Perfect getaway

We loved the unit. It was cozy, with fabulous views. It was so nice to ski & out from the unit. The communication with your agency was top notch. A couple suggestions for the future. It would have been really helpful if you had a map in the room of how to ski & out. We did not see how to do it the first day, so we missed that opportunity. Trails maps and games in the room would have helpful and a nice touch. I appreciate you letting us check out late! We'll be back!

South Branch Condo

The condo was clean but lacked a few extras. A clock, box of tissues, coasters and a night light would have been nice. Also, no internet connection the first night of the stay. Good thing the unit was quite warm as there were many drafts around the door and windows.

Had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was in finding the condo. The sign for South Branch was covered with snow and so we drove around for a long time looking for it. Finally got some help from a Saddleback employee but even he was not totally sure where our condo was. But we found it and then all was good! Thank you!

Nice family stay

Nice little condo, we appreciated the easy access to the trails, locker storage for skis, and found the space to be well laid out for a family of 4. We recommend adding a coffee pot. The condo was also very hot the whole time we were there, even after we turned the heat down, we assume it was heat from other units in the building or the heating system in the basement.

No/bad pans to cook with

Clean, good location- waste for forced 3 night minimum stay- pans worse than my 30 year old camping pans.

Thank you for renting to me!!! ..,as I also entrust renters at my home residence/property. I would only have one important piece of feedback……the tail end of Hornberg “ ski in” trail wasn't ideal, hopefully you could get it groomed or plowed! This unit is extremely hot. We were cooked to well done. It would have been nice to know in advance that we were going to have to boil our water before using. I thought I had heard that you guys would leave a fresh baked pie in each rental..... Maybe that was someone else. Otherwise the unit is beautiful.

great condo- clean, slope-side. Expected tickets when we arrived that weren't there but when I called the person I spoke to was great and said, "I bet you are calling about the ski tickets that aren't there- we'll have them to you by 8 tomorrow AM"-- excellent customer service!
