Njut Nantucket året runt i en vackert restaurerad antik hem. Hemmet ligger i den "gamla historiska stadsdelen Nantucket" i önskvärd Cliff Road. Det är mindre än en fem minuters promenad till stan och färjan. Några av de mer populära Nantucket stränder, inklusive bryggor, Barn och trappan, är alla i närheten.

Detta är en av de äldsta bostäder på Nantucket och omsorgsfullt restaurerade under 2008. Det finns fyra arbetsgrupper eldstäder och original golv furu. Hemmet har fem sovrum och sex och en halv bad. Varje sovrum har sin egen platt-TV. Du har ditt val av en första eller andra våningen kung mästare. Den första våningen mästaren har en stor klädkammare och vacker kalksten kakel en-suite dusch. Den andra våningen mästaren har "Hans och Hers" badrum; hans dusch har spansk marmor, och hon har en vacker travertin kaklad dusch och en elegant badkar.

Det främre rummet på andra våningen är ett original sovrum med öppen spis och badrum med badrum i Cabrera marmor. Det tredje sovrummet på andra våningen är ett vackert rum med egna inbyggda enkelsängar och eget badrum vackert kaklat med mexikanska kakel. När du når landning på tredje våningen, det är en specialbyggd dator skrivbord. Sovrummet på tredje våningen har egna inbyggda enkelsängar, och badrummet har en kakel dusch och dubbla handfat.

Det stora moderna köket har en stor granitö och frukostkrog. Alla apparater är state of the art. Njut av att titta på TV i vardagsrummet eller i familjerummet. Matsalen är en varm och inbjudande område som lätt kan rymma tio personer. Den stora privata däck, som är omgiven av vackra landskap, är det perfekta stället att underhålla på en varm sommarnatt, eller under lågsäsong med utomhus heatlamp.

Hemmet har central A / C och en andra våningen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Strandbehov tillhandahålls, inklusive strandstolar, handdukar, leksaker etc. Efter stranden kan du skölja av i utomhusduschen på bakdäcken. Hemmet är utrustad med HD-kabel-TV och Hi-Speed bredband trådlöst internet. Uppfarten rymmer två bilar så det finns inga bekymmer om parkering när du vill roa eller njuta av shopping eller mat i stan.

Detta är det perfekta hemmet för familjesemestrar och bröllopsfester, eftersom det lätt rymmer större grupper.

Perfect Vacation!

2 Cliff Road was the perfect house for grandparents, adult children and a baby. Plenty of room to spread out, privacy, kitchen and outside activities. The house was an easy walk to town for shopping and dinners on the water. We highly recommend this house.

Just an awesome place!

The only complaint that I have relates to the manager. The house was supposed to be unlocked when we arrived. It wasn’t. Fortunately I had the name of the manager and was able to find his phone # via Google. I was lucky to be able to get in touch with him. He gave me the lock box code and it was smooth sailing from there. The only other complaint is that there were big boxes from Amazon stacked everywhere in the house. I eventually lugged them into the basement so we could quit navigating around them in the house. This should have been done before we arrived. The house and location are fantastic! A short walk to the harbor and the ferry’s. Right in the middle of everything. We rented bikes, but cancelled them because the charming streets are all cobblestones. Impossible to ride bikes on. However, the location of the house negates the needs for bikes. Plenty of rideshare availability. We Ubered to Cisco Brewery and to a restaurant on the far end of the island. Other than that, we walked everywhere. House is in fantastic condition and the owner is very responsive. She lives overseas, so there will most likely be a bit of a delay in email responses to to time zones. Always within 12 hrs. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Oasis in the Heart of Nantucket Town

We stayed at this wonderful home during Nantucket Christmas Stroll with our extended Family. The home is impeccable with such a warm feeling throughout and in the perfect location to take in the sights, shops & restaurants of Nantucket during the most festive time of the year! Attentive owner who makes a vacation escape to that Faraway Island all an ease! If it's this good in Winter, must be superb in the Summer!

Gorgeous home away from home

It was a privilege to be able to spend time in this beautiful space, every detail more wonderful than the next. Every room was special and welcoming. The ability to have five private rooms with their own gorgeously appointed bathrooms was such a nice luxury. And the location is perfect, with the town center less than 10 minutes was away. A second act wedding weekend at ACK TWO

My wife and I had the great opportunity to stay at Gillian’s family home with some close friends for our long awaited wedding weekend on island. I could write a book about how incredible this home is, how clean the entire property is, how well appointed the home is, and how seamless it has been to correspond with Gillian. We felt so well taken care of. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at ACK TWO and the experiences there with friends and family truly made our wedding weekend better than we all could have ever imagined.

