Härligt stadshus / duplex i Gamla stan ligger nära Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort och Deer Valley. Du kommer att älska den stora utsikten och det naturliga ljuset, kort promenad till skidlift, åka tillbaka till lägenheten, gå till Main Street. Radhus är bra för par, familjer och mindre grupper. Modernt nybyggt radhus med två bilgarage och ytterligare parkering i uppfarten. Bra läge för skidåkning, boarding, och hela säsongen vistelse mitt i centrala Park City. Bra läge för vår, sommar, hösten cykling, golf, middag på Main Street. Badtunna, tvättmaskin och torktumlare delas med andra sidan av duplex.

Great Location

This is a very comfortable and updated property with everything you need, including a very well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms on both levels are nice. The location is a short walk to the Park City Mountain Resort base area, but I would not consider it a ski in/ski out property since you have to walk to the base from the property, and the ski in path is difficult to find, extremely narrow, and only would be doable for an experienced skier or snowboarder. However, it is still in an excellent location and I would definitely stay at this property again. Communication with the host was quick and helpful, and it definitely felt like a home away from home!

Excellent park City Location

Close to lifts and easy walk to downtown area. Unit was clean and lots of nice amenities. Great place for a medium sized family of 5!!!

Great Location-3 star experience

Stayed with my spouse and 3 kids around the holidays. -The Good- 1-Location is solid-short walk down the hill to the Park City base area. Note- with small kids-the walk back in ski boots is a bit of pain. You can ski back and then the walk is easier-but its a blue trail with moguls-not great for kids 2-Owners were very responsive. They let us check out in the afternoon which was very kind. 3-Kitchen is well appointed-everything you need to cook meals-with modern appliances. 4-Comfortable beds, towels and bedding. The Needs Improvement 1- VRBO description clearly says their are 2 covered parking spaces. We arrived late at night in the cold and snow to find both spots taken. One with the owners car-the other with their belongings. The owner did work to make it right the next day-by giving me the keys to his car. Still-a nuisance. Be sure to insist on this before you arrive. 2- TV straight up doesn’t work. Remote was busted 3- Hot tub wasn’t hot and their are clear instructions not to mess with it. Stuck at 85 degrees. At that temp-its useless in the winter. 4-My son slept on pull out couch-the mattress was dirty-sand and dirt on it-not cool. Not a bad condo-but definitely room to improve the guest experience.

Neat Property near Base Area

Clean, and nicely appointed. Close to base area. A little farther to Main St. and restaurants. Two nice bedrooms. One bath on lower level, one on upper.

Cozy and comfortable. Good location to ski park city.

Donna was easy to work with. Had a problem with the garage door off the track and so much snow we couldn’t park in the second side. Wasn’t a big problem and Donna was very sorry about the problem. A lot of snow this year which caused some Of the issue. Walk to town is by staircase so just know it’s a easy down harder up deal.

Very comfortable condo.

The condo is in a very convinient location to the ski lifts and downtown as long as their is enough snow to “ski in”. Im case you have to walk back to it, it becomes a workout. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals as we did almost every night. Getting to the grocery store, we went to the fresh market without a car, requires to take one of the free buses in town or a taxi / UBER . We used our skiboot bags as backpacks to bring all we bought back. The hot top is very nice, we enjoyed it every night. The beding however requires a facelift. Also the sleeping sofa in the living room has its limitatations in regards to comfort. Overall we would choose this condo again.

Great condo with plenty of space and close to downtown and the resort.

Location and setup of the condo is great. Its close to Park City Main Street and the Resort. It was nice having a two car garage to store all the toys and gear while we were there. Only down side was the AC wasn't working (during July) and the rooms are upstairs. Got a little warm at times and wish some fans would have been provided to help circulate some air. Other than that. A great stay!

Great location, walking distance to Main St and ski area, wonderful condo for family stay

We had a very nice stay at Donna's condo. The newly remodeled kitchen and living room were very nice. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire and in the hot tub on the patio. The skiing was amazing. We would love to return again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay!

Property was in a great location; walking distance to lifts.

The condo was clean and warm upon arrival with a bowl of fruit awaiting us on the kitchen table. This condo is in a very convenient location to both the lifts and Main St. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. There is a two car garage which is very convenient on those snowy days. I will be going back next year.
