Welcome to Muskoka! Be the first to visit our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1600 sq foot retreat, nestled in the heart of Peninsula Lake. This location is the perfect setting for couples, families and friends to enjoy the best of all seasons. Located just outside Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, our guests can enjoy some of Ontario's greatest outdoor activities or relax inside in the newly furnished home with modern amenities. Just minutes from downtown Hunstville's unique shops, restaurants, and activities.

The space
Choosing to stay in our chalet, you can be sure that there will be plenty to keep you busy. During the winter months, enjoy hiking on some of the best trails Ontario offers, ski and snowboard on of the 13 hills at Hidden Valley Highlands ski resort, or bring your skates and experience the 1.3km Ice Trail at Arrowhead Provincial Park.

When the warm weather arrives, start your day with a relaxing morning on your private balcony overlooking the breathtaking views of Deerhurst Lakeside Golf Course and Peninsula Lake before you enjoy nature by casting your line off the end of the dock, or boating into the Huntsville Town Docks for dinner, exploring hiking trails, swimming in Peninsula Lake, relaxing on the private beach or playing one of the many world class golf courses in the area.

Inside the chalet, we're committed to providing a clean and welcoming experience for our visitors. March 2021 will be the first time the chalet is open and we're busy getting it ready to welcome our first guests including all new, custom ,made in Canada furniture, paint, linens and towels, dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, and appliances.

Enjoy the opportunity to unplug and unwind in the large spacious, yet cozy living room in front of a fire with heated floors through out. The gorgeous colourful backdrop of Muskoka lakes and nature will fill your view. When it's time to plug-in, the strong Wi-Fi will connect all your devices while Smart TV's are included in each bedroom and the main living area.

The possibilities are endless, family getaway, golf trip or skiing trip with friends. You chose the activities and we have the perfect setting!

Ski week

This is our 2nd time staying at Heathers Condo. Modern, clean and so close to everything. There is plenty of great for the family to eat, play or chill together but also room for everyone to have their own space and disconnect if they need to. Highly recommend.

Wonderful getaway in Muskoka

This property was very easy to find conveniently located. The property was very clean and the views exceeded our expectations. We had lots of comforts of home away from home. Still managed to get out to do hiking at Algonkin Park and surrounding area. Highly recommend if you were planning to ski this is also a great location. We did not plan to do that as it wasn’t ideal ski time however will consider this for future. The host was so lovely and it was always available to respond to any questions we had.

Modern Condo

Our stay at the Modern Condo by Heather was excellent. It was a beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean condo. Heather provided many extras from beach toys, life jackets, dishwasher soap, towels, bedding (all beautiful and coordinating) to all of the appliances you would need and much more. Heather got back to me very quickly any time I asked a question. I would give it 6 stars if I could, well done.

Family reunion getaway

We were 3 couples attending a family reunion in the area. The condo was open, comfortable, well equipped and charming. Looking out the tall windows, you literally felt like you were in the treetops. Our stay was awesome!

Our Tree Tops Experience

We found the cleanliness excellent upon our arrival. The Condo decor was representative of the Muskokas. Views from the windows were of the rolling landscape including vistas of Penn Lake and the Deerhust Inn. Parking was plentiful and close. The layout was spacious especially the loft area. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in excellent working order. Sleeping was quiet and peaceful. The supplied bedding was comfy, clean and neat. All the essentials were well provided. Heather(the Owner) was available, thoughtful and provided really good information about the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this condo. Great Stay

We had a great stay in Huntsville! The condo was extremely clean, great communication with Heather prior to our arrival and lots of space for our family of 6. The location was great, about a 5-10 minute drive into town and across the road from Deerhurst and Hidden Valley. We would definitely book it again!

New Year in Huntsville

We had a great long weekend at the property. Very clean and well maintained with more space then we thought. Great location with lots to do all around. The owner is very nice and was able to give us some great suggestions about the area.

Awesome condo. Beautiful location.

Heather is very helpful and responsive. The condo is perfect and beautifully furnished throughout. The bathrooms are exquisite. The living room is a wonderful and easy place to gather and spend time with family. The location is fantastic. Close to Huntsville, Arrowhead Park and Algonquin Park. We can’t wait to go back.

Back to Nature!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Huntsville condo. Met our needs perfectly. The weather cooperated all week and so the four of us were able to get out and walk every day. Arrowhead, Limberlost, Oxtongue/Ragged Falls and Algonquin are all within easy distance.
