but as other reviewers have mentioned, it really needs an update in Many areas. New paint, furniture, lamps, etc. The seating in the den is not comfortable, and everything needs to be refreshed. The shower curtain in the master bath was moldy - a new liner would be inexpensive to replace! We did not use the kitchen other than to make coffee and drinks.

didn't like the fact that during our stay they decided to put a new roof on our condo. I woke up to construction trucks, and workers on the roof above my bedroom ripping off the roof at 8:30 in the morning.,

Good location and good value

We were within easy walking distance to Harbour Town which helped with a tour we did and a dinner. Property is nice enough and large enough for a couple and maybe 4 but that would be the limit. Very quiet as you are on the edge of a marsh. Upstairs is where the beds are. Master bedroom could be better lit but it does have large glass door to let in natural light. Had to adjust vents to make the upstairs cool down. Unit is a bit dated but everything worked okay. It's a good value.

Great Home, Great Location!

This was our second time staying at here (previous to this was March of 2019), and we really enjoy the Stoney Creek Villas as a whole, so this was our choice for a 2-Week stay. The location is great for getting to Harbour Town (<5 minute bike ride). The community pool is a few steps away out the front door, and it's very well maintained and spacious. The view out the back is really fantastic, and the parking is never an issue out front. You're in short walking distance to the community bike hub where you park your bikes, and it's a nice quite area to be in. I have a few minor complaints about the place, but they don't warrant tarnishing a reputation of a home that the owner is trying to keep rented. In the grand scheme of things, they aren't huge issues, and the price for the home for 2-Weeks is really fantastic, so I applaud the owner for having a great rate for weekly stays.

Loved our stay

Great location, walking distance to Harbour town, convenient pool, bike ride to the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the villa. Very clean. The couch was clean but did need replaced soon as I think the springs were starting to break down it seemed. Would definitely stay again. Wished we didn’t have to leave.
