Detta lyxiga hem har en öppen planlösning för enkelt boende. Köket är öppet mot vardagsrummet över en stor ö med bänkplats för 6. Den är fullt utrustad med en konvektionsugn, tyst diskmaskin, granitbänkar och alla verktyg en kock skulle kunna ha. Matsalen har ett stort fransk lantgård med 10 platser och franska dörrar till verandan. Det finns främre och bakre verandor, ett övervåningsdäck och en utomhusdusch. Den bakre verandan har ett matbord och en Weber gasgrill. Det finns 3 sovrum, alla med badkar med kalksten eller kakel, och ett pulverrum på bottenvåningen. Perfect size and location

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6 (2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 2 children aged 7 and 9). We especially loved the swing set and back porch. The location was great as well. Easy 15 min walk to town and on the bike path to Cisco Brewers and Bartlett’s Farm.

Incredible house and stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, and our girls very much enjoyed the backyard with swing set. Lori was an incredible host, and often got back to me within minutes of any question asked. 5 star house, 5 star host, highly recommend!

Great space and great location

House was very clean and as described. There was plenty of space to lounge inside and outside. Location of the home was great with proximity to town, Cisco, etc. Would highly recommend the house and hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent!

Wonderful house close to everything- easy walk to town ( 12 minutes) and easy bike to Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farms. Spacious house with bathrooms for every bedroom AND a powder room! Owner was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Huge yard. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!!

What a great property!! We booked for 7 people and we were very comfortable. The place was very clean, bedrooms were a good size, and the bathroom space was great. It was a nice bonus that we didn’t have to bring our own sheets and towels, too!! Communication with the owner was very easy!!

Beautiful Place to Celebrate a Birthday

The house is larger than the picture’s suggest, beautifully appointed, super clean, with great appliances. the 8 of us were very comfortable and enjoyed stargazing at night and watching the rabbits and deer in the morning from the back deck. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I have been coming to Nantucket for more than 25 years and this was one of the nicest and most comfortable stays we've had. The house was spotless, well-equipped and in a great location. There was nice outdoor space that's good for small kids. Lori was very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect family vacation

Just returned from an amazing family vacation! Lori is so kind and responsive. Can’t beat location for town or Cisco and Bartlett Farm! Very clean and has every amenity a family needs. The swing set and sandbox were humongous bonus for my kiddos. Thank you Lori!!

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

We had such a great long weekend at this house! It was spotless and so comfortable. We loved the big, bright kitchen and the peaceful outdoor patio. Perfect spot for a Nantucket girls trip.

What a perfect vacation home

This property checked all the boxes for our family trip. Our kids loved the swing set and sandbox, and toys that were in the house (discovering them in the master closet was a fun surprise!). The kids room with bunk beds and pull out third bed was exactly what we needed. The house has everything you’d need to buy groceries and cook all week, or just make coffee and have snacks while exploring the island’s restaurants. It was comfy and clean, could not recommend it more. One note for families - we have 3 kids: 7, 5, 3, and decided to not bring our car to the island. It’s pretty tough to get a cab besides downtown, so be prepared to take the island’s shuttles, walk, or rent/bring bikes. The house is 5-10 min walks to two different shuttle routes (one downtown, one to the western part of the island (madaket)) and a really pleasant downhill walk to town, which takes about 20 minutes. Not bringing a car was actually a blessing because we got to experience all of that. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Family Kite Board Weekend

I travelled to Nantucket with three of my sons and a girlfriend to improve our kiteboarding prowess and had a fabulous stay. The entire process was seamless with great communication with the owner and easy check in and out. The house was amazingly clean and welcoming and we were able to ride our bikes to every beach on the island from the location, as well as walk into town for dinner and shipping. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and WFH was easy for all of us from various locations around the house. We will be back for sure! A treasure!

Amazing Christmas Stroll Stay

We stayed here for Christmas Stroll this year(2019) and had amazing and relaxing weekend. It was my husband and I and our two small children. The house is a great layout for families with the master and kids bedroom both being upstairs and both having en-suite bathrooms. My kids also loved the swing set in the backyard. Lori was so amazing to work with, answering any and all of my questions so quickly. The house is fully stocked with anything you may need for a stay there. We absolutely loved our time and will definitely be back.

Beautiful house, loved our stay!

I rented this house with a small group of young adult women. We absolutely loved the house and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this property... It is the perfect distance from town, as it is a short 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the deck, large yard,, big kitchen, and living area for gathering. Lori was very nice and easy to work with and we hope we can come back some day!

Beautiful Home!

Lovely, spacious, and close to town home perfect for a family! We so enjoyed our stay and the walk to town is lovely. The owners are great to work with and was so easy to obtain the key and return. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

well-kept and very convenient

Everything was clean and well-equipped. It was a 15 minute walk to Nantucket town yet the locale of the home was very quiet and peaceful. Travel to most of the islands beaches would require a bike or car.

Wonderful house, great outdoor space and location!

We loved this house! I stayed with my husband and 2 kids-6 and 3. We spent most of our time outside. Great backyard-my 3 year old loved the swings. Best outdoor shower! Very easy walk to town and also right on the bike path for a nice morning run. We loved it and would love to stay again!

Beautiful location - a walking distance to town!

This house exceeded my expectations! A walking distance from town but away from it all at the same time. Beautiful home and equally beautiful and spacious back yard. Lori was available during our stay for both questions and suggestions - the ultimate host. I recommend this house to anyone visiting Nantucket! The location and property will be hard to beat and I hope to return next year!
