Upon your arrival at 704 Fairway Circle, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up six exterior steps to the front door exterior landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down six steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows.

Great family house in Mammoth

This house is great. Double garage for two cars plus ski gear that has a direct entry into the downstairs of the house. Downstairs includes the laundry room, the master and a junior master. You go up a few steps to the front door and then up a few more steps to the open plan, living kitchen dining room that has a small deck with a barbecue. There are two additional Bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. Modern kitchen. Stocked with essentials and lots of cups and glasses, but not extensive cooking gear, but adewuate. Very clean, TVs worked. Sliding door off the master bedroom to access the fairway of the golf course behind. Nice complex with other units. Four minute drive into town or to parking lots for skiing. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, spacious and spa-like master bathroom!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 704 was spacious, clean and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. In fact, the master bathroom was even better than listed (!!) with heated floors and a steam shower.

Great Accommodations for a large family

The pictures were adequate, but did not do justice to the whole place. The unit was basically clean, could have used more cleaning in the kitchen, but it was clean enough. We will be renting this unit again.

property management MIA - great location though

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The welcome email that described policies arrived 30mins after check in. There was a big truck parked in the driveway and no phone number to call to asked management about it when we arrived so we left and came back later. It was still there, so we asked the neighbors (which it was). The welcome email referred to a sheet on the fridge (which was not there) which was suppose to describe where to put trash etc. I called main office and left a message, no response first day. I texted the next day and had a quick response that they would get it to us that day, but they did not. I texted the next day and no response for the rest of our week stay. The jacuzzi jets in master bathtub had gross black gunk spitting out. We tried cleaning a bit each day, but still after day 5 it was still spitting out gross black stuff, so I would recommend to stay clear of the master bath. The heat upon arriving felt like a sauna. The sensor is downstairs and all the heat goes upstairs so while it might be 60 degrees downstairs it could feel like 85 upstairs. This was a constant battle. There was extremely limited utensils/ cutlery/ dishware, dishtowel singular. The community hot tub seemed to be closed, I couldnt figure out if we could use one or not because their were tarps over all three hot tubs in the neighborhood and management never got back to us. so couldn't really ask them about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home to have a small family reunion in. We had four families here and had plenty of room, plenty of beds for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Though thankfully we had no dealings with management, our unit was well stocked with towels, soaps, TP, etc. Our favorite restaurant was Gomez’s, the Margaritas were delicious as was the food. Our favorite dessert was the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Overall, very fun trip, great accommodations, beautiful scenery!! We LOVE Mammoth!!!

Fabulous Rental!

Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time at Snowcreek and in this unit.Spectacular view of the golf course, the beautiful Lodges and Mammoth Mountain. We had ample room and beds with the addition of a blow up mattress. The kids had the freedom the play and sled right outside our unit and had a blast. Highly recommend this community and home for anyone looking for the perfect accommodations, great location and beautiful scenery. We can't wait to go back!

Great place!

The photos in the listing definitely did not do this place justice. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds were a great surprise! Awesome view from the living room looking directly at Eagle and east side of the mountain. Lots of wildlife running around.

Lovely stay close enough to the slopes. Perfect for a large family.

We had an amazing experience at this property. It had all the amenities, space, andIt was perfect for our family of 8. We were thrilled to find out that we could bring our dog. It is close enough to Eagle lift and if you leave early enough you can find parking. We will for sure be staying at this property again.

Great location/amenities a little lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us stayed with two dogs on 4th of July weekend. The location was fantastic. Beautiful view of the golf course. A few fixes would make it the perfect rental. Some windows had no screens so bugs were a problem. The door to the laundry room wouldn't close. The toiletries provided were so small we used them up in the first day so bring your own. (We could have called the office for more toilet paper etc., but I don't like having to beg for necessities.) The stove/oven should have instructions for use. The towels were standard bleached white utility towels so bring your own if you want something softer. The master bathroom has no door, so make sure the drapes are closed or else everyone on the golf course will see you when you step out of the shower. (It also made it hard for one person to use the bathroom while the other was sleeping.) We made it work and enjoyed our stay.