Fabulous Home

We stayed in this fabulous historic home with our extended family one week. This home is a special place and the owners have thought of every possible detail. The home is gorgeous. The pictures of the home aren't even as good as the home in real life. The kitchen and outdoor area are great places to gather. The twin bedrooms are particularly furnished for kids. Our grandkids enjoyed all of the beach toys at Children's Beach and Jutties Beach - walkable from home. . There were also beach chairs, towels and ice chests. There are two sets of washer and dryers conveniently located on the second floor. The home is only a short way from downtown- two blocks from the whaling museum and close to the ferries and all of the shops. Gillian the owner was responsive to all of our questions. We feel lucky to have found this special home and hope to return.

Lovely in Town Stay

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property. The photos honestly do not do it justice... Rooms were perfectly appointed, location was perfect for strolling in to town for dinners, and the dining room was perfect for quiet dinners at home. Amazing property, very close to town!

Can't say enough about the house. Absolutely spectacular interior, very comfortable for a group of adults or even a family. Quick walk to the house if you are arriving by ferry and close access to some of the beaches as well. I had an amazing time and would definitely love to stay here again! Gillian was easy to get in touch with and was a great resource!

Amazing property

This home is beautiful. Our son got married at the Whaling Museum during Christmas Stroll weekend. We could not have asked for a more beautiful elegant home. Everything was just perfect. Excellent communication from the owner and perfect location.

Fabulous stay

Highly recommended this house for a few couples or 2 families. House was ideal for our stay over Thanksgiving. The proximity to town was great for shopping. Also close to start of the Turkey Trot and Nantucket polar plunge. The house was beautiful. Very homey & comfortable. We loved having bathrooms in every bedroom. The only negative was no one ever communicated where the key would be upon arrival or departure procedures. But very minor detail in the overall vacation.

Couldn’t have been a better experience!!!

I would give this 10 stars if it was an option. First off, the photos don’t give this home enough justice. Our group has vacationed in multiple larger rental homes over the years and this one is a WINNER. As a contractor myself, it was evident that the owners have spend a LOT of time, money and thought into the small details, overall recent renovations and furnishings. The craftsmanship of this home is top notch and everything from the furniture, the decorations and art, even the towels, linens and kitchen cookware are high end. It felt like we walked into a Restoration Hardware show home! The huge outdoor patio and nice gardens and landscaping made a perfect scene for our “family” breakfasts, and the 5 very large bedrooms (each has an en suite bathroom plus an extra half bath for guests), and spacious, open layout were so accommodating for us 9 adults. Multiple rooms have walk in closets, laundry was easy to access in the main hall. They didn’t skimp on construction either and little details like the hinges, door hardware, marble tile, woodwork and wide pine floors really stood out from others we have seen. We felt right at home immediately and the little “extras” supplied such as beach towels, books to peruse, spices and cooking basics in the cabinets, and extra blankets and linens were a nice surprise. It’s barely a 10 min walk to town so our trips out shopping, going to restaurants and everything else was easy to reach on foot or by bike. We will DEFINTELY be back!

Our wedding-bound group of 9 adults could not have been happier with our accommodations! This house is spectacular but comfortable, with many wonderful amenities. And it is walkable to shopping and restaurants. A perfect place for a large group.

Gorgeous Property

We attended the most amazing family wedding weekend on Nantucket and this beautiful home was icing on the cake! The location is beyond convenient...steps to beach, shopping, restaurants. Although early fall, the plantings in the back surrounding the gorgeous private deck were lovely. Inside, this house is so beautifully and playfully decorated. The millwork throughout was a favorite of ours, as well as the four fireplaces and the gorgeous floors. It is spacious with several places to congregate and enjoy one another's company. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms... luxe bedding and towels. We have nothing but superlatives for this property and hope to come back again soon.

'Same Time Next Year!'

This wonderful house has been 'home' for our annual reunion for many years. It is impeccably restored, renovated, and maintained, and each year we notice that the prideful owners have continued to 'tweak' furnishings and infrastructure. The five en-suites allow privacy and comfort, yet we all gather comfortably in the large kitchen or on the deck - there's plenty of space for everyone! Annually, it's hard to leave ... and then we start the 365-day-count-down until we're together again at this fabulous property!

Glorious Xmas week visit!

Absolutely wonderful house. Beautifully appointed in superb taste. Everything is new and sparkling clean and cared for. Feels like ‘ home’on every level. Perfect location. We have been renting on Nantucket for close to 30 years and this is the best experience we have had. We spent a glorious family Xmas week here and the house made all the difference.
