Mysig 2 sovrums lägenhet vid foten av Park City Mountain Resort. Steg för att åka skidbackar och njuta av alla bekvämligheter i staden. På gratis bussväg. Vackra, säkra trädgårdar, utomhusbadkar, inomhusgymnastik.

Lyx 2-säng, två badrum villa i Snowflower komplex på Park City Mountain Resort, ligger bara ett stenkast från Eagle och First Time spår. Remodeled för 2014, vackert presenterad. Rymlig master svit har king size-säng med dusch och badkar; andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med dubbla XL över, och ett separat badrum med dusch och djup badtunna! Nya queen-size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Fullt utrustat, modernt kök för att tillgodose 8, med bardisk och separat matbord. Vardagsrum med mysig gas spis, internet aktiverat kabel-TV med ljudanläggning, gratis höghastighets Wi-Fi, iPod dockningssystem. Blandade pussel, spelkort komplett en mysig natt efter en lång dag på berget! Balkong med utsikt genom träden i Uinta bergen till öst. (vänd från skidbackarna, garanterar en lugn natt utan störning av snöutrustning och groomers!)

Gästerna har full tillgång till uppvärmt omklädningsrum med privat låsbar skidskåp och stämningsbänken för säker förvaring av skidbrädor. Fullt utrustat modernt gym är i nästa byggnad och det finns två uppvärmda utomhuspooler, en intill condo (kan se ner på det från precis utanför dörren) och andra en kort promenad bort. Två tennisbanor, flera grillgrillar och picknickbord på skuggig gräsmatta utanför lägenheten är perfekta för sommarbruk.

Glatt att hjälpa till med rabatterade priser för uthyrning av utrustning och förslag på vad du ska göra medan du är i stan - var du ska äta, flygplatstransfer etc.

Snowflower är unik i Park City eftersom det erbjuder skidåkning i skidutrymmen i en avskild privat miljö. Det finns ingen väg- eller sen nattgata i denna utveckling. På sommaren har det vackra, coola och skuggiga områden att njuta av, och dessa omvandlas till ett säkert vinterunderland för barn på vintern.

Condo är 200m till den lokala busslinjen, som tar dig över Park City, och till livsmedelsbutiker, spritbutik, biografer etc. Det finns ett täckt uppvärmt garage och varje gäst kommer att ha tillgång till ett parkeringstillstånd under hela vistelsen .

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

perfect ski in/out

Fantastic trip! Snowflower is in a great location with many amenities. The ski locker room is clean and warm and just steps to the Eagle lift . The condo itself is great, perfect size for four skiing adults. The 2 bedroom/ two bath works great. The condo shared hot tub is very large and very clean, perfect to ease sore muscles. There is covered parking in which large pickups and suv's fit. There also is a great bus network that takes you downtown Park City, or you can walk in 20 min. Buses also go to Canyons. The condo itself has a nice living area with a warm gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras throughout. Susie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding location. Well furnished, clean, comfortable beds, and equipped kitchen. Covered parking, ski lockers, and a heated pool on property. Susie is most attentive and helpful!

Perfect Park City condo

Wonderful condo right next to a chair lift- covered parking garage was perfect and convenient and it was a 5 minute drive to Main St. Overall a perfect ski in and ski out space for a group in Park City and we had a great experience staying here. FYI- laundry room requires quarters, so bring some or make a point to get some if you plan on using the machines.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

Summer in Park City

We had an outstanding stay at Susie's Snowflower condo at the base of PCMR! The condo was well-equipped and met all our needs! Susie was very attentive in providing information about the condo and activities to do in the area. There are many things to do in the immediate area. For winter use, this is a ski-in/out property! Park City Great Location!

Great Location! Easy in and out for parking and skiing. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Would have liked more towels or bigger towels for hot tub/pool. Great facilities with laundry room close and hot tub close.

Ski Trip

This location was perfect for a few days of skiing. We had easy access to the mountain and we were close to town. The condo was clean and well maintained. Susie was very help with any questions we had.

The location can't be beat

The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

The best location!

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

Awesome Park City stay

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Enough room for family of 5

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is a true ski in/ski out with comfortable beds and was well equipped. That being said if you have small children who need to be at ski school before the lifts open at 9:00, there is a short uphill walk to get them there timely. The location is great! You ski down to the first time lift to start your day and can ski right up to the walkway for lunch or the end of the day. The locker downstairs to store your equipment is easy to get to and use. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals there and is close to several restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and spots were available each time we came back. Would definitely stay here again!

Family ski trip

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, and a good size. The door code we had didn't work so I called Susie. She picked up and solved the problem before we hung up. I had another minor issue that she took care of immediately. The location to the slopes was so great! The slopes were just a few steps from the locker room where we had a locker to store our ski gear. Easy access to first time, 3 kings, and eagle lifts. My only issue is that the trip went too fast! Great place for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

Great mid-road trip break

Our family stayed here for a few nights to break up our road trip. Had a great time! Quiet location overlooking historical cemetery, condo had everything we needed, enjoyed pool and soaking tub in complex. Easy to take bus downtown. Walked to Park City Mountain for fun at the summer Adventure Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

With a family of 4 children, I have learned the hard way that Ski-on Ski-off makes for the best experience. We chose the Snowflower complex in Park City because it has the best value access to the snow and the location is beautiful. We have a spacious, quiet, 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful rural views as well as great summer and winter amenities on site, yet we are also directly on the mountain and within minutes of the buzz of Main Street and grocery stores etc.

The woodland view is stunning, especially in the fall. We love the quiet aspect of the condo, and the Snowflower resort complex in the summer. For winter, the location, right on the slopes says it all!!!
