The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1603 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. One parking pass provided. No pets allowed.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Perfect place for family

The location was perfect walking distance to the beach. I loved the fact that there was a locked entry to the building which made my family and I feel safe. John’s pass boardwalk was walking distance as well. The kids enjoyed the pirate boat ride tour at John’s pass! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

I stayed here with my husband and 2 younger kids. The condo was clean and spacious for us. This is our second time staying at Madeira Bay Resort and we plan on making this location our go to place. The location is great, the beach is right across the street and in walking distance of many places. The view of the bay is relaxing off the balcony. Parking was easy and convenient. The condo had everything you could need plus extra entertainment like games and puzzles. We recommend this condo to anyone!

The condo was very clean, comfortable, fully-equipped and centrally located. The view from the balcony was spectacular and very relaxing. Our family had a fabulous time and will definitely return!

The place was great. The view was amazing and right across the street was the beach. John's Pass was great. food and shopping right next door. The only thing that the place could use a few extra blankets and a can open. The one in the place doesn't work.

Beautiful view on balcony! Nice property within walking distance of shops and food/drinks. Nice condo, nice pool, nice check-in staff. Bamboo Beach Bar was super fun!

Very nice!

The condo was a little smaller than we were hoping it would be, but we made it work with our three kids. For a family of four or less, this place works perfectly if you don't want to drive and want a beautiful view!

Best Location ever!!

One block from John’s Pass and Walking distance go the best restaurants in Madeira Beach. Right across the street from public beach access and overlooking the bay. Fireworks displays for the Fourth of July were the best I have ever seen. Can’t sa enough about this place.

Great property

Loved the unit! Excellent location to the beach and city parking for our extra car. Enjoyed watching the boats go out of the marina to John’s Pass from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Would definitely go again.

Very nice property in a great location. John’s Pass (shopping and restaurants) and the beach are all within walking distance. We actually parked the car and did don’t have to drive anywhere for all 3 days of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Would definitely stay here again.
