Situated in the popular Fingal Bay area, Serendib @ Sandcastles will be a favourite holiday spot for the whole family.

Serendib is a two-story townhouse featuring ducted air conditioning and a tiled living areas downstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, electric hotplates and microwave, the property also provides a family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and K-Fee coffee machine (BYO Pods).

Upstairs offers 3 carpeted bedrooms all with Queen sized beds, the main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and second TV. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a corner spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

The property provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and the convenience of another toilet, making this very convenient for guests. The communal outdoor entertainment area provides a beautiful inground pool for guest use and outdoor seating.

Walking distance to Fingal Bay beach and local cafe's, Clubs, restaurants, shops, and facilities also nearby makes Serendib perfect for your next vacation.

Great family property

Goods size, clean, comfortable & well equiped with all extras (toilet paper, salt, pepper, 2 dish wash tabs, tea, a few coffee pods, cling film etc). Shops close by. Great lock up double garage for use. Perfect for the family. Was not noisy as stated in previous reviews. BBQ in the property would be great (there is a BBQ at the pool area which looks clean but it’s a small area to share if you like your privacy). The air flow through the house is not great thus can get very hot. Aircon wasn’t working and we were left unhappy over the weekend, until we followed them up on Monday. Suggest agents check properties between bookings and improve on communication and care for clients out of hours. Owner & agent offered us a consession and did what they could to make good. Issues were resolved and as the weather cooled we stayed and enjoyed our time together.

The property also offers laundry with washing machine with the convenience of a toilet downstairs.
The communal outdoor entertainment area provides a beautiful pool for guest use, BBQ facilities and outdoor seating.
Walking distance to the Fingal beach and with local cafe's, shops, and facilities also nearby.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you. No pets allowed. There is a strict no party policy in place as the property is in a residential area where local council noise restrictions apply.
