Escape to your own little piece of paradise in Palm Springs, California! We are pleased to share this
architecturally inspired three bedroom/three bath townhouse located a couple of minutes from lively
downtown Palm Springs. This bright two-story condo offers numerous upgraded features including a
double rain shower in the master bath, an open concept floor plan, a glass landing staircase, and
intricate interior design all throughout. The artistic details of the home bring aesthetic retro and modern
concepts to the space. The backyard not only has a private patio with a built-in grill and fridge, it also
leads you out to your own shaded 2 spot car port. The condo is located near both pools/spa’s in the
neighborhood. It has all the essentials you need to make your stay in Palm Springs a special one and it is
a must see for anyone looking to stay in a stylish “one of a kind” canyon casa!

*PETS* We welcome fury guests for a small pet deposit fee depending on length of the stay. Please inquire for
more info before booking.

Roomy with nice grounds

We enjoyed our stay - with the 3 beds we were able to have flexibility and have our family or guests stay here and there. We enjoyed it!

Great value but place needs some TLC and cable tv.

Overall good place and location. Isaac is quick to respond but we asked for a working vacuum cleaner twice and never received it. Also it took 2 weeks for him to replace a tv so we could have network tv access in one room. The other rooms were subscription only and were too old for local television service. When we arrived the floors were not clean but Isaac had the housekeepers back in an hour. Beds were very comfortable, couch not so much.

Great Condo in downtown Palm Springs!

We had a lovely stay at this great condo in the Racquet Club Estates area of Palm Springs. Easily accessible to airport and walkable from downtown - which is perfect when visiting from out of state. Condo was spacious and had all the accommodations one would need. We stayed two weeks and felt right at home! The host is also wonderful, very easy going and kind and helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Modern quiet gem

What a great stay we had at Isaac's place! The three things that are most important to me, my husband, and our little dog are a good bed, a peaceful stay, and an overall comfortable place to call home for a long-term stay. This place checked all those boxes and then some. Isaac is super communicative and answered all our questions within minutes and has a friendly, easy-going nature which we loved. The condo is within a gated complex with lots of grass, fruit trees, and friendly neighbors. We went to the pool and spa frequently over our five week stay and we were the only people there every time we went. The bed was comfy and the bedding on the king size bed was heavenly soft. Lots of little perks too like TONS of toilet paper, plenty of towels, and access to cleaning supplies for your stay. Also, we loved the overall styling of the condo - very modern, but cozy with great mountain views from upstairs. The open stairs are super cool, but probably not kid-friendly. We had a lovely visit and will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Great spot in a nice development

Isaac's place was awesome! Really nice to have 3 bedrooms (rare for a place of this size and price), and the recent remodel makes for a great environment to relax. Having 2 pools (that you basically have to yourself) and a hot tub is quite the kicker too!
